I don't think good ideas if Kalvin Philips to Arsenal because there are have Declan Rice as holding midfielder and make him difficult to get regular position or more minutes playing. They are already going through some problems in terms of injury. Some important players are already unavailable for them. He can leave from totenham during winter transfer window. There's no need to feel worry about that. Totenham can also find his replacement during that time. The transfer season will open for around 1 month.

In terms of quality, Richarlison could be included in the ranks of quality players, but we must not forget other facts about him. Last season Richarlison was only able to score 3 goals and 4 assists in 35 matches in all competitions for Tottenham. While this season he has only scored 2 goals and 3 assists in 11 matches in all competitions, it can be assumed he has failed to meet standards. So I think it would be better for Tottenham management to release him to the SPL and the money from the sale can be used to recruit new players later, if he keeps him then there must also be an initiative from management to recruit new players in January too.
