Southampton is now considering to axe Juric. He's failed in helping them to leave from the relegation zone. I think Juric's career as a football club manager is already ended with this termination.

A few months ago, he got axed by Roma, then he decided to join in PL club, and now, his club is deciding to axe him like what Roma did. I think Juric has no competence anymore to be a manager.

I see nothing improved from Southampton since he came and joined as a head coach. Juric's career looks so pathetic. If there will be other clubs is willing to sign him, I'll call that club is a dumb.

In fact, Southampton are so bad that it would be strange to expect anything there, their main problem is that Ranieri came to Roma and showed how it should be done  Grin Ranieri shows completely different results with Roma and it is impossible to blame anyone except the previous coach that he was not able to show at least 50% of this level.
You seem right about that. Southampton tried to duplicate Roma's success. They brought a new coach, but they were dumb enough to signed someone who got sacked from his old club. They could pick other competence coach who available such as Sarri, or someone else.

I still really disappointed with how Southampton signed a him as a head coach without even consider his background. They wasted a half of season for nothing caused by the signed a coach who had horrific tactic.

Southampton fate is hanging in the balance, making it difficult for any coach to save the team from the brink of relegation. The coach will think twice about accepting the offer to become Ivan Juric successor, even Van Nistelrooy is still struggling to save Leicester City who are above Southampton in the standings.
It will take a miracle for the new manager to save Southampton from the relegation zone in the remaining 11 games of the season.

There is no hope for Southampton in the premier league any more not manager can save them, even if you hire Sir Alex Ferguson they will not escape it, they should just let Ivan Juric should just finish with them till the end of the season, hiring new manager will cost much money to pay off Ivan Juric and pay new manager.

Southampton they have  won two games, lost 22 and draw 3 out of 27 games so far, with 9 point seating comfortably at the bottom of the league. if they can win the reamainig 11 games then they will escape the relagation zone. But its not possible with all indications.

It's not surprising they should have considered axing him before the end of the season. Given Southampton's poor performance and their position at the bottom of the Premier League table, a managerial change is inevitable. It's good that they have shown interest in Sheffield Wednesday's coach Danny Röhl. His tactical approach and ability to stabilize struggling teams could be exactly what Southampton needs to turn things around.
Not for this season for Southampton to turn things around, their gap with Wolves is 13 points apart that means they have to win all remaining games to avoid the relegation zone, is that possible? although basically I like this dismissal but it is too late and this dismissal has only been considered by management right? I think instead of dismissing Juric and bringing in a new coach when the final result is clear for them it is better to wait until the season ends. Now for management is to use the time to find the right new coach and restart their journey in the Championship.

What southampton are doing is too late at the moment and sacking juric will also not change their situation, I think if management is serious about restoring southampton performance of course from the start they should not recruit jurig as a coach, we must admit that the quality of the roma squad is much better than southampton, but he was unable to bring roma to be better, so I don't know what management had in mind to appoint him as coach at that time.
I think instead of having to spend compensation money for sacking coaches in the middle of the season,  wouldn't it be better for them to keep it until the season ends, because after all 99% chance Southampton will be relegated this season.

The mistakes made have an impact on the club's progress and you are right that hiring someone who was sacked from his previous club is a big question that the management may need to answer or maybe they just didn't get the right manager to take Southampton to the next level. For Southampton, staying in the league is now a miracle. Since they still get the same result despite a change in manager, maybe the manager is not the problem. Their players may not be good enough for the Premier League. They can no longer stay in the Premier League this year with this squad. They will be in the Championship next year and they better start preparing.

They will be in the Championship next year and they better start preparing.
The EPL is extremely difficult for average teams that have lost their ground on the bigger round. They're having one hectic challenge and that's simply obtaining three solid points. It's quite unfortunate that Southampton wouldn't make it out alive in the English Premier League this season. They're definitely going to be relegated this season, what more can they do other than prepare their minds for it. You said it all, it's only a miracle Southampton needs at the moment to stay in the league, other than that, nothing else is guaranteed for the Saints.

BIG WINNER!

That is the GOAT, the once rejected Anthonydinho is now the chief corner stone.
Anthony has now made Brazil list after many years.
Anthony now has more MOTM award more than Vini Junior.
Anthony demolished Real Madrid.
Anthony scores.
Anthony assists.
Anthony is now wanted by all.

