Pep has given Manchester City his best. He revived the club and made them among the elite clubs in EPL. It's high time he leaves because he's not getting the results as expected and that's a sign that he needs to go somewhere else because if he stays in the club for long, we might continue to see his lapses and that will bring down his reputation.
He has done his best on his part and if he decides to leave then it is the best thing for now, even though the situation at City is not so good now, but if he stays at City I also think he will not produce any results because the situation is different compared to before. so if he leaves and takes a break from his coaching career it could be a wise decision to refresh his perspective, and maybe later when he comes back he can come with a better strategy and approach. Wouldn't it be cruel to not want him in the team after a season of poor performance? Pep gave everything for Manchester City and created a magnificent career and team. Of course, there will be bad times, the important thing is to overcome them. That's why I would like to see him back at the helm of Manchester City in the Premier League next year. Of course, it will be his own decision. If he wants to leave with the team, he will. I don't think the management will want to send him away. His past successes are his biggest advantage.

Liverpool did it twice as well before Arsenal so it's no big deal. Remember they failed multiple times even when Pep gave Arteta a head start he still bullied him severally. It is good that Arsenal will finally win the league title after several trial and that's one thing I will acknowledge Arsenal for, their relentless effort deserves to be praised. As an EPL fan I don't like how pep was dominating the league so I like that he is currently struggling. Pep dominated for a few while winning the trophy 4 times on a row that is very impressive.
Arteta was there while pep was winning it and back then only Klopp succeeded in winning the league title and then Slot also did in his first season but it took Arteta how many seasons? I think you're praising Arteta too much.
Liverpool interrupted Manchester twice, in a season where Manchester City were completely clueless. Last season, Manchester City did not contend for the 1st place, due to poor performances, which is why Liverpool won the league. Ask Jurgen Klopp, you will understand that the most difficult manager to compete against is Pep Guardiola, and Klopp competed the 4 times City four times without a result, same fate with Arsenal. This season, Manchester City is contending for the title, but where is Liverpool?

Is there something wrong with Nick Woltemade? I'm questioning it caused by i see a rumor says Newcastle is interesting in signing Delap from Chelsea. It's a common knowledge how delap has been so shite after he joined Chelsea from Leeds. However, this kinda weird to see that Newcastle is being linked to him. I know sometimes a flop player can be better when he get a team that can suit him well. Apart from that i'm also rarely seeing Nick scored for Newcastle unlike his debut. They have only Woltemade as their striker and also Wilson who comes off the bench once in a while so it won’t be bad for them that they actually get to sign another striker next summer, I think with Newcastle havinv this very poor form they should definitely be looking for solutions and sincerely if they actually finish outside the European places which is most likely then I will say that they will seriously have to lose some players with the likes of Gordon and their midfield duo of Gumaresi and Tonali too. I think Delap is just part of their radar to be scouted and considering the fact that he did well in Ipswich then there should be hope for him to regain his form back again. Yeah, that's it. A player that doesn't perform well in his current club, it doesn't mean he's terrible. Sometimes, it's happened due to the a dumb system have ran by the current club compared to the previous club who could maximal his potential. If it happens, i don't think it's a wrong move as long as the price is just close to the Chelsea's intial bought price. It's something that is worthy enough to play. If it works out, Newcastle may able to sell him for bags of money.

When managers leave to a new club, they often try to buy their best players from their previous club. Pep was bound to leave at some point and I think City have been preparing for a post Pep era. It will be interesting to see who they get to replace him, would it be Maresca, Arteta, or Kompany?
I always assumed if Pep was leaving Manchester City, it would be to manage a national team. If Pep still has interest in managing club football, he would probably go a league where he can build a super squad and farm titles.
Pep Guardiola's time is long overdue and he should take a bow after this season so that Manchester City can experience a different manager and a new style of play, Pep Guardiola has won it all for the Manchester City team if they decide to replace him they have to also seek his opinion to know the best person he would suggest for them to sign as his replacement. For now you can't tell if Pep Guardiola is going to take another offer as a manager of a club in a different league but if he decides to take up an offer in the national team then the country should be happy because Pep Guardiola is a good coach.

Leaving the club should be at every individual's discretion, if any player doesn't feel comfortable anymore then he has the right to ask for a transfer, Manchester City may not be the only team that Erling Haaland might play for, somewhere along the line he might opt for a transfer whether Guardiola is present or not, the right to stay or leave solely resides with the player involved and Haaland happens to be a very vocal player who isn't shy to air his views concerning matters that are of importance to him, but right now I don't see that happening not even if Pep Guardiola leaves the club.
I agree with you that players wanting to leave the club will be the players discretion, but a player can't just wake up one morning and decides to leave knowing fully well that he has a contract with the club, so the club will always have the final say if they will let a player go or not, or unless he has a release clause in his contract. I don't think that the departure of pep guardiola will compel erling haaland to leave Manchester City quick, the only reason he will want to move out is if the club lacks ambition after pep guardiola leaves, or a team like real madrid comes for his signature and turns his head, but right now, all this are just speculation, so no need to be going too far for now.

