Most top players want to play for Real Madrid because it is generally seen as the most successful club. But I think that Rodri's focus now should be on how to regain the form he had lost due to long-term injuries. His recurrent injuries and age might be some challenges that will reduce his chances of moving to Real Madrid. Rodri might be cheap to buy since his contract is for one more year, but we have not heard from Real Madrid if they are interested.
Yes, almost all the world's top players want to play for Real Madrid because Real Madrid is a big club that can guarantee winning titles in all competitions. Indeed, there is no definite news that Real Madrid wants Rodri, but if Rodri does not extend his contract at Manchester City, it is likely that Real Madrid will be interested in him because Real Madrid really needs a top midfielder and Rodri is one of the players who has the profile that Real Madrid wants. Rodri has not been at his best since suffering a serious injury, but now his performance is slowly starting to improve. Well, even though Rodri said he wants to play for Real Madrid, his decision could change if Manchester City can convince him to extend his contract. So, let's see what steps Rodri takes after this season, whether he wants to leave Manchester City or stay at Manchester City by extending his contract or terminating it.

Phil Foden is a fantastic player, and even though he wants to leave Manchester City to a club where he will have more playing time, he can't move to a Championship side, because I believe a lot of teams in the Premier League will be interested in signing Phil Foden if actually he wants to part ways with Manchester City. Manchester City management have no interest in Phil Foden leaving the club, it's Phil Foden that wants to leave Manchester City as he's not a regular starter right now at Manchester City.

Who told you Phil Foden can't move to a Championship side? He can, the only reason we wont be seeing that move this summer is that he is still young.
Phil Foden is 26 years old, and I dont see him leaving Manchester City anytime soon. Very soon, he will be offered a 5-year contract. After the five years elapse, he is going to a lower team in the Premiership or the Championship. Most English players rarely leave English football. Kyle Walker and Danny Welbeck are typical examples. I can mention more if you want.

This is still possible but when Madrid want it to happen, it will be forced in the end because we know how Madrid is when they want something.

It's just that there are still those who have to be wasted if Madrid really wants to force Haaland and Mbappe in one squad, it is certain that Vini will leave considering it will be very difficult to unite these 3 players, especially the position of Mbappe and Vini to be the same later for the left wing so one must leave now.  But this is still a rumor of course and I think we still have to wait because for Madrid they will be very closed when discussing the transfer of players and coaches.
I would really like to see that pair up front. Besides, I've seen that Arbeloa has used some unusual strategies, so there might be something very compatible between Mbappe and Haaland. Real Madrid needs a Haaland. I recently saw that Haaland was running for president of Barcelona, but I don't really see it as possible because Haaland is a Real Madrid fan at heart.

I'm not surprised at all with this interest in Olise according to claims. In the end he is having a superb season right now. 16 goals and 27 assists in 39 matches. That's just insane statistics man!

He is one of the essential players at Bayern Munich now. I don't think it's all about money as a result. Kompany wouldn't like to lose one of his most productive players anytime soon.

Uli Hoeneß has said his club won't sell Olise even when there will be a club that sent gigantic offer for him. He's one of most important person behind Bayern's success in the modern football. Any statement by him is following by the club.

So once he said that, no door to open for Olise to leave from the club. Olise is staying until the end of his contract, and he's potentially receiving new contract too.

Beside that it's weird to see how people are linking the main winger of big club to leave when he's still performing.

So i guess this rumor came from click bait merchant news.
That's a wise decision, so what if the Club has 200 million euros in Bank but plays terrible football every weekend, it is the same fans that will complain. So if Olise is doing fine, and Club is keen on renewing his contract, then it's a welcome development by me. I remember when PSG was doing everything to make mbappé stay, at that point they weren't ready to sell him out on any amount, I think even the France president even came in to advise Mbappé to stay, this is because they know his worth.
Mbappe's case was totally different caused by it was Mbappe who was keen to leave, not PSG who was willing to sell him. When it comes to Olise's case, both of clubs and players are interesting to work together. So it makes no sense to linking Olise to the another club while Bayern is still using his service.

