For weeks now we all have been talking about Liverpool perfect reinforcements starting from defence line to there attacking force, acquiring high profile players is never the problem at all the problem here is being able to utilise what you have for effectiveness, consistency and winning games some coaches that lack managerial quality fail to manage the players they have to get positive result instead they end up blaming players for there failure i doubt if arne slot won't be one of those managers. Talking about high quality players, real Madrid had one of the best squad last season yet they where unable to go home with any trophy while PSG that where crowned champions never had the quality of players Madrid had yet they prove to the world how consistent they are.

Lookman was really rumoured with Galatasaray and Fenerbahçe on the recent days. But they both went for a really late move and it was the deadline for European tournaments registration. The transfer window was also about to close for Serie A teams so that must be why Atalanta wasn't also keen on letting him go. They wouldn't have been able to find a replacement while there were only hours left... Staying at Atalanta is still not good for him in the long term though. I don't believe in Juric at all. I was convinced that he would leave, but my confidence was very certain, more than certain, he is a player who can do a lot, I can't understand why he has had so many courtships but no one who has actually bought him, in any case he has renewed his membership in the Champions League list so he will be there until the winter session Lookman will give his all for Atalanta until the winter break. The Nigerian scored 15 goals in 31 appearances last year. He and Osimhen would make a good pairing, but Atalanta would also face problems finding players during that time. It's now certain that he'll be at Atalanta until the winter break. He'll undoubtedly give his all in the UCL.

Now it is closed I am very happy with the business Liverpool have done and I hope but also expect a good season.
Liverpool will have a good season. I even predict that they will retain the league. I don't know about the other league cup competitions, but I'm betting on them to win the league. They did a very strategic and beautiful business this summer. The Champions League is more difficult to predict, but I believe they will do better than they did last season. They have a very good attack and midfield. Not getting Marc Guehi is the only thing that didn't work out for Liverpool in this window. They really needed to strengthen that defence because without Van Dijk or Konate, they don't have any other reliable CBs. Then there is the fact that Konate does not want to renew. Other than that, it's up to the coach to make sure his team is very strong because he has all the players. They have a team that can win both the league and Champiosn league.

Aston Villa has agreed a loan move with Liverpool for Harvey Elliott with an obligation to buy for £35 million next summer. I think I understand why Liverpool has decided to loan him out with an option to sell him later, it's for his own good. He doesn't get much game time and always sitting on the bench. With Liverpool's latest signings this season, I don't see him breaking into the first eleven so the best option was to let him go to another club where he can continue playing.
Harvey Elliott's loan to Aston Villa was intended to unlock his potential. I think it was a good move by Liverpool rather than him spending every week on the bench. Elliott is a player with excellent vision, as evidenced by his role in helping the England U21 national team. With this new opportunity at Aston Villa and the hope of getting enough playing time, I'm sure Tuchel will consider him for the World Cup.

With this new opportunity at Aston Villa and the hope of getting enough playing time, I'm sure Tuchel will consider him for the World Cup. The loan deal is a good move for him especially since Liverpool have added more players now there will be no space for him in the team and he will barely have playing time so moving to Aston Villa is good he will have more playing time there. Harvey Elliot is a talented player but can't really shine much in Liverpool because they have more stars that he can't outshine. Under Kloop he use to participate well in matches but I think Arne Slot didn't approve of him and is not satisfied with his style of play and doesn't see him in his plan that's why he is sent out on loan with an obligation to buy. It's a good thing to join another team so he can prove himself and show everyone his full potential. If he performs well he will definitely get a call up.

I’m so glad the transfer window is over now. I’ve been checking X for transfer news multiple times an hour for weeks. I think I’ve aged this summer Now it is closed I am very happy with the business Liverpool have done and I hope but also expect a good season. Liverpool have been quite busy in the transfer market and have managed to bring in a number of players they needed this season. This move is considered quite serious because Liverpool themselves will be trying to make changes in terms of competing in the Champions League, and with the resources they currently have, it's likely that Liverpool's chances will be greatly improved. I want to see better results for Liverpool, and what they've done can give them the best chance this season. I'm sure with the amount of money they've spent in the current transfer window, they have big targets they want to achieve.

