When Tottenham Hotspurs fired Ange Postecoglou, I actually thought they were going to bring in at least a top club coach, and now they are planning to bring in an average coach? What on earth is going on at Spurs.

Personally, I think Thomas Frank Won't take them so far up the Premier League table from the current position.

Ange Postecoglou needed to be given another chance. changing him with Thomas Frank is a gamble in itself.
A long time we have seen Spurs without any title. I know Frank stabilized Brentford in 10th position with smart underspend but its Ange Postecoglou who gave them hope and crowned Europa League title, so they should have thanked him. My concern is Frank is not a top-tier coach at all, so I don't know if he able to take responsibility of both EPL and UCL. If Frank could somehow be able to replicate his Brentford efficiency, there's upside & value in betting on self-deprecating improvement rather than instant transformation.

Agree. Tottenham management should have given Ange Postecoglou a chance. This season Ange Postecoglou has focused his full attention on the Europa League. So Tottenham's performance in the Europa League has been stable since the beginning of the season despite their poor performance in the Premier League.
If Ange Postecoglou had been given another chance, he would have tried to stabilize Tottenham's performance in the Premier League next season. Moreover, Thomas Frank is not an experienced coach. Why Tottenham fired Postecoglou and gave Frank the responsibility of the new manager is a mystery.

This guy is not in for the money; if Victor Osimhen's interest was for the money, then when he was having issues with Napoli, Saudi Arabia would have been the best option for him. Victor Osimhen is Premier League material, and I think that for a star like him, he needs to play in the Premier League before considering going to another league like the Saudi league. He is too young to be in Saudi Arabia because he hasn't achieved much in the European league.
Osimhen has rejected al hilal's offer, yes it is surprising news because he could get a lot of money but he refused it. On the other hand, now he has to accept offers from other teams for his next career, one of the teams that wants to recruit him is Manchester United but so far I have not seen any serious offers from them.

Osimhen's performance is indeed good with Galatasaray but I see Osimhen is less interested in elite European teams in the summer transfer market, whether because of the high release price or the requirements desired by Osimhen are too high.

For Napoli, they will not use his services again, they will still sell him in this transfer market. I think Manchester United must be able to take advantage of this opportunity to get a classy striker for next season.

Galatasaray and Napoli can testify for the main trends and contributing aides of Victor Osimhen. He's basically one of the very best strikers in the European football. He's versatile in the frontline position, so full of confidence and having the most targets and accolades. What more achievements do you prefer Victor Osimhen to accomplish in European football? We both are aware how tough have been for most strikers but Victor Osimhen still manage to explore and become one of the very top goal scorer. Going to Saudi Arabia means great for the attacker, he's definitely going to earn in gigantic stipends and this is just the beginning for the Nigeria international.

I don't think it was a mistake sacking the manager that won them the Europa League trophy, Tottenham and Manchester United were so terrible last season they don't deserve to qualify for any finals since they couldn't make the list of the 1st top 10 teams in the league table so winning the Europa League competition shouldn't be enough reason to justify his stay knowing that he could take them to relegation next season.

The management saw that even in the finals Tottenham was lucky for the goal they scored but their performance was nothing good, replacing the coach despite helping them to win the Europa is the best decision they made if you ask me.

well, let's see what next season will be like for Tottenham. If the new coach is able to improve Tottenham position, at least they can qualify for the UEL (worst positions) at the end of season, changing coaches can be said it's not a mistake, but if in the end they finish in a position where Tottenham doesn't even qualify for the UEL, so i think that still a mistake.

Haha I can't believe Osimhen rejected the offer of 40 million Euro per year. He would have earned 125 million Euro in 3 years with bonuses. Who would say no to such an offer? That means that his agent believes that he has a strong hand and that he can get high salaries from major European clubs too. Osimhen's transfer is really a snake story. I wonder where it will end up. If Galatasaray manages to get him, they will be burdened with a debt that will take years to pay off. I'm also curious about the consequences of this scenario, but will it happen? We will see soon.
You see no matter how lucrative the Saudi league is right now, there are players who don't give a fuck about them. If Osimhen had accepted the offer people would have said he's playing for money and not for the love the game. Osimhen is not the only high profile player that has rejected Saudi move this window. Bruno Fernandez of Manchester United rejected Saudi move, KDB rejected Saudi, so Osimhen rejecting Saudi is not a big deal for me. He's still young to be playing in the Saudi league. He still has a contract with Napoli and if he doesn't see a club in Europe that will sign him this summer, he still remain a Napoli player. Osimhen is still at the age of playing in Europe and not Saudi Arabia.

