Mourinho leaving Fenerbahce for me is not something that just happened, I think it was a planned work, maybe the Fenerbahce board are not ok with how the Turkish disciplinary board will start taking harsh decisions on the club even when is not necessary that's why they allowed him go, I think. Fine he has his own way of replying to matters that affects him without hiding how he feels but after that group chat that was revealed some months ago I think this is the result.

Someone who has his own ways of handling things that's Mourinho for you and as the club management is concern they need to do things the way he wants like both parties need to understand each other and I feel they never understood Mourinho that's why things are the way they are, sometimes he fight for the good of the club not always saying the negative side I think, at first I thought it was because they didn't qualify for the champions league but is not the case, is something big that we might not know until he comes and talk about it, like you said the sacking has been coming and I believe that Mourinho knows this would happen.
Some of these clubs you made mentioned of I think I'll have to say some of the clubs are at fault, is not always Mourinho who's at fault, the thing is before you sign a manager as Mourinho you have to be ready for anything that comes from him after all his reputation speaks for him and he's a good coach, aside from that fact he knows how to do things his way without letting the management know I don't see anything wrong with him.

There are also recent talks of Leipzig hijacking the deal at this moment. I read they have presented a far better offer to both Manchester United and the player. I don't know where this leads but it is up to the player to make a quick decision. I will rather a move to Napoli though,  he will definitely have a good chance of winning the Seria A Competition at the end of the season. I wish him all the best finally.

It will be a good move if the deal is done and Rasmus Hojlund move to Napoli for a loan since he is no longer needed in the team. Maybe Fenerbahce's expectations for this qualifier were too high. If they are honest to themselves, I think they should realize that it is not like they should have beaten Benfica easily. It was supposed to be a close game with the worse end for Fenerbahce. Mourinho could probably not care less. I think he accepted his position at Fenerbahce because he was offered a great contract and that includes that getting fired pays big time for him. Failures are immediately credited to the coach, but there is only so much a coach can do with team that is limited in quality. When did Tottenham even make an offer for him?    I must have missed that part. Because I have only seen rumours linking him with Chelsea. But they focused on the Garnacho deal instead.
