I agree that Manchester City has enough money to pay for Camavinga but I also do not think Real Madrid will let him go. Camavinga is very important to Real Madrid and with Rudiger on team it is even less likely they will let him leave. It makes sense that Pep Guardiola wants to make some big changes to Manchester City team especially on defense. New players Abdukodir Khusanov and Vitor Reis have not made big difference yet but maybe Guardiola will give them more chances next season. If Manchester City lets some of older players go it will give younger players room to grow and get better which could be smart plan for team future.

Another rumor. We know how much Barcelona spent to keep Messi in the team for long and that even affected their financial strength. Barcelona is still suffering from financial problems and they wouldn't bring in any player that is not going to play for long in the club. I doubt that would be real, Barcelona period of Messi is already done and he is not coming back, for no amount of money. It is not about money, it is not about paying him a lot or paying him very little, it is about how he doesn't have any trust left in the management, that is why he left and that is why he won't comeback ever again. It is like saying Ronaldo could go back to United, we all know that won't happen ever again.

New stadium or not, Messi is happy at MLS at the moment, he isn't even doing much, he is way over talented for that league, and just having fun, making bunch of money, and relaxing. Young footballers are doing great for Barcelona right now, so Barcelona might not be planning on any older footballers now. Barcelona will not take Lionel Messi for this because if they take Lionel Messi to their club, Lionel Messi will have to pay a high price and also this star is an old enough player so Barcelona will not want to spend so much money on Lionel Messi. Now the talk is that if Robert Lewandowski is no longer in Barcelona, which player will play in his position. I think Barcelona have already planned this and the upcoming transfer season may see some transfers from Barcelona. So it doesn't seem certain for now. At this point in his career, I don't think he would want to return to La-Liga and play at a high level again, I mean, as you said, I can't even imagine him playing side by side with Yamal.

That news makes sense only if Messi come back to the Barcelona as their ambassador. If we're thinking him will actively play like what he used to be, it will never happen.

I guess some important points that must make him reluctant to go back to his former club is that big pay cut, and no guaranteed spot for an old player like him.