Take it or leave it, all players factor in money when it comes to the club they want to play but the key thing inside is that nobody want to play where you don't exist. The major reason why he ended up taking Galatasaray is there wasn't option left when the Turkish club came, he has no choice but accept for the fact that the club has appeared in Champions league, he went there and everything was successful but now he want to go to a place better than where he is right now.

You see that useless Napoli club owner, they are very useless club I have seen so far, this people were the reason why Osimhen ended up in Galatasaray and now that he has better time to go better place, they want to force Saudi club on his neck. This news you are seeing online, it's because Napoli are the ones pushing the deal for the sake of their own benefits, they want to make money from him so bad that no European club can offer but why would a star like him make such kind of move.

Oh yes for C. Ronaldo, based on his latest interview, he said that he will still stay in An Nassr. He has confirmed it and there are no plans for others. And he will still stay in An Nassr. They are going to have new deal.

Source: BREAKING: Cristiano Ronaldo confirms plan to stay at Al Nassr by signing new deal.

Apparently, Ronaldo was preparing to leave Al Nasr (it is unclear whose initiative it was, his or the club's), he even made an announcement, something like "a new chapter". But apparently winning the League of Nations became a very strong argument in favor of Al Nasr extending the agreement with him and maintaining its status as the club where the most recognizable athlete of our time plays. I think this deal is beneficial for both parties. Ronaldo is already 100% adapted to the club and can continue working in the hope of 2026.

I am happy that Osimhen turned down Al Hilal offers because if he move to SPL, he wouldn't achieve anything great in his football career. Playing in Europe has being the dream of every footballer since they were young and not in a new league that just started. Playing in Europe gives you a hedge to winning trophies and creating record for yourself. Napoli is not wishing Osimhen well.
If it has been written by Fabrizio, usually 100% of the news is valid and this is the good news that I have been waiting for. Osimhen still has great ambitions on the European stage and I really appreciate this decision because not many players at this time prior
itize their careers when it comes to big money they can choose money but not for Osimhen. Now which European club will bring him in because I haven't found the latest news and hopefully Napoli and Osimhen find the best way for the player to leave as soon as possible.
Although on the other hand he has rejected an offer from a Saudi Arabian club, to return to Europe, an offer from a club willing to spend a large amount of money is needed. Napoli may sound like the best way, but guess what, it's like Napoli wants to let him go or is trying to kill Osimhen career. As we know Napoli is still reluctant to lower Osimhen market value, so no club dares to take the risk. So until whenever there is no decision to lower the price, I think Osimhen will forever be stuck in an unclear position.
Considering the money spent in football, I don't think the asking price for Osimhen is too much. There are many European teams that can pay that amount. We now know that he will clearly reject the offer from the Saudi Arabian teams. He wants to continue his career in Europe and the team that will take him has to pay 75 million Euros. Galatasaray wants to take him but their chances are very slim to be honest. Because if there is an offer from the Premier League, he will probably go there.

Anytime Osimhen discussion offers is been discussed, people make it like he is a mid player but what if the table was turn around and he is born and brought up in Europe like other players or probably a western kid, I'm sure that people will spend millions of euros to get him by all means. How many mid players has Chelsea sign after the world cup, they all flop, never did well, Manchester City has spent more on weak players but these clubs don't want fk give that to Osimhen, double standard of football isn't?

I'm happy that he didn't accept any Saudi club offers, those guys are very good at making a world class player goes into extinct, like how many players that went there have we heard of recently, they are almost forgotten. Benzema won the Champions League and went there and he is forgotten, Mane saga made him go there and he is forgotten, what about Kante he is forgotten and people want Osimhen to go there, he will be forgotten after one year.

It is normal if Ronaldo previously made a statement that he wanted to look for a new club because he knew his contract would end this season on the other hand, there is no sign that Al Nassr will extend his contract, but in the end we know Al Nassr made a new deal and continued the contract. Which makes us wonder why Al Nassr have not talked about a new contract since last month, are they waiting for the right moment like waiting for Ronaldo to bring the trophy for Portugal?

