 I am seriously not surprised seeing this, Marc Guehi has been excellent and consistent since the last three seasons and I was seriously expecting him to make a big money move to one of the top clubs in the league, I was actually expecting him to land at Chelsea and my reason is because of the nature of center backs they have, the current center backs looks to lack the proper coordination and with also the injury to Lewi Collwil I was expecting Chelsea to come back for him but they decided to stick with their other players. Liverpool on the other hand definitely need the center back too, first is because of Konate refusal to sign new contract while the second was because both Van Dijke and Konate have seriously not been at their best and going into this season having just two of them with Gomes as the only senior center back is not that good and it is the reason why they want to still get the Crystal Palace captain which is a very good signing if completed in my opinion

I agree with Arsenal swift response, as it's still early in the season giving Eze plenty of time to learn Arsenal game.