It's my reason Olise's move is improbable to happen. It's gonna happen only if player ask club to leave by himself. So, the club will sell him.

But how? How will Barcelona be able to pay for not only his probably astronomical fee and his personal demands?  Huh  You know Barcelona haven't still been financially stable...

This makes me think like they are preparing to make some player sales to raise funds. Otherwise it is very difficult for them to afford even his transfer fee which is likely to be above 70 million euros.
Well next year they do hope that the stadium would be completely finished, all of it, and they would make al lot of money from that, and they are also betting that they will be champions this season as well.

Combine that with the fact that they did alright at UCL so far, could even maybe do better if they are lucky (or maybe not) that is a good chunk of money right there that they could do well with. They sold literally the future of the club so that they could do all of these, and now it's time to use it. Would it be difficult yes, but they have De Jong and Lewandowski contracts ending, that's 40+ million a year right there alone.

They are just marketing Olise and it's understandable. You see one thing about football, you can be the best and the fans will love you for 364 days but if you do mistake in the remaining 1 day that make it 65, they are going to hate you with that tone till you leave the club. For now, Olise is doing well that's why they are saying that they are for the football and loves everything he does, if by next season the performances collapse, they will sell him for $50m if they get an offer.

Didn't Real Madrid gave a fat check to PSG that year? They turn them down out of ego and shade the club but just after a season, the bond didn't last and Mbape ketp mute until the end of the season and take his leave, never renew his contract. They still hate him till date, they shade him the when they won the last Champions League without most of the hype players around the club back then.

Purely speculations brother. They have Jude Bellingham, Tchoumeni, Camavinga, Valverde, Arda Güler, they're linked with Enzo Fernandez, linked with Rodri and now Adam Wharton?! This is just a way to up his value so clubs approaching him on the Premier league competition can pay a huge buck for him. The British media will do all that they can to promote their players market value. Real Madrid will not be going for him.
This is my exact sentiment about this player because I don't even see him as a better option or an upgrade to any of the names you listed down here, I think that rodri and enzo Fernandez is a more likely targeted since they are an upgrade to most of the real madrid midfielder, and it will cost them a lot of money to price enzo Fernandez away from Chelsea since he is very young compared to rodri that is close to the end of his prime years, but I wouldn't be looking too much into this rumour because Adam Wharton is not good enough for real madrid, and they wouldn't pay too much for him if they will ever consider him.
If I had to choose between Rodri and Enzo, who would be the right fit for Madrid I'd choose Enzo. Enzo is far more reliable in terms of quality and has no serious injury history, if I'm not mistaken. Meanwhile Rodri, with his status as a player who could potentially disrupt the stability of Madrid first team, is better left unsigned for whatever reason.

With everything you mentioned, it will still be difficult for Barcelona to pay such a huge amount to buy a player with their current financial challenges. I don't know what exactly is Laporta plan on tackling these financial problems which has hindered Barcelona from signing players of their choice.

However, Laporta should stop going for players that the club will find difficult to sign because it's like an embarrassment to Barcelona as the news will be on media and at the end finance becomes the problem.

Barcelona does Barcelona thing. They were pursuing the player and their camp, yet they don't know how to pay it. As i know Bastoni's price is in around 55m - 60m range. It's impossible to expect them to have that huge sum of money to pay him. They can't even pay their own players salary.

Apart from that i don't think Barcelona is preparing to sell their players. The latest news suggest they're preparing to create a swap deal with Intermilan, which i think they're mocking Inter. You know Inter is financially bad, and they in the need of money.
It's so dumb to send a swap proposal when the seller team doesn't need their players. This is why doing business with Barcelona is the stupidest thing ever.

Rodri is indeed a promising midfielder, but after a long-term injury, we've seen his performance decline, making Manchester City reluctant to use him and unwilling to offer him a contract extension. If Real Madrid were to sign him, they would only be acquiring the leftovers from Rodri already dull performances. Just because he's from Spain doesn't mean Madrid would be easy to sign for a high price, unless it's a free transfer.
Unbeknownst to him after recovering from injury, Rodri's overall performance has declined drastically and he's not as impressive as before. If Man City doesn't renew his contract, Rodri could leave and find a new club to continue his career. Playing at another club could improve his performance, as no one knows for sure how a manager will assess a player's individual abilities.