Liverpool will have a good season.
Indeed, at this time the 2025 summer soccer transfer market is a hot topic in the world of football, especially in the Premier League, I see many names of players moving to clubs with fantastic transfer value. For example Liverpool are currently in the spotlight of various groups of sports because Liverpool are aiming at two most expensive players such as Florian Wirtz and Isak, is it possible for Liverpool to defend the title The league in this season is 2025, for that there is a most likely Liverpool to become a club that wants to win the Premier League champions.

This is clearly a shock that is very difficult for Chelsea fans to accept, as rumors over the past few weeks suggested that Xavi Simons was close to joining Chelsea, but in the end he chose Tottenham as his future destination.
This is undoubtedly a great development for Tottenham, as we all know Xavi Simons' exceptional talent. Moreover, the position left vacant by Son must be filled, and Xavi Simons' arrival should be a blessing for Tottenham. He possesses exceptional speed, which will be highly valuable in the Premier League. Although this marks a new adventure for Xavi Simons, his individual skills—particularly his speed and dribbling ability should greatly benefit his career. Let us hope the Premier League does not derail his career, as has happened to some star players who have come here before.
He wasted his talent to join Tottenham. Tottenham is a team that should be just for a stepping stone, Simons actually has a good value because he's young, perform and even play for his national team. Not sure why Simons not move to Chelsea, I think his quality should able to reach starting lineup. What's the purpose Simons want in Tottenham? this team high unlikely to win prestigious trophy. In this situation, it seems that Xavi Simons wants to establish a comfortable career first because he realizes that when he is at Chelsea, the competition will be even tougher, especially since we know that Chelsea always buys many players in the same position and currently has a crowded attack line, which makes Xavi Simons reconsider. It is indeed ideal to be at a big club, but when competition is fierce, a player will naturally prioritize a club that can offer sufficient playing time. Tottenham will certainly see this as an opportunity, especially since the winger position is currently vacant. This is indeed a risky situation for Xavi Simons, but regardless of the circumstances, the agreement has been made, and he must now focus on what he believes is best and most beneficial for him.

Even at a big team like Chelsea, I think he'll be able to compete and secure a starting spot. The 22-year-old Dutchman has already demonstrated his quality, and despite his relatively young age, he still has the potential to develop further. But now that the player has solidified his decision to join Tottenham Spurs, he'll likely become a key player for Spurs straight away. However, the question remains what he hopes to achieve with Spurs, as the team has never been a serious title contender, even though Spurs won the UEFA Europa League trophy last season and are now set to play in the Champions League.

The beginning of a new trend
Who has noticed that of recent there is a lot of disagreement between players and their clubs. It is either from the player side or from the club side but the level of disagreement and the collapse of transfer deals has increased this season. I cannot mention them all but you will see a player who still has up to three seasons with his club will outrightly tell the club that he wants to leave and if the club refuses to let him go he will exempt himself from the team.
We have also seen players have good offers but the club will deliberately raise the price to hinder the player from making such a move. I think things are seriously changing and this will bring in many clauses in transfer businesses. Do you think that this is the beginning of a new trend?

