If truly Pep Guardiola is leaving Manchester City (their words sometimes are hard to believe) after this season then it says it all with how slow the player Haaland has been playing, is like he's mourning something or like a child that they refused to give candy. Leaving the club as well as the manager I feel that Haaland isn't the only one that would request for a move too, Pep Guardiola has changed the atmosphere of the club, he won so many titles with the club and it will be an emotional exit...but is it right for the man Haaland to leave as well?
Pep Guardiola leaving Manchester City after the season ends shouldn't be coming as a surprise to anyone, he has lasted his time and did very well for the club. He should be let go in a grand style, he brought Manchester City among the best title contenders for almost all the years he represented the club as a manager. If other players decides to leave, depends on them but for the huge wages they are receiving, i don't think is necessary to push for the move. Pep has given Manchester City his best. He revived the club and made them among the elite clubs in EPL. It's high time he leaves because he's not getting the results as expected and that's a sign that he needs to go somewhere else because if he stays in the club for long, we might continue to see his lapses and that will bring down his reputation.

Pep leaving Manchester City is not going to affect any player, i never see a player who will decide to leave just because his favourite manager wants to leave the club, Haaland is a good player and he will like to work with different managers who are going to help his career, no one knows maybe the next manager might even help his career more than pep Guardiola, no any player will leave the team as far as they are on a contract with the team because the team value them and want them to succeed in the team. The only players that can leave are those ones who are out of contract at the end of the season, players like Stone, Ruben Diaz and Benaldo Silva are going to leave the club because their contract expires at the end of the season and the club did not want to renew their contract, Haaland has signed a big contract extension with Manchester City and any team that will want to sign him is going to bring with a deal that is up to 200 million euros.

There are a lot of rumors surrounding Guardiola right now. I think that if he managed to beat Arsenal tomorrow in the FA Cup final, and if some miracle happened and City managed to become Premier League champions, then Guardiola would stay at the club. But it’s obvious that for several seasons in a row now it’s been getting harder for City to win trophies. And he’s an ambitious person, he needs big victories. In addition, there is a lot of pressure from City fans, who also demand better results. I think Guardiola, simply feeling that he needs a change, has already been at City for too long.

Indeed this season Manchester City failure in Champion League and domestic league I think Pep Guardiola success make Manchester City winning many domestic league tittle and first UCL tittle. Pep has one year contract left with Manchester City and the management looka trust with him. In this season actually Manchester City has chance for winning trophies between FA Cup or EFL Cup and not fully fail, for awhile the Citizen management still want to defend Pep Guardiola until his contract left and won't sack him as manager although fail win Premier League. Difficult get replacing Pep Guardiola position right now and new manager need time adapting their tactical, Pep bring faster achievement when appointing as Man City manager by winning premier league tittle at first season.

Man City hasn’t exactly been great over the last two seasons, so it’s hardly surprising that rumours have been circulating that Pep Guardiola will leave Man City at the end of the season. But I can tell that’s not actually going to happen, at least not a decision that Pep himself has taken, because a top class manager like him would certainly want to end it all on a high note, which means Man City would need to win at least the Champions League or the Premier League, and that is highly unlikely to happen at the end of this season. It might be a different story if Pep had actually been sacked first, but given what Pep has achieved so far, I don’t think the management would simply sack him, even if he doesn’t win a trophy at the end of the season.

Haaland moving to Barcelona? Are we talking seriously or are we joking? Haaland earns approximately 32 million euros per year, Barcelona can't even find the money to buy Rashford that earns 1/3 of Haaland and costs a fraction of the Norwegian, so how on earth could they afford him? City don't need any money, if they do sell him it would be for, at least, 150 millions, no less than that. They would have to sell Yamal in order to bring Haaland in, no other way. Wasn't there news that Real Madrid wanted Haaland instead of Barcelona? Because it is clear that until now Barcelona is still in a financial crisis they will not be able to pay high salaries for players, but there is one more thing, isn't Haaland's clause expensive? For me Haaland will not leave, maybe Pep Guardiola can leave at any time maybe he is also fed up with his team now because it continues to decline after failing this season, it's just that we don't know if this will become a reality later or not.

Yes, in the past I heard about Haaland been linked to Real Madrid, this is the first time I hear about Barcelona because anyone who knows a little about football perfectly knows there is no way they can afford him, as simple as that. Real Madrid could absolutely give it a shot if, for example, they sell Vinicius to some Saudi team, then they would have enough money to buy the Norwegian player and Mbappé would play as wing instead of the center.

A rumor says Zirkzee is keen to go back to the serie a again. I know this is still a rumor, but it makes sense consider how he's lacking of minutes in MU. Juventus and Napoli become his potential future club. Honestly, he's a big potential to be a generational talent, but lack of minutes has become the big wall that prevented his development.
I watched him a few times, and when i often see his phenomenal touches. So i think he can be big if he moves to the right club. If he moves to the another club, he will be my star boy again. Whether Milan, Juve or Napoli. It's all good as long as he can get minutes and regain his form again.
i hope he gets the chance to shine when he leaves from the club next summer.
When you do not shine at the place that you think you will, going back to the place that you already shined is a natural instinct of every human being. He was good at Italy, and he didn't do as well as hoped for in England, so now he wants to go back to Italy because he knows that he did well there, and he has seen other United players who left and did alright, so he assumes that if he could leave and go there, he could maybe do well once more and that would be better for his career and mentality.