One source said Ronaldo salary will be the same as last season but there are exclusive additions, share ownership of the club? this gossip cannot be confirmed yet but it seems reasonable. We have also heard that Messi gets shares from his club so Ronaldo might take the same step.

Maignan clearly wants to leave Milan. But I wonder how much Chelsea is offering...

His market value is 25 million euros. Probably Milan asked for a fee around this number. He earns 3.6 million euros a year. He is completely affordable!

I think this signing would be great for Chelsea.  Smiley  They haven't had a stable goalkeeper for a long while. Maignan is a great choice to put an end to this.

Why do Chelsea not worried if they broke FFP rules? they have so many players and they haven't sold many players yet, instead they want to sign new player. They currently have 9 goalkeepers at the moment, including two goalkeepers i.e. Mike Penders and Djordje Petrovic who're still on loan.

Instead of Chelsea, why not Manchester United sign Maignan, all of their goalkeepers are trash, so having new goalkeeper is very important for them.

I think it would have been more logical for Manchester United to sign him instead of Chelsea. Also, the transfer fee paid for him is not that much. Considering Onana's terrible performance, I also have similar thoughts that Manchester United needs a goalkeeper. I don't think Chelsea needs a goalkeeper, I still don't understand why they transferred him.

Hojlund is not yet giving up with his path at MU. He most likely rejects any offer that may linked to him. It's a boomerang for MU if he continues to play there as he's not fit to the Amorim's strategy. This seems a very bad news for MU considering how he's a washed striker.

It will be a disaster if he still plays there. He must leave, and being replaced with a quality striker. He will be only wasting his time if he being stubborn to stay because Amorim won't give him minutes. Still hope him use his sense.
He had already come from Atalanta to Manchester United and is a player who knows the Italian league well. In my opinion, going to Italy would be an important step for him to build a successful career again. He was not successful in his Manchester United career, but maybe he will find himself in Italy like Antony. I think we all know that he is not wanted at Manchester United. We can clearly say that he did not make good use of the opportunities given. A striker transfer is a must at Manchester United, in which case Hojlund will hardly have a chance to play. I think it makes more sense for him to leave the team right now.

United are trying to sell Hojlund, but Inter are not ready to pay even 38 million for Hojlund and want to rent him with the right to buy, but apparently this option does not suit United.
Hojlund gets 70k a week and that's not United's biggest wage, so if they can't sell Hojlund, United can keep him as a substitute, but it's unlikely that United will seriously count on Hojlund next season considering United's attempts to buy Dijkeres and Sporting won't sell him cheap.

Goalkeepers again? They already have a lot of goalkeepers now even if in total with the current loan goalkeeper adding Maignan it looks like they want to make a team with goalkeepers only.

It's a bit complicated I wonder why they're focusing on the players they've accumulated but not selling any and just burning money for nothing.
My point is that even in this case buying Maignan is still very good but of course Chelsea must pay attention to several things including the number of players available now so if they want to bring in a goalkeeper again they should sell some of them first because this only makes the situation more complicated even though upgrades occur but piling up players in the same position and unused is not a good way to make the club improve in terms of performance.

Manchester City has finally signed Rayan Cherki from Lyon, we have known for a couple of days now that he is heading to the Etihad, but now the deal is official and we now have the "here we go" we have been waiting for. That said, i am sure City are not done in the transfer window, i expect them to go for at least one more player and since Walker is definitely leaving, it should be a right back and they are looking at Livramento from Newcastle.

Hojlund could be a good substitute for Amorim at Manchester United next year, but would he prefer to be a substitute? Hojlund has a promising future. I don't know if it would be right to let him go after a bad season. I think the coach in Portugal has an attitude of winning players. If he knows how to use him, maybe we can watch him as a better player next year. If they can't sell him for the money they want, I think it would be more logical for him to be a substitute.

Now Manchester have no choice and they will have to keep Heilund for one season, because as you correctly noted that after his failed season no one will want to buy him now, besides it is not clear how Manchester agreed to pay 72 million for him.

Heilund has one season left to prove himself and if he fails, United will probably sell him for any money or give him out on loan, because it's not worth keeping a forward who scores 3-4 goals a season and takes a place on the bench. If Heylund fails next season he will probably end his career in Turkish or Saudi league and it will not be the worst option.
