Since he'll be leaving the team at the end of the season, it's now time for Iraola to continue with Bournemouth. He'll try to take the team to the best possible position by the end of the season. I think he could manage a team in Italy. He probably won't go to a team outside the Premier League. I think he was a good coach; I still don't fully understand why he was let go.
Some sources I've browse suggest Iraola wasn't fired, but rather decided to step down as Bournemouth manager this season because he wanted to seek a new challenge. Some have also linked him with a return to Spain, where he become a coach for Athletic. Considering his time at Bournemouth, he actually made significant changes to the team, so losing him would be quite detrimental to the team as a whole. I'd be more interested in him returning to Spain than joining another league, but these rumors may not be finalized as anything could happen regarding his future.

I think dismissing him from Real Madrid was a hasty decision. At least he could have stayed in charge of the current Real Madrid team. Perhaps he could have built the whole system that way. Clearly, the players didn't want him in the team, and the management chose the players over the coach. In my opinion, they made the wrong decision, and we are seeing the consequences. I mean no disrespect but Real Madrid isn't Arsenal that would be very patient with a coach that isn't giving them the desire results in his job. They're a very big team that are used to winning games and trophies especially. Evicting Alonso was timely for the team not to break since it wasn't looking like Alonso was able to turn things around and also taking control of the dressing room either. Obviously he wasn't wanted by some of the big players in Real Madrid and you don't expect the club's management to stand against their players for a single coach, because it's easier to change a coach than changing players all of a sudden.

Zidane going to France makes more sense, because he was tired as Real Madrid manager for playing that many games, national teams play like 10-15 games a year at most, sometimes even less, and more importantly, players are not even there, so you do not even have to go to the job, you can sometimes take like a full month off and never go to work and stay at home watching games.
That's the type of job Zidane wanted, because he was hating 50+ games a year, and even though he won 3 UCL with them in a row, he just wanted out.

Bournemouth coach Andoni Iraola has told the club he will leave that the end of the season that he needs to face another challenge in his career according to @TheAthletfc, and posted by Fabrizio Romano on X. Andoni has been a very good coach for Bournemouth he has made the club very competitive. According to report, Bournemouth has been trying to negotiate new deal with him for the past one year plus but he was committed on seeing out his contract and leave. The Man wants an ambitious club that aims to win trophies but Bournemouth don't match his ambitions anymore. It should be a heart broken news for all of Bournemouth fans. Andoni is such a potential coach, and his team was even beating Arsenal two times in a row this season. He has potential to be a big coach some day. If i were their management, i would be trying to keep him far longer in the club. If he could stay, he might be able to bring Bournemouth to europe. It's very sad they let him to leave this easy. I've heard he's going to athletic club. Best of luck for him on his new club.

I knew it would be tough for Andoni Iraola to remain at Bournemouth next season due to the number of clubs that's considered and shown interest in him as an option to manage their clubs. He's proved that with a better team and more resources he'll be able to do more than good that's why several clubs are coming his way. I don't have doubt about your second statement but it's not Bournemouth's fault that they couldn't keep him or try to beat the offers of other teams that have approaching him. Even if they try to, how can they compete with Athletic club, Liverpool or Manchester United cause those are the clubs that's considered him as option so far although Athletic club looks more serious than the rest.

Zidane has been in the system for long and I believe he got want he wanted because he doesn't like the stress of being on the field for too long and moving from one club to the other. He just wanted a permanent job as the coach of his national team. He has sacrificed so much just to show how serious and desperate he needs to coach the French national team.

Casemiro will make tens of millions of euro from Saudi leagues, I am sure of it. Imagine making like 30-40 million a year, and he will not waste most of it, and after taxes and agents and so forth, he will keep half of that, and that will be good enough for rest of his life.
I am telling you, even if you buy like 30-40 homes back in UK or wherever he wants to do, worth 1 million each, that would make you enough rent that you would not ended to work ever again, no coaching job after he retires, no pundit, he could just relax and rake in millions every year without doing anything.
He would but Casemiro is in no contact with any club from Saudi Arabia. Last time I read a news about him, talks have been said to have been held between his agent and Inter Miami. I'm confident he will swing that way when his contract with Manchester United comes to an end. After the world cup coming up, we should see that deal agreed upon by the both of them. His time with Manchester United was short but indeed legendary.

With Andoni Iraola around, the club have been crushing for longer battles and winning games despite few setbacks this season. Bournemouth needs to become competitive because and fierce because that's how to stay in the EPL. It's very tough for Bournemouth to watch Andoni Iraola exit the managerial role at the end of the season. Bournemouth board will scout for his replacement, which I have a feeling that they've already started searching. It will take quite some time before they can find themselves a promising manager like Andoni Iraola. This is very crucial and will become very competitive for bigger games.