How do you feel about Liverpool's transfers this season? Are they effective? What are your predictions? Remember, they spent nearly €244 million just on Isak and Florian Wirtz. Isak may already be accustomed to the EPL, but Florian Wirtz is coming from Germany. Hopefully, he will be able to give his best contribution. Liverpool has become the record-breaking transfer team with the arrival of Isak.
Liverpool was very ambitious to sign Alexander trying to get him to join before the transfer window closed or even Liverpool's offer had been rejected by Newcastle. And in the end, Liverpool managed to sign Isak to strengthen their team. There's a possibility that Isak will play as a lone striker if Liverpool uses a 4-2-3-1 formation. But I personally prefer to see Slot try using a 4-4-2 or 4-2-2-2 formation when chasing goals. And I can't imagine how Arne Slot would arrange this formation for their players. Maybe Slot's plan is to pair Isak with Salah, where Isak's unpredictable movements can capitalize on Salah's passes to create goals. Meanwhile, Florian Wirtz seems to need more adaptation time to Liverpool's style of play and that of their opponents. Well let's see what happens in the upcoming matches, where Liverpool has undoubtedly prepared for with a new lineup and rotation. Hmm to me in as much as Alexander isak is quite a good player but I still think the amount used to sign him is still too much, I just pray he plays to his expectations, yes he's English premier League proven but note he had less pressure there in Newcastle United than the one he will face at Liverpool, the pressure might be too much for him as the club and the fans all will be counting on him to deliver Everytime and if by mistake he didn't perform in maybe 1 or 2 game the critic's he will get might as well weigh him down, but I just hope he delivers.

Just more players are getting disrespectful to their contract. I would not blame the players by doing it as it's their right. However, in term of ethic, such player has no professionality as a world class footballer. Even some were crying like a baby. I think this is a beginning of a new trend, but a negative trend,.

Just more players are getting disrespectful to their contract. I would not blame the players by doing it as it's their right. However, in term of ethic, such player has no professionality as a world class footballer.
Yeah this is pretty much the current situation. Back then the player has nothing to add onto the the transfer discussion. its either the club sell him or they dont and the player will keep playing with their best even if they are not happy in the club. I think this whole saga started when Harry Kane refused to play when he wanted the move but eventually when Tottenham said they still want him in the club, he still play as best as he could

There's no player can be bigger than the team, that's the thing every players should know. With social medias, players who have a lot followers will feel themselves are bigger than the team, hence they're more rebellious than the old generation. I think it's okay for the player who want to do like that, but they should know if the final decision ends on the team, not them. However this could affect their mental, when they're forced to play with their current team, they might play without any motivation.

Very correct. - Some players feel they are bigger than the club and because of fame, they decide to disrespect the club that gave them the platform, example of this scenario is Isak and Newcastle.
- Sometimes it is the club that wants to frustrate the player, example of this is Osimhen and Napoli
- About the drama affecting the players mental health, it would have happened if Chelsea succeeded in returning Jackson. Jackson would have been totally unproductive in Chelsea because he is such an emotional player.

Big day tomorrow, transfer deadline day. I will be glad when it’s over to be honest so we can just get on with the season.
It’s such a distraction but by 7pm UK time the transfer window will be shut. I do hope Liverpool can get Isak and Guehi in but not confident on that.
At the end of the transfer window many transfers were completed and some were called off, Liverpool managed to compete their long waited Signing of Alexander Isak while the transfer of Marc Guehi failed because Palace were unable to get a replacement in time so they stopped hosting move to avoid uncertainty and a short in their squad this season.

Lookman was really rumoured with Galatasaray and Fenerbahçe on the recent days. But they both went for a really late move and it was the deadline for European tournaments registration. [snip]... Staying at Atalanta is still not good for him in the long term though. I don't believe in Juric at all. Inter Milan's last offer was just €5 million short of Atalanta's €50 million asking price, and yet they didn't sell. On transfer deadline day, Bayern Munich asked for a loan deal and obligation to buy at €28 million, and Atalanta didn't even respond. Well... the Turkish transfer market is still open until 13 September. So Galatasaray and Fenerbahce can still try, but the way I see it, if they don't meet Atalanta's asking price, Lookman is going nowhere. It's a pity the situation he's in. Players like Gyokeres and Isak finally had their wishes granted but his case is looking quite different.

Isak is a very high-quality player. He will be a weapon for Liverpool. The Guehi transfer was delayed by the schedule. This was a transfer that should have been made sooner.

No doubt, he is a good player(Isak). He has proven that several times in the EPL even against top teams like Arsenal and the likes. The drama about His transfer and move to Liverpool is just something else. But for a truth, he is a player I always want to watch. I just wish he delivers and become a tool of battle for his new club, Liverpool. Am sure Newcastle will miss him alot.