I don't know if Manchester United as a club was the problem or English Premier league as a league was the problem for Anthony.
It's good to see Antony playing well again after a series of poor performances and an underwhelming start to life at Manchester United following his high profile move from Ajax. I believe the pressure of a big money transfer, the intensity of the Premier League, and the high expectations from the club and fans all played a role in affecting his performance. Now that he is showing signs of improvement at his loan spell with Real Betis, consistency will be crucial for him to justify his price tag and cement his place when he returns to Manchester United.
If Real Betis wants to transfer him, I don't know if there is such a clause in his contract. Maybe Manchester United will have to sell him at the end of the year. He is performing very well for now. Antony is perhaps the best of the mid-season transfers. I think they are happy now because Real Betis trusted his skills and transferred him. Manchester United is missing another player after Greenwood.

Actually, Southampton management has kept Juric in the coaching chair for too long because his performance has not succeeded at all in bringing Southampton up from the slump. However, with the news that is currently developing where Southampton management wants to make a decision to part ways with Juric and even if this is done, I think the new coach who will be recruited will also have difficulty bringing change to Southampton's revival from the slump.

For me, if they had fired Juric earlier or precisely at the beginning of the second half of the season, of course their performance would have been much better with a new coach. The slow decision-making has made Southampton enter the ranks of teams that will be relegated this season. It is difficult to catch up with the 13-point gap from the safe zone, especially since there are not too many matches left.

I don't know if Manchester United as a club was the problem or English Premier league as a league was the problem for Anthony.
How is Anthony doing this? I have learnt one thing in life, sometimes we are not in the right environment to become who we really are. Ever since Anthony went to Real Betis he has become a goal scoring machine. Manchester United has never giving him the best playing opportunity to play better and the others players there are terrible that he cant be in sync with them.

True assist, scoring goals and wanted by well. In a game he gets the Man of the match. This is an incredible performance by Anthony.
Yeah that's true mate!!!
Anthony has been doing well whenever he moves from Manchester United. It is clearly indicated to us that sometimes players want to do well to required an environmental services, but the club didn't provide him with any good scenarios, and due to this, the player wasn't able to get any thing good. So similarly, it the situation of Anthony. All the time he tried his best but unfortunately, due to a lack of understanding with team player, he wasn't allowed to score a goal or provide assists.

But anyway now Anthony is good place like in Real Betis; he has more confidence in the game. If he wants make his career good he need to stay more until his prime version comes up again.... Cheesy
EPL is a tough league, and shinning in United needs all seriousness and commitment. Anthony wasn't in his best form in United but he's doing pretty good in Real Betis. This shows that everyone has where he can call home, a place that will bring out the best in you. The club that you play for matters a lot as a footballer.
Right now the EPL is the toughest league in football. That is does not still limit Anthony from playing better in Manchester United. The level at which he has been playing much was expected from him at Manchester United. At the same time we have to be honest that a tree cannot make a forest. Anthony cannot do it all alone at Manchester United, for any player to shine in a team in the EPL every member of the team has to be good players. Then the brillaincy from each player will surface.
Actually Manchester United were bad as a team. It was not all Antony's fault. He is showing that he is a talented player individually in Spain. He even played very well against Real Madrid. They will play a knockout match in the Conference League soon and I can say that their only goal is to win the Conference League. But it is not easy because an extraordinary Chelsea awaits them in the Conference League.

It’s clear that the decision maker’s failure to perform is their own loss. Had they played better, they could have led the team to success. AC Milan’s strength comes from their relentless effort, as seen in their UCL journey, despite facing challenges. Ultimately, it’s about hard work, and that’s what makes teams like Milan resilient and capable of bouncing back stronger than before.
The coach’s strategy was not much better and was easily broken by the opposing coach so what AC Milan experienced was a defeat that was difficult for the fans to accept. Losing three previous games in a row was a fairly disappointing result because they should have faced a team that was evenly matched and they should have been much more favored. That is not to say in the Champions League where AC Milan’s performance was very disappointing and this has made it a much more difficult season for them to face the competition.

