Actually in this case all factors can be at fault in my opinion because it is not only about the coach, the decisions chosen by the players as well as the very fast turnover of the club owner's policy makes the condition even worse.

There is many factors that determine the winner of the Ballon d'Or including winning the most important trophies. You say that quite correctly because the Chelsea squad is filled with player with quite high price who they bought in the transfer market and what we see in their performance is certainly nothing impressive. The money they spend is quite large but they still have difficulty competing at the top of the standing. For me, chelsea will also find it difficult to close the season in the top 4 this season.

Impossible to happen. Vini has become the most important player in the club. His position will never be changed. The club has become complete with him. I don't even think real madrid was stupid enough to sell him. The club can perform so good with him.