Pep leaving is not a sure thing at all. But I would understand both sides. If he stays then I would understand because he has spent nearly a decade there, so it makes sense for him to want to stay and just make a big name for himself, sort of Sir Alex Ferguson style of career there instead.
I assumed he would have that at Barcelona but things did not worked out well there, but here he could stay and rebuild and keep being great, he is always either at the top or near the top, so I would say it's good. If he leaves I understand that too, not many people have a job for 10+ years, people change jobs, and not stay at the same company for that long, some do, but rare, so I would understand why he would want to go to another team.

I can only guess the downgrade of Nick's performance is the reason why Newcastle is looking someone else. This makes me think it can come up into the conclusion Newcastle is looking for a new striker to give a Nick compettiion. So i can push Nick to give his best like his debut. I don't deny Delap is having potential, cheap fees and lo salary. It makes Delap is interesting striker to sign, though his journey at Chelsea is horrendous. This transfer news makes me question the ability of whoever is in charge of Newcastle scouting. I know they tried signing Liam Delap last year but that didn’t happen for some reason. Looking at how Delap has performed from last year till date, how is Delap an upgrade from Woltemade? I sincerely hope they are getting him for cheap because it would be outrageous to sign Delap for more than 25m, knowing Chelsea, they might want to inflate his price tag. There is nothing absolutely wrong with this player, he is obviously a good player, but sometimes in Football, you make the wrong move, moving to Chelsea was always going to be the wrong move you know why, because he doesn’t fit the profile of the kind of Striker that will possibly play for Chelsea Football Club, Chelsea is a big club so the Pressure in Chelsea will be entirely different from the one he was facing at Ipswich, so I think he should leave Chelsea for a team that he will fit into perfectly and also playing regularly football is very important for every player, he isn’t playing a regular football and that is going to be damaging to his mentality, If Newcastle are very interested in him, they should be going after him, because he is a very good player and will fit into their squad very well, because it’s not working at Chelsea, doesn’t mean it will not work at Newcastle for him, and Newcastle have been interested in him in past games.

Pep Guardiola is a great manager and one of my favorite managers. But he has failed this season with manchester city. In the previous season, Manchester City's performance was also weak and erratic. The team has faced two consecutive seasons of decline. Guardiola should now leave manchester city. And take on a new challenge. He has this ability. City management will probably not fire Guardiola. Because Pep guardiola is the most successful manager in the history of city. With the help of Pep guardiola, city has been able to win all the titles. So if guardiola does not resign, city will not decide to fire him. But Guardiola should leave before city faces further decline,

If truly Pep Guardiola is leaving Manchester City (their words sometimes are hard to believe) after this season then it says it all with how slow the player Haaland has been playing, is like he's mourning something or like a child that they refused to give candy. Leaving the club as well as the manager I feel that Haaland isn't the only one that would request for a move too, Pep Guardiola has changed the atmosphere of the club, he won so many titles with the club and it will be an emotional exit...but is it right for the man Haaland to leave as well?
There are a lot of rumors surrounding Guardiola right now. I think that if he managed to beat Arsenal tomorrow in the FA Cup final, and if some miracle happened and City managed to become Premier League champions, then Guardiola would stay at the club. But it’s obvious that for several seasons in a row now it’s been getting harder for City to win trophies. And he’s an ambitious person, he needs big victories. In addition, there is a lot of pressure from City fans, who also demand better results. I think Guardiola, simply feeling that he needs a change, has already been at City for too long. Pep Guardiola is reportedly set to make a decision regarding his future at Manchester City after the EFL Cup final ( Source). It seems he will give it his all in this match. And he will certainly strive to deliver the best possible result. He is a coach who is fully committed to the plans he has laid out. And the achievements he has brought to Manchester City speak for themselves. We don’t know whether Pep will decide to leave soon or not. But what is clear is that he won’t let his reputation continue to decline. And he will do his absolute best to deliver a stellar performance for Manchester City in the upcoming final against Arsenal. I personally think that even if Pep decides to leave City after winning that trophy so it would be highly beneficial for Pep Guardiola or even for Manchester City. And it’s possible that Pep will stay at Manchester City with a new achievement he might bring to Man City. In any case Pep Guardiola has forged a strong bond with Manchester City. And even if he were to leave then his departure would be handled amicably by both parties.

Bro, this guy is not just good at all, the only thing he knows how to do very well is to commit stupid foul, thinking that he is doing anything significant. All his time at Chelsea, I still can't point at a single thing he is good at, except running aimlessly without offering any attacking threat upfront, so if he gaining interest from other English premier league teams, Chelsea should hurry up and sell him off because he is not good enough for the club. By looking at his numbers like goals and assist this season, you will understand how useless he has been for Chelsea. Look at his physique, he is perfectly built for the English premier league, but the problem is that he has zero footballing IQ, which is very bad for a player, playing in a top team like Chelsea.

