I think it's too soon to speculate about Kevin De Bruyne's future and his potential to play for one of the Saudi Pro League teams, he still on the golden age and want to spent his career with top European teams exactly under Pep Guardiola he still become regular players with Manchester City. As a Manchester City fan, I will not support De Bruyne leaving the club and accepting an offer from Saudi Arabia even though that is his choice, but this is a problem for the future of Manchester City.

Agree. Since there is no official statement from the player, it is very soon to guess his future. I'm sure he prefers to stay in Man City as long as Man City needs him. Man City also will defend him because they have no player who has the same game play as De Bruyne. It is not easy to get a replacement for a main midfielder like De Bruyne.

I hope so but i have heard that if saudi pro league wants to chase him. I meant that if he will become the main target by saudi pro league for the upcoming season. Things will be so hard for saudi pro legue to gep him. Even though manchester city has not yet sent a new offer for de bruyne regarding the new contract but im skepticism regarding this caused by de bruyen has become the main pivot for manchester city till this time. he was more than 30 years old but his performance is always amazing. No doubt that if saudi pro league may be sending city very big offer to get him. Im not really sure if city will let him go and join in another club.

We are curious to find out what measures the city will implement in order to resolve this matter. And I think he will be all right. He was literally spoiled by PSG as they were giving him a lot of money which he may or may not have deserved. That's a conversation for another day. But I think Real Madrid has made the right decision by giving him a contract offer which is not something out of the ordinary.

And if he does not want to join Real Madrid right now, he can always go to Manchester United 

Man United is not the right option for Mbappe and it will only be the same as being at PSG, he will not get a bright career in the long term because the problems that continue to occur at Man United make this team seem to have lost its glory days and for me it is impossible for Mbappe to want to join Man United.
logically, we all know that Mbappe has got what he wanted during his time at PSG, but the only thing he can't get is a brilliant career in europe biggest competition and that will be very important for a great player like Mbappe, even all the players want to experience getting experience title in the UCL and there is only one hope now to join Real Madrid because this team is the only one that can provide a guarantee of being able to provide the experience of getting a title in the UCL and provide a bright future for Mbappe career.
