It's possible that it could happen in the summer after the league finishes for the half-season looking unlikely for Chelsea to sign him.
There has been a firm statement from Napoli that Osimhen will not be sold he will remain at Napoli in the long run.

Chelsea are still doubted by many players because this team is always not growing and it must be overcome from management to training, but for now it cannot be said so because Pochettino is still trying to improve Chelsea's performance even though we have not seen the growth.

If it is true that Chelsea's desire to acquire Victor Osimhen, I think it will only be Chelsea dream because everyone knows that Napoli will not let go of this player. In fact, Osimhen doesn't care what salary Chelsea offers, but Osimhen still chooses to stay at his current club because as I said know that Osimhen goal is to defend Napoli to the highest peak of the Champions League competition, which is currently one of the club targets.

Chelsea might have been spending very big in the market recently but to me they still don’t have a proper center forward and an attacking midfielder. They have just invested in wide areas and on players that are young and need patience. Chelsea can’t score goals because the striker that they have is not a proper one that a team can boost of, in winning the league. Nkunku on the other hand is not an out to out striker even at Leipzig he plays more at the second striker role with Andre Silva been the main striker. Nkunku would have added a support to this Chelsea team but his continual injury set backs definitely requires the have another person to compete with Jackson.

So I support their pursuit of Victor Osmihen because with him in the team they have some that can guarantee them At least 20 league goals a season and probably more in other competitions. This way they would solve their lack of scoring goals problem. So yeah Osmihen would be a good acquisition

In my own analysis of Chelsea's current issues, I think the main problem in the team is that they lack a creative midfielder who'll be linking the attacking players and the defensive players. Mudryk before his arrival was a good creative midfielder who I thought will bring his creativity to the Chelsea midfield but we are yet to experience anything of such nature. He's been a shadow of himself and is now always left in the bench.
 Mauricio Pochettino must find the best playing pattern that'll bring out the best in his players if he really wants to succeed at Chelsea.

I think the same as you on this. Osimhen's arrival will indeed be one of the good things if we look at the positive side but of course we also have to consider the negative effects because it is not necessarily that with him playing shining at Napoli he can also shine at Chelsea although there is a big chance for that but there is no past guarantee with this.
On the other hand we know that Osimhen's price will also not be easy to reach and there could be a clause of more than 100 million in this case and there are still some great strikers at Chelsea but they are still not completely free from the shackles because of not very good performance. It would be great to try to start a bigger motivation by giving confidence to the existing players before looking for other alternatives because they have tried to do that in these 2 seasons and the result is that the change of players is not really the answer even though the money they spend is very large.

Osimhen can really change the game of Chelsea but sadly, they can't have him now maybe after another 2 years in Napoli. He has yet to make any public announcement on his new contract but it won't be less than 2 years which we know that it's a long time that lots of things will have change by then. Chelsea will not grow past like this, buying any players at this point to me is financial abuse, ttey don't need any players at this moment, what they need is making sure that all the players in the squad are blend together, the is managerian problems and he need to do his work asap, change style and improve on how to make sure that players relationship in ball possessiveness is high.

I am also in support of this decision by Kyle Walker, this is a good move from him and also a good one for Manchester City. Losing a defender as experienced as he is will make Manchester City defense to be weak. I have watched him many times and have being impressed with the way he plays, how he handles the defense and also help to keep up with attacks by assisting and also crossing out area balls for the team.
