I never saw this deal pulling through for Brentford to lose two good players who made them be on a higher level last season, first it was Mbeumo joining Manchester United and now Yoane Wissa joining Newcastle. I feel is a big win for Newcastle and a big loss for Brentford.

Finally it has happened and we won't be hearing rumors of him saying this or moving to a new club, Liverpool got their man but another thing to consider, now that Isak has moved to Liverpool the only club he asked for with that record breaking amount, I hope he won't end up the way Grealish did after moving to the Etihad. It was too bad for him that he could not replicate what he did at the Villa Park, if this can happen to Grealish then it can happen to any player but let's hope Isak gets the best treatment to deliver for the Reds and not end up like Grealish, by now we know that the expectations will be too much for him [Isak] to handle.

It was indeed a big fight to get the signature of Isak. This is indeed a big win for Liverpool and I doubt if Newcastle will be able to get a good replacement for this prolific striker. Let's see how Nick Woltemade and Yoane Wissa fare in the club. This might be how the Liverpool squad will look after the arrival of the Belgian international.

Yes, Liverpool really seems to be serious, but these figures are really very high and it seems like there is no longer a rule. Newcastle deserve to sigh this player and there was no way Brentford was going to keep a player against his will, Wissa is a good player, there was every tendency they were going to sigh Wissa after selling Alexander Isak, at the end of the day is a win win for everyone, Brentford I really don’t know if they have a replacement in place for Wissa after selling Mbeumo and Wissa in the same window, I believe they also have to strengthen to be able to stay put in the Premier League.

Isak? That one is not happening. Not with how messed up Newcastle United are right now in front of goal.

funny how a day or two can just change things and perspective. Same Isaak is now signed with at least a 70% certainty that the signing is going to pull through. Newcastle not being in it best form is not the fault of a single player and regardless of how good Isaak is, they can actually grow and play well independent of him. they did very well against Liverpool and can still put up better play against any team they face this season without Isaak. the season is relatively fresh and even though they are not in the best spot on the table, there is every possibility that as the season progresses, with or without isaak, they can still do very well.

Glad to see the ex-PSG goalkeeper not ending up in Saudi Arabia or having a full season without playing in any official game. Trafford has been really bad so far and this pushed Manchester City to finish the deal immediately.

If Ten Hag didn't perform. Why do they need to keep him much longer? They never achieved good results under Ten Hag, and doing part ways with him is most probably best solution they can take. Are you thinking club should sacrifice themselves just to give Ten Hag more time? 
It's about to find someone who perform at Leverkusen, not someone who can bring them to the relegation zone.

It been a very busy day so far as it his the last day of the summer transfer market, a lot of deals are getting done today, we have seen Here We Go from the likes of Jardon Sancho who is getting a loan deal to Aston Villa on which they will only cover some part of his salary and also Donnarumma getting his deal done at Manchester city, Ederson also make a move to Fenerbahce, also there has been a concrete talks about Jackson going back to Bayern Munich as Chelsea were able to recall Marc Guiu from his loan spell at sunderland.

Yeah finally the drama of Alexander Isak's transfer is over Liverpool agreed to pay 130 million to bring him in and also the new record in Premier League transfer history. We know Newcastle don't want him to leave but with 130 million they can do a lot of things even looking for 3-4 new players at once  Newcastle's first choice to replace Isak is Yoane Wissa it is reported that Newcastle will pay around 30-40 million to bring him in, I don't know if Wissa is a worthy replacement but yeah not a bad idea.

Regarding Brentford, we don't know what their plans, if me Brentford owner Brentford I would probably do the same thing gain profit from player investment. The first reason is that they realized they would not be able to compete at the top of the standings so they turn their attention to collecting profits and also preparing stable finances.

There was no need to waste time in keep  Ten Hag when there was nothing good he could achieve for the team it was a very good move for the club to sack him now that it is still very early if they had kept him for 10 to 15 matches the Leverkusen team could be struggling in the 15th position before the end of the season. I believe Ten Hag will understand that he needs to take a break and work on his pattern of he ever wants to be hired by a big club again.

He doesn't know what he is talking about. Garnacho was the fifth player on minutes in all competitions at United last season, and one of them is a goalkeeper. So that dude was getting insane minutes there, he played 3500+ minutes all season long. There was basically just one reason why Garnacho wanted to leave, and that is because United is a terrible team now and he didn't want to stay in a terrible team.

Moreover, they got some other players who can play at his spot, like he was the problem, so he went to Chelsea. Maybe he will play amazingly there, maybe he will play terrible, it doesn't matter and we should definitely consider that this is the way to move forward. We can't really consider a player to just stay and hope the team does better.

A big loss for Brentford? what are you talking about? They bought him less than 9m a few years ago, and makes more than 5x profit from his intitial bought price. How can we say they are losing in this transfer. Nay it's a win win between Newcastle and them. Newcastle gets new striker while they get massive profit.

As for Wissa, i have expectation him will have no problem to adapt with his new club. He's been years in PL. So, it may take weeks for him to perform. However, i can't have put high expectation like what i did to Isak for him.

Donnarumma is a fabulous goalkeeper, and I think Man City is lucky to sign him. He left PSG not because he played badly, but because PSG wouldn't pay him the salary he wanted. The Premier League will truly be a new challenge for Donnarumma, as this is where the biggest competition in the world is held. He might still need adaptation, but I'm pretty sure he'll return to his standout performance (like when he played for PSG).

By the way, apart from Manchester City, their rivals (Manchester United) have also just signed a new goalkeeper. The young Belgian goalkeeper was bought by MU from Royal Antwerp for 21 million Euros.
