I think it's a rumor because Pep Guardiola wouldn't want to waste that amount on one player and even if he could do that the player should be up to standard and perform according to the amount he's bought for, no doubt Rafael Leao is a good player, but is he going to score up to 40 goals per season? how many did he score last season? I believe those are the questions Pep would ask himself before taking such decisions.

The only solution would in fact be to go very deep into their pockets and pay a price that AC Milan can't decline, but how much will that be?
