I never heard that if PSG was sending an official bid for him. It's only newcastle who has been sending official bid for osimhen but napoli rejects it. PSG need said the club was preparing 200 million for him.

I don't think any player are interested for joining Chelsea right now depend on underperformed and not participants yet in Champion League or Europe League. All top player dreaming is playing in Champion League but current Chelsea condition have dropped to lower position standing in domestic league seems difficult for signing top players.