But the issue is that the red card did change a lot in that game in favor of Lazio. AC Milan still managed to have over 60% ball possession and the chances were there to decide the game to their own advantage. But it is one of those days when things all go against one team. It was the red card, then they missed some great chances and it was closer and closer, and then they got the penalty against them in the 98th minute of the game. I think in regards to negative outcomes, there isn't much more a losing team can ask for! Cheesy

IMO, if that is Chelsea plan, I am sure it will be impossible to bring in the player. On the one hand, the player's status is a free agent and of course other big teams also want to get the player. Even big teams from the EPL will be willing to offer a big salary to the player.

Even though there's no permanent transfer agreement after the loan period ends, Real Betis could make an offer when the summer transfer window opens. However, it seems Real Betis will have difficulty making Antony status permanent, because Manchester United is reportedly asking for too high a price. Manchester United wants to get at least half of the fee they spent when recruiting Antony from Ajax, which of course will strain Real Betis finances.

In my opinion, the Premier League is too competitive for Antony. In La Liga, he was able to adapt quickly, and it can be said that he is starting to rediscover his best form. Therefore, leaving Manchester United seems to be a better option next season. Besides that, Ruben Amorim seems he would not mind releasing Antony permanently.

The mistakes made have an impact on the club's progress and you are right that hiring someone who was sacked from his previous club is a big question that the management may need to answer or maybe they just didn't get the right manager to take Southampton to the next level. Now we can see how Southampton are doing in the Premier League and it may be much harder for them to get out of the relegation zone after having such a bad season so far and this is definitely a mistake in decision making.

There is nothing inherently wrong with hiring such a person because every club is different, every squad and every player is different too and it is the sacked coach who may be suitable as a new coach for another team, simply because his techniques that didn't work at the previous club - may work at the new club. But if a coach does not have a winning past in general, it is really worth considering whether it is worth hiring him or not

Sure, Real Betis will have a chance to sign Antony in the next transfer window. They can give an offer but it is true that Man United asks a quite high price. However, Real Betis can negotiate with man United management. It shouldn't be so difficult to release Antony because he doesn't get a place in Man United team. Man United looks like to have no intention to bring him back to their squad.

No, Antony has no problem with EPL, he has a problem with Man United. I'm sure Antony can adapt well in EPL if he gets a proper team. You must know that many players suddenly perform worse when they join Man United. Now, Antony proves his quality again after he is loaned to Real Betis. No doubt that it is the best choice to leave Man United.

Product of Bayern since 2015 and 30 years, unless they are looking for free food, this is definitely a bad taste in my opinion, a 30 years old midfielder when the midfield is already weak because it's the same reason why they went frkm top of the table only to be struggling and dragging 4th place with Manchester City. What's does he has to add, there could be more but I think there is a better person to fit that midfield, all of there current midfield are not upto 27 years old.

It's not even weeks they brought in Mathis Amougo, I have not been seeing him in the field and Enzo Maresca hasn't been using him. Sometime I really wonder who makes them sign this players they don't use, it's really a waste of time, effort and makes fans have high expectations. I didn't see anything about it him. Thought maybe I didn't look well, the club might have do some assignment but it seems I'm still not understanding them because nothing so far.

While I agree that Kimmich has been better once in his career than he is now, the point that he is 30 years old doesn't really count here. Midfielders can play in such a smart way when they advance as a character with all their experience. Kroos was a player like that. He never had the highest speed, but his understanding of the game was obviously the result of his experience and he played like an indestructible cook work. Kimmich could do the same, but maybe he is too busy these days thinking about things other than football these days. But 30 years is not too old to still play on the highest level as a midfielder.

If the source is close to Liverpool then I wouldn't trust that much though.  Tongue  I don't think Liverpool will be able to keep Trent at the team for longer years.

It feels like he really wants Real Madrid signing. I think it even reflects on his game recently. Sometimes he is good and sometimes he is playing much worse. The worse part is more often these days.

Maybe van Dijk and Salah could stay but I don't think so about Trent.
All these rumors will be settled soon when the season comes to an end and the summer transfer window opens. The news of Trent Alexander Arnold making a switch to Real Madrid has lingered for a while, Real Madrid have the influence and financial power to make this deal happen but it will depend of the player in the end to decide whether to make the switch or stay back.
