When team has interest in great player but can't pay very large amount then there must be another deal offered to get the player to want to play with them and have contract for several seasons.

Thomas Partey was once and not longer, it's in the past and I think he has no spot in the midfield where he would try to suits in because Mikel Arteta have already sign specified important midfielders that are promising.
