Coinbase launched Gdax sometime ago, you should be able to sign it there using your coinbase account and trade there, as far as I know, they have zero fees and a ETH/BTC ticker.

Where you have your ETH right now? In coinbase?

If you are not from one of their supported country list you will not be able to trade your ETH for BTC. But you can withdraw those ETH to poloniex and trade it there.

If they don't accept your country than they will also not allow you to simply convert your ETH to bitcoin or vice versa. Use shapeshift and send your ETH and get BTC back to your coinbase receiving address.

I have never used the service myself but just go here: https://www.gdax.com/ and click "Sign in" ,everything else should be self explanatory as long as you are used for trading sites.

Coinbase does have their exchange but people living in us are only allowed as far as i remember. I normally used to use changer.com. If you are looking for less fees use changelly and shafeshift.io. Or try localbitcoin i have seen few offers in past
