Not many will agree but Garnacho was overpriced by MU, Chelsea bought at a fair price, let's not see it as a discount because the player isn't supposed to worth that much based on his performance level. Hopefully he matches the energy at Chelsea,  Chelsea has a big target this season, in the Champions League and Premier League, the club needs players with that exact energy, with the current squad Chelsea are already pulling great performance, Garnacho better be of significant benefit.

The Manchester United player has now found a club, in fact his only goal was Chelsea, which may have already succeeded because we can see that the club has signed a seven-year contract with the Argentine player. I seriously don't sees this transfer as a win win situation because he went too cheap considering the quality of this player. Yes you are right that because they want to just take him off their wage bill, they will be desperate and they will see it as a win win situation but it is not.
I have come to understand that players does better when they are around other quality players and most times they improve significantly, just look at Pedro Neto at Chelsea, he has improved significantly just by playing around more quality players, so I believe that garnacho is a steal for the @£40m he was bought., and he is more likely to improve more in the colors of Chelsea.

As for the long contract given to him, I really don't sees it as an obstacle because if he does well, along the line they might improve his contract just like they did to cole palmer, but if he did not do well , he will be sold easily just like Nicholas Jackson and the rest of other players that are having long term contract but were still sold.

After the two clubs agreed a transfer fee we now see that Xavi Simon has now joined the Spurs team but But it is now sensational that Chelsea Football Club maintained their interest throughout the summer, yet they have already purchased a player from Argentina without making a formal offer to Tottenham Football Club. Neither did I saw this player going the other way, true he wanted Chelsea but these days until the deal is done we shouldn't trust the words of players who likes saying they like going to a particular club if not no way are they going to any other club. When a coach doesn't show respect to his club, he should expect such reactions. Jose Mourinho has been taking down on Fenerbahçe and that's unprofessional for a coach at his level.  I didn't expect this sack to happen so soon because I thought he would be in charge of the club till the end of the current season. The two-time former Champions League winner said last season that he would like to coach a club that is not playing in the Champions League if he leaves the Turkish club. Maybe he might target a struggling Premier League club.

They saw that if they wasted more time the deal will be taken away from them again. As I can remember, two deals were hijacked from them and I think that thought them a very valuable lesson and to top it all, the transfer window will close in just few days from today for European top leagues. They acted fast and it's good for them since they needed players for some certain key positions in the team.
