What you said here really made some sense, because homegrown players are the best when it comes to commitment and contented in what ever they are being paid, but the problem is that does Manchester United has such high quality players in the academy?

I would say that Silva would be good for Juventus without a doubt, he is a very good player and I can see why they would consider him as a player that could do fine. Juventus has been doing very bad since their streak is done, after all of that 10 years in a row situation, they started to be terrible and not looking like they are improving neither.

Maybe if they are lucky they can finish fourth this year and be in UCL next season but even that doesn't look like a sure thing so far, Como looks even better. So I would guess that five new signings and selling some players they do not want could be a huge deal for them. Vlhaovic would be on my number one list, they just don't want him, so it's better if they can sell him as quickly as possible.

What do you expect mate. Italy are used to a defensive game which means they pay more attention on strengthening their defense. Actually Bruno Guimereas will be a good replacement for Casemiro, his form in the past seasons has been very good and consistent but I don't think Newcastle will let him go so easily. Casemiro has a terrible start at the club but later was about to balance himself and now he is doing well for the club but still his age doesn't make him the most suitable for the club.

I wouldn't say some key players will want to leave because of bad performance in the champions league. It's not as if they are a big team that will expect to perform well. And if no team in the champions league comes for them where else will they want to leave to? Playing in the champions league is even a blessing for most of them. You have actually echoed my mind, I've watched European football for the last 20 years and I'm beginning to imagine how average players have been bought with so much huge amount and at the end of the day, is just a handful of them that will give back to an average level in respect to the amount they've been bought. €80 million is too much for an average player like Bruno, I haven't seen anything exceptional in his style of play, probably there is something underneath they are not fully telling us the audience because that amount is ridiculous.

Based on the current football market I can categorically state that Bruno Guimaraes is worth the stipulated amount, not only that, the man has some great qualities that justifies that amount of money, Remember he is the captain of Newcastle and aside from his skills on the pitch he also has some leadership skills also which makes him quite unique and peculiar.
The age factor doesn't really count right now, this is because the role he plays requires a great deal of experience to master and I believe his wealth of experience and several years of service at Newcastle could be the reason why Manchester United are gunning for him despite being sidelined by injury.
