Now this regeneration process should be one of the programs offered by the coach. I agree that in the process it doesn't have to be done on a large scale, they can do it gradually to give more opportunities to young players. Major League Soccer is not relegation team and not really competitive based on my opinion, all teams not get pressure when playing for MLS teams because they don't have pressure have to win or keep in the level competition because not required with relegation system. As rumored, Sancho will be released by Manchester United in January and one of the teams interested is Juventus. however, with a loan option and I'm sure United will have no words other than wanting to sell him. at least, that's how the rumors have developed so far and the player has reportedly been removed from Ten Hag's list. It is becoming more and more complicated to understand Ten Hag and Sancho day by day, I am very curious why both of them are reluctant to make peace and help each other with their club which is currently having difficulties. Professionally, they are required to provide the best contribution to the team in an effort to achieve success, they were both contracted not to create chaos within the team. I think this is as simple as the mindset that current club leader Jim Radcliffe must have, because chaos in any form will make their ambitions and business stagnant.

Manchester United really lost a great player to that rape scandal. I just imagine if Mason Greenwood still plays for them, their forward will be stronger because they will have a good squad depth and many players to chose from when substituting. That was when ten Hag decided that he doesn't like Sancho and will therefore bully him with some shenanigans. Giving him some hope today, letting him fall tomorrow. It was like that all the time and he never expressed publicly that he trusts Sancho and that he will get his chance. So I think it'd be pretty good for Barcelona to sign him because they have only one solid center back, which is Ronal Arojo. Sometimes I think the same as you, when I see Sancho position, which is treated badly by management and their coach Ten Hag. Moreover, his existence is not considered at all, so the right decision now is to leave the club in the January 2024 transfer window, Sancho agent must really understand that his player must immediately look for a new club in order to save his career. Ten Hag tends to impose high standards on his squad, this is a good thing, but it would be good if conflict resolution with players was equally good and didn't cause dressing room rifts.
