This is all correct but one important detail has been left out by you and that is the very long contract duration, as the contract has just been extended this year until 2028. The only solution would in fact be to go very deep into their pockets and pay a price that AC Milan can't decline, but how much will that be? When the price for Osimhen is sometimes said to be at 175m, I can imagine that AC Milan wouldn't go very far below that. Leao is only 24 years old, has five years of contract left and he is already scoring goals and giving assists. This could be the next guy who is easily sold for more than 100m.

Let's still not compare these players, because in my opinion, Osimhen spent a more impressive season for Napoli than Leao for Milan, and it's not a fact that the top clubs in Europe are willing to pay such an amount for Osimhen now, the clubs of Saudi Arabia are out of brackets. From my personal perspective both of you are right to some extent, but also some assertion doesn't look like the best description of Chelsea transfer policy too, we must first understand that the approach by the past owner and current are two extremely different things, one looks calm make rational decision over a long period of term and it worked out well, while the new owners is turning the club to a NBA franchise with trading everyone out every new season and buying another battalion to see if that would work out.

The are is major pro and con to this new approach by the new owners, they players are very young so if it works out then they could build a very competitive that will last a long while, however, the major con is that most of this players are barely tested product so going for a whole lot of them could back significantly and wreck the club financially too especially with exorbitant how paid for them. For instance despite this huge amount spent so far, Chelsea forward line still look very mediocre and and lacks huge depth (in terms of qualities) that can compete at the highest level, although since they won't be competing at the highest level of football this I mean Europe so that have a whole year to working things out, hopefully it will be for the betterment of the club.

I would say that it would be benefiting them if they got less number of players but bigger names. That would have been possible too, if they want to do NBA style of thing, just get Lebron for a season and be done with it. Look at how Real Madrid was built, all that famous los galacticos period wasn't for nothing, they got one superstar every year, and they built a great team.

Chelsea could have spent 200-300 million euros to get one superstar that is beyond anyone they ever considered good, and then next year they would have spent another 200-300 to get another world star level player. I think an official offer from Man City has not been received to AC Milan, so Rafael Leao is still a Milan player until 2028. Chelsea have spent on good players, and some average in between for the last few years, but things weren't like this when the former owner Abrahimovich managed the club.

They haven't spent on the right manager else, they shouldn't have brought in a low quality coach who haven't witnessed life at the top to Chelsea. They don't have what it takes to handle Chelsea. Graham Potter and Frank Lampard should not have stayed as coach for so long. Same now goes with Pochetino, he is no winner, he will learn from his loses but that will take the club too long for the goals they need achieve this season. As a professional, Jadon Sancho has deleted the post to fulfile Manchester United standards; and has apologized rightly; the coach demanding respect and apology without doing anything to deserve it is on the wrong; we can argue who is right or wrong on social media and in the forum; the truth remains that sancho is in the right here.

There is no difference in how Jadon Sancho plays; he plays the same way for England, Manchester United and Borussia Dortmund; the only difference is that Dortmund is the only team that provided him with a platform to succeed and thats why he thrived well. Ten hag simply used sancho as a scape goat for Arsenal loss; and thats why it was a bad move for the gaffer.

The good news is that, You cannot force sancho out of Manchester United; even if he does not play until the end of the season.
