United are solving their problems one at a time but they're not there yet. They're hiring the right people in managerial positions. They need very good people to be their director of football. Somebody that can convince good players to come to the club and somebody who knows the right type of players to buy.

We don't even know for sure whether Zidane would be able to manage United well if he became coach of the Red Devil. I know, this French coach's track record. however, the team he managed at that time was Real Madrid, a team studded with stars on all fronts. I don't think this is surprising at all because Barcelona is just a big team with bad finances and as long as there are free agent players they are like a predator looking at its prey. However, I doubt that if De Gea wants to join, it will only make his responsibilities bigger in a team whose performance is unclear. That can be a good option because even though Manchester United currently has a lot of players, especially for defenders, but in the end, their performance sometimes seems to be ordinary and there are still many gaps that can be penetrated so strengthening the defence is still a very good option.

The January transfer window presented them a chance to at least recruit a new defender but they ended even letting go of Sergio Regullion when they already had Eric Garcia out on loan, leaving the injury prone Luke Shaw as the only senior left back and now he is out. Currently they are facing serious FFP issues and that has forced them not to sign new players my advice is the season is over for them, they should just start playing academy graduates and help them promote and blend this will help them curb unnecessary spending. Look at the way Liverpool are dealing with their crises now, they are practically building a set of new generations and with the look of it they wouldn’t spend a dime because this kids are a gem. United should also take a look at how they are doing with Mainoo and Garnacho, and trust the young lads more.

As for a new defender I will go for De ligt of Bayern Munich, he has fallen out with Tuchel and coming to united will be a big reveal to him considering how he and Ten Hag had down in the past. I'm not sure De Gea can play again with his best like in the past. He is already 33 years old, it is not a prime age for a footballer. I think Barcelona should be better to give more time for the young goalkeepers to play than signing De Gea. Iñaki Peña and Ander Astralaga are the future of Barcelona squad, they deserve to have more time in playing. They can improve their ability and have enough experience of they can have more time to play in the next season.

I think Barcelona should focus on signing attackers. They are actually lack of the attackers and some of them performed under performance during this season. Why Barcelona doesn't focus to solve this problem first? If they have a crisis of financial, they must be wiser in signing new players. Having no necessary player in the squad only burdens the club's expenses.
