Vazquez is not a bad player and  he has already played over 2000 minutes for Real this season and Real have only 7 such players, but Vazquez is already 32 years old and for an edge defender it's quite a lot. Trent by position plays more like a midfielder and likes to play more in offense than in defense, unlike the same Vazquez, but apparently Real don't want to have 3 players in one position and Vazquez probably really will leave.

In my opinion, Anthony would do very well to stay at Real Betis.

I really don't blame Anthony or Manchester united actually because I know that their are so many players that can't play in some teams due to pressure, or it would be better said that the club is bigger than the player, so the player isn't capable to deliver under huge pressure, and  Anthony is a victim of that, added with the huge amount of money he was signed for, so he is expected to give in more, so in a scenario like this, the best option is for him to stay put at real betis if they can sign him permanently, but the major obstacle here would be his transfer fee, which i don't think real betis can afford it.
But in my own opinion it would actually be a terrible decision for him to return to Manchester united because the pressure that he failed to conquer the last time will seriously have a dent in his confidence, which might make him return back to the terrible form  he displays in the colors of Manchester united.

I wonder if Anthony himself is interested in moving to Atletico? No other United player has scored more goals and assists than him. For me, Betis would have been the right destination for the Brazilian winger because he was very quick to adapt to club's style of play which in turn also helped him settle down quickly in the Spanish league but i doubt if that would be the case if he eventually switches over to athletico Madrid whom in my own opinion are very physical and not as tactical as Betis who play possessive football which really suits the style of play of the Brazilian winger who left Manchester united due to poor form.