Pep has given Manchester City his best. He revived the club and made them among the elite clubs in EPL. Pep Guardiola has been the manager of Manchester City for 10 years and it is time for him to move on to a new challenge in his career. Thanks to Guardiola, Manchester City has become a major club in the Premier League and Guardiola's achievements will never be forgotten by Manchester City. I agree with you that if Guardiola continues to stay at Manchester City, it will lower his reputation because he has raised Manchester City to a higher level, namely by winning the Champions League title. If Guardiola cannot win several Champions League titles during his time at Manchester City, many criticisms will come to him, and it is not uncommon for people to consider Guardiola's greatness as a coach to be doubted.

He should have stuck to his original decision of 7 seasons for a club like he did previously at Barcelona and Bayern but he seemed to want more from Manchester City which is why he extended his current short-term contract. Now is the second season that is not good for Pep because it is possible that with the current conditions they will struggle to catch Arsenal in the race for points and if that happens then indeed this is a failure in 2 consecutive seasons and this is a new thing for Pep at Manchester City. A little regrettable but it seems that at this time he must look for other alternatives so that the heyday he has got does not turn into a reproach due to declining performance. He is still a very good coach at the moment but everything has its legacy and at the moment he must find a new legacy and it is not at Manchester City.

Pep Guardiola leaving Manchester City after the season ends shouldn't be coming as a surprise to anyone, he has lasted his time and did very well for the club. He should be let go in a grand style, he brought Manchester City among the best title contenders for almost all the years he represented the club as a manager. If other players decides to leave, depends on them but for the huge wages they are receiving, i don't think is necessary to push for the move. Yes, Pep Guardiola has given Manchester City his best and there's nothing remaining for him to offer to Manchester City again, so it is better for him to leave Manchester City when the season ends so that Manchester City will look for another coach who will help them win major trophies. No doubt Pep Guardiola did a great work at Manchester City, but I totally disagree with you that he revived Manchester City and made Manchester City an elite club because before he became Manchester City head coach, Manchester City were already playing good football and winning major trophies.

But Guardiola should leave before city faces further decline,
Manchester City has had one off-season in the last 6 years because their key players were injured. That’s not a decline. I think football fans hold Manchester City to a different standard because how great they have in the league and also because of the individual quality they have on their team. It is unlikely that Peo would leave City at a time where the club is “struggling”, he would probably want to exit in a season where he wins a trophy.

In some cases, it's because even though he's not a manager's choice, it doesn't mean his performance is poor, but rather the coach's ability to recognize a player's potential that needs to be questioned. In the Premier League, this often happens, for example, with some players who aren't part of a manager's plans, but when a new manager arrives, they can actually make a real contribution to their club. Delap may not have contributed significantly to Chelsea and it's not certain that he would perform the same way if he played for another team. It's possible that the Newcastle manager sees something different and perhaps he's a good fit for his coaching system. If the price is right, a deal might be struck.

] Bro, this guy is not just good at all, the only thing he knows how to do very well is to commit stupid foul, thinking that he is doing anything significant.
If you said he's not good for Chelsea then I'll agree with you but saying he's not good at all is a wrong statement cause if he was as bad as you think Chelsea wouldn't had signed him or even paid a huge anount to sign him. This is not the first time a player has gone to Chelsea and didn't do better. Hope you're aware of Álvaro Morata, he was one of the best in Laliga but he got to Chelsea and didn't really do as expected. Chelsea would be making a good decision to sell him and get another striker someone that has the passion of Joao Pedro but would do better.

Apart from that, Inter should do their best to keep one of their most crucial members of the squad. Barcelona are in need of a defensive leader, someone who can organise things at the back and make the team strong. Barcelona lost some important games this season because of their porous defense. If not that they have good offensive players that can score many goals it would have been difficult for them to cope this season. Bastoni is very good to fit into what Barcelona wants. From the report it's looking like Inter Milan are interested in the deal as they already have a price tag for the defender. The money will be too much for Barcelona to pay that's for sure, but the report also said they are ready to add a player plus cash to make the deal happen, and I believe that Inter Milan might be interested in that. A player and a reasonable amount of money is not a bad business.

First of all, you can always have a lot of players for the same position, you just pit them against each other to get the best out of players. So getting Delap would mean Woltemade would play decently as well. Secondly we may see him move? I mean we haven no idea, but Woltemade could be someone whom other teams wants, so they could sell and make some money from that and get Delap instead as a replacement wafter he leaves. That could be something that would benefit them without a doubt.

The management wouldn't want to send him away, but imo opinion, I think he should leave. He needs to take a break. Maybe go on a sabbatical like he usually does. He has won everything for City. He has created a part of their history they never thought possible. He made them the best club in the world for a period of time. When you look at it, that is something even teams like Chelsea and Arsenal have not achieved before. He has won the league in 4 consecutive years, won the Champions League, and the treble. What is there to achieve again? I think there comes a time in a mans life where he just have to step down from certain things. Nothing lasts forever. But if he also wants to see out his contract and stay for one more year, then there is nothing wrong with that too, but if it were up to me, he should just walk away after this season, he has already achived everything.
