They signed a good number of quality and talented youngsters that would be very beneficial to the team in the future, though it took a little while for the players to begin to understand eachother on the pitch but I believe they've got a good ongoing project but their problem currently is having a very good striker as the top 9, Nicolas Jackson is not bad actually but I believe he's still young without much experience and would serve as a supporting striker than a top 9 for chelsea till he's matured enough to handle the position.

 Todd Boehly has spent alot,  just to recruit players into the team, and they ought to be successful however the injury crisis they encountered at the beginning of this season is part of the reason why their performance is poor, however with time when their players begin to recover Pochettino would be choked with enough options and we could see them performing better, anyways Chelsea's performance against Fulham was very brilliant and lots of their players did good especially Mudryk who's won the managers trust recently.

Galtier had indeed lost his name when he was fired by PSG at the end of last season, but now his name has emerged again and it is reported that he will soon coach one of the teams in the Qatari league, namely Al-Duhail. Galtier will replace the previous coach, Hernan Crespo, who was also recently fired by Al-Duhail. I didn't expect Galtier to leave Europe so quickly and he should have been able to coach other European teams this season, but with no interest from European teams in signing him as coach, his decision to go to the Qatari league was the right one. However, he is one of the successful coaches who managed to lead PSG to become Ligue 1 champions last season and maybe after his contract ends with Al-Duhail he will return to coaching a team in Europe.

PSG's owner wants more titles, not just Ligue 1, that's why changing his position is the choice he made because his real target is the Champions League, which so far is still the most difficult thing for PSG to achieve.
There is still a very big chance of him returning to the leagues in Europe because after all he has a pretty good record in terms of coaching and at least it will still be possible for clubs in Ligue 1 to make him a coach in the future when he has finished his contract at his new club. We can see that the current Tottenham coach is not a well-known person and even his experience is only in the smaller leagues but he managed to get a good job at Tottenham and so far he has managed to bring the club to a better performance than last season so Galtier returning to Europe is still possible happened.

UCL was impossible title for PSG right now. The club was getting stuck in the same place since the previous seasons. Losing messi was also giving very bad impact to the club. The best achievement by PSG once it was able going to the final of UCL.
It will become the first and last moment of PSG being qualified to play in the final of UCL. I think that it doesn't even matter how much money spent by khelaifi to build this club and the result will always be the same.
PSG really needs a revolutioned coach who will able to change everything in the club. It seems like not only the players but management as well. PSG has been declining so hard once some key players were leaving from there.

I would not surprised if PSG will be spending another billions to build the club to win UCL but the result will always be the same. PSG needs to find someone who is capable enough in building the club to be a world class level.
Enrique was not the right answer for that. We may see him to be sacked next season.