Leaving the club should be at every individual's discretion, if any player doesn't feel comfortable anymore then he has the right to ask for a transfer, Manchester City may not be the only team that Erling Haaland might play for, somewhere along the line he might opt for a transfer whether Guardiola is present or not, the right to stay or leave solely resides with the player involved and Haaland happens to be a very vocal player who isn't shy to air his views concerning matters that are of importance to him, but right now I don't see that happening not even if Pep Guardiola leaves the club.

All thanks to Arsenal for making this possible. Arsenal is the only team that has tried to match Pep's energy and challenge him in the title race. Instead of the league fans acknowledging the effort, they foolishly want Pep to keep the record of back-to-back league titles. The league is for everybody, so why wish for only one team to take dominance for years? Every heroes reign would definitely come to an end but Pep's name and the record he's kept in the Premier League would never be forgotten, he'll forever be remembered as one of the best coach in the Premier League. Although i feel that Manchester City might struggle if Pep Guardiola leaves except they find something rhat can handle the club very well, money won't be a enough cause good players without the right coach won't bring trophies.
Respect is to be given to Mikel Arteta if not for his expertise, Pep Guardiola would be dominating the Premier League for years to come. If only Arsenal can be crowned champions of England this season i will be impressed because the English Premier league is for all England teams and not Manchester City alone. For few seasons now Manchester City have been the once winning it that they even won it back to back if not for Liverpool that narrowly defeated them last season and now lost consistency this season all would have believed the tournament is only for them. So if Arsenal can do it, I think they deserve our maximum support as handling the trophy over to another team apart from Manchester City is the only thing that will make the tournament more competitive. I wont say Arsenal's victory is under probability because they are already closer to becoming champions in know distant time.

Release clauses in England aren't much of a deal like those in Spain. It's very likely that Haaland's release clause may be triggered for not more than 150M euros, unlike in Spain, where it can stretch up to even 1 billion It's not impossible for Haaland to leave Manchester City if he wants out and a club comes with, let's say, 200M to 250M euros. Real Madrid or PSG on a crazy day can create that offer if you remember the Mbappe saga.

https://www.football365.com/news/man-city-haaland-asks-barcelona-transfer-guardiola-resigns If truly Pep Guardiola is leaving Manchester City (their words sometimes are hard to believe) after this season then it says it all with how slow the player Haaland has been playing, is like he's mourning something or like a child that they refused to give candy. Leaving the club as well as the manager I feel that Haaland isn't the only one that would request for a move too, Pep Guardiola has changed the atmosphere of the club, he won so many titles with the club and it will be an emotional exit...but is it right for the man Haaland to leave as well? Pep leaving Manchester City is not going to affect any player, i never see a player who will decide to leave just because his favourite manager wants to leave the club, When managers leave to a new club, they often try to buy their best players from their previous club. Pep was bound to leave at some point and I think City have been preparing for a post Pep era. It will be interesting to see who they get to replace him, would it be Maresca, Arteta, or Kompany? I always assumed if Pep was leaving Manchester City, it would be to manage a national team. If Pep still has interest in managing club football, he would probably go a league where he can build a super squad and farm titles.

In the past, Real Madrid was so brave to bid for Mbappe above 150 million, and finally got it for free even though his salary was the highest. Haaland is likely to go to Real Madrid because this team is usually the favorite club of all players who want to play there.

Well you have said it all that just the truth there is a time that comes in a man’s life where all his records are not been forgotten but it would still remain as something it should never be cleared or forgotten…well in Pep’s past he was known for his best back then which is still recognizable by other till date for his past glory…I think I would want clear something where you made mention of money is not a enough like having a good coach i think you are right about this no matter the amount of funds it would not be worth a coach teaching and love to his players…

This figures are insane with the kind of football these players are playing. I will gladly accept any release clause of Haaland if this was between 2023 and 2024 but ever since the disappearance of Debruyne, Haaland has been amount to nothing, strikers need support but his support is another lever that he need a specific player to be able to do well on the pitch which is why I will not even give him a release clause of $150m, that's insane amount to give out. He used to be in Dortmund worth not big figure, if I'm going to sign new player for my team, I will look forward to get some of them in Dortmund. There are many players that club has produced that has won the Champions League and other based domestic league than the number of Trophies Dortmund has down in Bundesliga. Bellingham was from there, Real Madrid bought them and he is one of the best thing that happened to Real Madrid.

He has done his best on his part and if he decides to leave then it is the best thing for now, even though the situation at City is not so good now, but if he stays at City I also think he will not produce any results because the situation is different compared to before. so if he leaves and takes a break from his coaching career it could be a wise decision to refresh his perspective, and maybe later when he comes back he can come with a better strategy and approach.

I think City might not suffer much in getting a good coach while Pep more likely is leaving he will give a good recommendation and the squad is still solid with time we know they can be back to their best again. He has already changed the team beyond what they imagined and yes we all have to agree he needs to go in order to keep his name standing. Jose Mourinho was once the best before things went the other way but I will not disprove his class.

Liverpool did it twice as well before Arsenal so it's no big deal. Remember they failed multiple times even when Pep gave Arteta a head start he still bullied him severally. It is good that Arsenal will finally win the league title after several trial and that's one thing I will acknowledge Arsenal for, their relentless effort deserves to be praised. As an EPL fan I don't like how pep was dominating the league so I like that he is currently struggling. Pep dominated for a few while winning the trophy 4 times on a row that is very impressive. Arteta was there while pep was winning it and back then only Klopp succeeded in winning the league title and then Slot also did in his first season but it took Arteta how many seasons? I think you're praising Arteta too much.
