I think the Dutch coach is quite brave in taking risks, but it seems that so far his moves have not produced results. The latest defeat to Brighton really disappointed United fans, especially losing at home. That is right and I think Pep Guardiola is a great role model for a manager who is massive resources available but yet a well-considered and reasonable approach to building a really strong squad.

Since 2016 Guardiola has spent roughly £1 billion for new players with Grealish being the most expensive for £100 million. He also got Haaland for only £52 million. He made a number of high quality transfers and knew exactly what player he needs for a specific position, but also for the consistency and balance within the team in terms of character, quality and strength.

But this isn't the end of the story. Guardiola also let go players and his net spending since 2016 is £478 million. They have won 14 trophies including the treble.

Manchester United has had a net spending of £835 million over the same period of time.

And over the last five years Manchester City's net spending ranks 10th among the Premier League teams. Respect!

Jadon Sancho refused to apologise to Erik ten Hag you know and it doesn't look like the problems between them will be solved. Right now it is just said that Jadon Sancho wants to leave at the earliest opportunity. It would be the best for his career as well honestly because he has been performing really poorly since he came to the Red Devils.

There is like a huge difference between his effort here and at Dortmund. There were some rumours in the latest transfer window like he would return to Dortmund. Maybe in January we might see a move from Dortmund too who knows.    But if a Saudi Arabian team intervene then the player might choose to make much more money.

It seems like the Man United squad this season is more busy with player scandals and internal commotion at the club, Ten Hag focus has definitely been a little diverted by this. Jadon Sancho refusal to apologize to his manager will make his career at United even bleaker, Ten Hag seems to no longer consider Sancho an important player in his squad. I think it is better for Sancho to return to Dortmund, he can develop there better. I'm not sure about whether Nottingham would be a good choice for him. Actually Nottingham started the season decently and they even beat Chelsea away the last time. But still I think it would be better for Sancho to play for a team competing to qualify for the Champions League.

Dortmund would be the most ideal choice for him if they start to be interested in him again in January. He should think of going outside Europe as well if he gets a high level of salary offer. He can play for 1-2 seasons and then go back to Europe if he wants.

Manchester City has definitely been very careful about spending money. They have brought in the players that they actually need. They did not overspend at all. Well maybe we can say something different about Jack Grealish. I do not think he deserved that big of a transfer money. But I guess that’s okay. Considering how much money people are spending right now for players. They have actually brought in very good results for the amount of money that they have spent so far. I don’t think not a lot of clubs can actually say that. Especially not Manchester United. They have spent stupid money for a lot of players that did not give them almost anything.

It seems that at PSG he was isolated and was never included in the coach's list, even last season he was loaned to Benfica. Idk why does PSG coach was always distrust him. He deserves a chance to play in the main squad. Im happy to see he was taking the right decision to leave from PSG. Man United's infrastructure did not experience development after the Glazers completely acquired Man United. Glazers' priority is investments that can fatten their own wallets so that academy development and recruitment do not make convincing progress. I would say signing young players is a good idea for the future. As for current signings, I would say some big names and unnecessary spends. There are areas where they had to spend but they chose to spend in attack only. The management has no idea of what to sign in order to make the team strong.

Signing Cole Palmer was a nice idea because they need someone as an attacking midfielder but I think they should have gotten a much better name with bit more over that price. Again I will reiterate that Chelsea are making unecessary spends which is why they are making no progress at all.

At first I thought the same and then yes, it was because all those prices for any players of any quality were suffering from inflation literally. The prices were irrational and nobody could understand them. It was about that time when Grealish was bought and unless players have a clause that they can leave the club for a fixed sum of money like De Bruyne and Haaland I think, Manchester City is a rich club and the others make them pay for it. But still the difference between Manchester City and Chelsea is that Grealish became an essential player for the team. He is important to the whole game and perfectly fits into the system that Guardiola wants. If you see it that way, Manchester City spends 100 million once and it is good. Chelsea spends 70 million four times and none of the players delivers.

I know Chelsea are not doing well at the moment,but I am optimistic that by the time Chelsea players will know themselves well,and blend well together,there will be a cahnge.They are not playing a bad football,they have a pattern of play,but it hasn't worked well for now,maybe Pochetino needs to introduce a new tactics because what makes one a good coach is when he uses multiple tactics to acquire a desired results.

Chelsea has been playing good football because they have been dominating games and having high passing bit they lack final touches and that's the biggest problem the squad have. I thought things would have changed with the introduction of Pochettino but it's looking like the club is bigger than him. Pochettino hasn't won major trophies in his career so it'll be hard for him to take Chelsea to silverware but we hope he gets the team to qualify for the champion league next season, atleast if we can achieved that this season, that'll be a great achievement because the club missed out of the competition last season and it has made us a mid team.

In fact, Chelsea mostly bought players they didn't really need, when Pochetino joined the teams they sold many players but still, I think spent money on players with low quality.
Pochetino tried to change the team but still, the Chelsea we see is not the team to be at the top of the table with the situation we see from them.

Chelsea sold players that weren't needed in the team but the mistake they made wasn't using the money wisely in signing quality players that can transform the fate of the club. They signed mostly young players that won't be needed until in the future. Chelsea coach Pochettino isn't helping matters because he's using the wrong formation. The game that's ongoing is quite interesting because he finally gave mudrky the opportunity to start and if he continues like this he'll give the guy some confidence to play well in other games. Pochettino isn't a bad manager but I guess he's under too much pressure that's why he's making mistakes on his formation but as the squad and the managers get to pay more games they'll get to know each other better.

In fact, if we go back about 9 years, Julian Draxler was a phenomenal figure and he was also part of the German national team that won the 2014 World Cup. Since then he has continued to develop with two other German teams such as Schalke and Wolfsburg before PSG finally became interested in recruiting him in 2017. And since then he has been part of PSG for 6 years. Time feels so fast indeed and suddenly his name began to sink in the past few seasons. I don't know whether Draxer was overrated or whether he hasn't gotten the right chance at the right club, but in terms of achievements his career is a failure. He has made tons of money so no reason to complain for him, but he never really made it to the top players in any team and has never really been first choice. Now he is doing the same as everybody else, says goodbye to professional soccer and hello to oil money. i wonder what his salary is, if anyone has some information I would appreciate if you share it. I wonder if they also pay salaries as high as the Saudi clubs.
