I remember when yaya still actively played under mancini in manchester city. His performance is not that bad but he was consistently performing above his average. I would say that casemiro was carrying the club through keeping mid. Playing without him made MU has no guy who can keep mid to be owned by manchester united. It was also triggering so many attacks were coming from its opponents.