It's not really the number of games that made Zidane to resign, he's achieve what most top coaches are hoping for and won it 3 times so he feel winning a major trophy like the World Cup is the biggest thing he can add to his profile, if you've won the Champions League thrice with a team like Real Madrid, going back to coach them would be so boring. Except maybe he just want to go back and help them bounce back but I think Zidane has made up his mind and focus on taking over the role of the French national teams coach from Didier Deschamps

Arsenal doesn't have any choice but Real Madrid do have a choice and the money to buy any kind of players and coach they want. The reason why Arteta has remain in that club for years now is because there has not been any coach that is as close as him to win Trophies like him, the club has understand the mistakes they made and could have been avoided, by now they would have made better alternatives to sack him if not for those close performance. Real Madrid on the other hand, there major problem isn't coach no matter how they want to present it. In my opinion, Xabi was never their problem and even now Arbeloa isn't there problem. Many games, those coach has demonstrated to be better than any team many teams in Laliga but the players are not doing well. There is not performance distribution and that means some players are not fit to be able to represent the team very well.

He may have gotten a more lucrative offer or due to because of his family interest, but what am sure of is that he will be greatly miss at Bournemouth, and I am expecting Bournemouth management to hire someone that plays the say way as andoni iraola team, so that they wouldn't be starting all over again, project wise.

No doubt he has gotten a good offer and he doesn't not have issues with the Bournemouth fans, he took the best decision before the announcement of his new club, he bas been a top manager in the league and the club, he will be missed by the fans and players. The decision has been made and he has to position Bournemouth in a good place In the league before he leaves, he's decision is best known to him and the management has accepted it, I good is coming this early for the club to sought for a new manager next year. It's a win win for both parties.

Bournemouth fans are understandably saddened by the news, as they will lose a manager who has made the club competitive in the Premier League. Bournemouth management had tried to persuade Andoni Iraola to stay, but Iraola has already decided to leave Bournemouth and seek new challenges in his career. Andoni is a manager with great potential, and it's understandable that he wants to manage a big club that can compete for titles.

Not everything... I don't believe Arbeloa is a good tactician. I'm not saying he can't ever be but he isn't currently. There is no consistency with the team during his time. I appreciated Real Madrid's fighting spirit last night of course. But it wasn't because of Arbeloa's mastermind. I believe Perez should sack him right away and look for reliable options.

That's the type of job Zidane wanted, because he was hating 50+ games a year, and even though he won 3 UCL with them in a row, he just wanted out.
also in my opinion there could be a possible return of Zidane to France, it would be the epic one made in person, in addition to the fact that France has an incredible team, and with the management of one of the top coaches on the world scene, it could be one of the explosive and best combinations ever.

If Real Madrid are wise enough this is the type of coach they need right now, Andoni Iraola has done well in many teams that he has coached and he has turned some players to one of the best players in the world, the likes of Semenyo, Huijsen Kerkez and others, and there are some players he has coached and they will move yo top teams at the end of the season, i know that Real Madrid needs a tactical coach but this man is the best choice that can bench some players in the squad who are not serious to play and help the team to win. The reason why i like the coach is that he can bench Vini and Mbape if anyone of them is not doing well without thinking that they are star players, ego will ruin Real Madrid and if they did not get a coach that is going to stop that ego in Real Madrid they will continue to end a season without trophy, yesterday match was decided by those bunch of selfish players in the squad, it is just that everyone see Camavinga red card as an excuse, Mbape and Vini will destroy Real Madrid if they don’t get a coach that will not tolerate any ego and selfishness from them.

He has done his best. I have seen speculations of Jurgen Klopp and Toni Kross coming together as manager and coach for Real Madrid next season. I will love that speculations to be true. The news gladdens my heart. Real Madrid should go on to win it all next season.

This is the rumor that i'm hoping it's gonna be real. Newcastle has never improved ever since they were signing Howe as their coach. So it sounds good to see they may be doing parways with Howe, and they may also sign Mourinho as his replacement. The last time we saw how Mou treated badly at Spurs. It will be so good to have him back to the EPL again. I'm sure he can improve Newcastle when club gives Mou good budget to spend. I don't wanna be too optimistic, but this rumor is really exciting me. I like him with all of his controversies.

Obviously he wasn't wanted by some of the big players in Real Madrid and you don't expect the club's management to stand against their players for a single coach, because it's easier to change a coach than changing players all of a sudden.
teams cannot be suddenly changed and choosing coaches is a very important thing because this will then bring forward many things, and it must be constant in performance and in what it says to its players, this must be constant and it cannot be changed halfway.

I don't think that Real Madrid have had personal contact with Klopp to discuss business so, I don't see how possible Klopp will be the next coach. There are rumors here and there but it's until, the end of the season that we will see which of these coaches Real Madrid will finally hire. Arbeloa has given his best to the club as he said, but his best wasn't good enough to move the team forward for better achievements.
