As for Chelsea, I am seriously surprised that their transfer chief is this good in getting a better deal for average players, and they still manage to strengthen their team more than last season, so on that note, it's obvious that they are the biggest winner in this year summer transfer window.

Manchester United have decided to sign Senne Lammens and it is now clear that they are no longer counting on Martinez. I think Martinez would have been a much better goalkeeper for them, but Manchester United have made a lot of strange decisions in recent years, so this decision is not surprising. Spending huge amount signing players won't make you dominate the league despite all money spent this summer signing players won't stop Liverpool from lossing matches. My impression for this smmer window is "IMPRESSIVE!"

I really do commend the way they are doing business, this club was issued almost £60 millions in sales in order to register some sets of players but they achieved this when they sold Madueke to Arsenal for £50 million plus and one other player which I can't recall his name right now and that was how they came up the money from players sales. And that's not even all, they are the same time generated more money from players sales during the transfer window, I'm not even going to talk about the money that came from the CWC tournament that they recently won. In a nutshell, Chelsea is spending money and at the same time making enough money simultaneously.

Absolutely yes, not only Jose Mourinho and Erik Ten Hag, but the likes of Pep Guardiola too, sometimes staying away from the Job helps you get better and also helps you in restrategizing on how best to do your job. After Guardiola left Barcelona, he took a little break before signing for Bayern Munich and that helped him a lot, and I think Xavi Hernandez made the right decision not to accept the Leverkusen job, I think he also needs some time to rest until he gets a better Tayo.

You may not count Leverkusen in the list of clubs with most sells this window, but it's the fact. I know they get rid almost all of their key players, but they raised so much money in exchange. Only disappointed with the way they handled their club even sacking Ten Hag just after two games of bundesliga.
So i don't think they will able to repeat this kind of momentum because of they most likely have no good squad for sale next window.

I could remember when The Blue Co took over at Chelsea and they started signing every youngster at Chelsea a lot of people even Chelsea fans were criticizing them that they are going to ruin the club, but what there plan was is already clear. Their plan is to sign sign promising youngsters to the club, give them huge years of contract, develop them and sell off the ones they fail to improve. Again when selling they make sure they have a sell on clause on the player. Honestly when it comes to this transfers business no team is doing it better than Chelsea.

Well I won’t blame Bayern leverkusen for selling their stars and making profit. We have never known them to be a team that want to challenge for title until Xabi Alonso took charge, and after winning the bundesliga they didn’t make moves to show that they really want to retain the title. I think the owners plans was to sell off the stars in the team and make profit.

Indeed Liverpool has really spend a little in this transfer window and I also think they are the highest spenders in this transfer window. Definitely we are all expecting it to be an.easy ride for them to win the league especially with the sign off Alexander Isak, but I really don't see it as an easy ride for them and I can not really say they will win the league,  but I am not also saying they can't win it, but I am very sure it's not going to be an easy ride for any team that it's going the win the league this season.
We should not forget that a lot of teams has invested seriously in there teams and are hoping to do better than last season.  I also think that Liverpool has made a lot of changes to their starting lineup of last season and that might be a little issue. So I really expecting a well competitive season.