Real Madrid does need a midfielder to strengthen the team and they haven't found a suitable replacement after the departures of Toni Kroos and Modric. Rodri could be an option when the coach can maximize his potential, especially if the transfer is free, even though Real Madrid could potentially sign him for a fantastic transfer fee.

I foresee conflict between Vinicous Junior and Rodri if their relationship is not well handled. It was Rodri who was given the Ballon d'Or when most people believed that it was Vinicius who deserved it. Real Madrid boycotted the ceremony because they believed that the Brazilian was denied because of his advocacy against racism.

The player Inter would want from Barcelona would be very important, and since Inter wouldn't want just any player, this transfer would likely be cancelled. For Barcelona to pay €60 million for a mere toy, they would need to sell players like Yamal. Otherwise, how could they possibly raise the funds? It seems like pointless speculation to me.

There is no doubt that madrid have plenty of talented midfielders in their squad. Every midfielder in the squad is talented. But the problem is that  they do not  have an experienced midfielder. And you are right that madrid have yet to find a suitable  replacement for Kross and modric. And this could also be a reason for madrid's erratic performance.
Although rodri's performance has deteriorated it is visible. He has just one goal and two assists this season. But , he is quite experienced. If Madrid can  use Rodri properly , Madrid's performance is likely to be stronger.

Let's say they succeed in signing him. Won't this strain Liverpool's finances in the long run? I am talking about the financial fair play rules. They seem to have spent heavily last summer, and adding on more massive expenditures after that might make things ugly in the years to come, especially when they don't sell players at equally high fees. Barcelona can relate  Grin

It will definitely make things worse for Liverpool financially. Let's have a look at their transfer income and expenditures for this season.

They are in a big loss like €263m! This is like their worst transfer record in the last 10 years. And what happened after that? They couldn't even get what they exactly wanted from the new signings.

Liverpool needs to act more carefully with transfers as of next transfer window. Otherwise their financial condition won't be much different than Barcelona indeed.

Tottenham are looking for a new manager and we see that they are going to appoint a third manager this season, however it remains to be seen which manager joins the team in this delicate situation. You may have all seen Igor Tudor recently left this club, so a manager at a PL club needs to be replaced very quickly but this team is playing so badly that they are already in 17th place and in my opinion it's right Tottenham are moving closer to the Premier League relegation zone. My guess is right at the moment because Premier League side Tottenham have called on Italian player De Zarbi to take charge of their team, it also seems the former Coach of this team may also be given a chance.

Tottenham are pushing to convince Roberto De Zerbi to become their new manager before the end of the season, sources have told ESPN. Spurs are looking for their third manager of the season after parting ways with Igor Tudor on Sunday. Tudor, who replaced Thomas Frank last month, won just one of his seven games in charge as Spurs slipped closer to the Premier League relegation zone.

They are both proffesional player and there is really no reason why they should hate each other out of their proffesion. Its like Ronaldo and Messi, they topic between their rivalry are hot topics among the fans but they do contact each other several times

Aside fro that I dont see how this whole rumours about Rodri moving to Real Madrid even started. Rodri is not really a player that would fit in Real Madrid for sure and also, they will need to get another manager to handle the club before moving on to the players they want because it needs to be allign with the new coach's interest as well

Broad day propaganda trust me. He is a British lad and they'll rather move to a Championship side rather than leave the Premier League Competition or go overseas.
Phil Foden might have his form down, but that doesn't mean the hierarchy and Manchester City board are looking to see him leave. Like I said, this is pure propaganda and he will go nowhere. Pep Guardiola and Rodri can leave,Phil Foden will most definitely be a club legend.
Also, not like he needs to move to a championship level team to get minutes. He could stay at premier league, and still can get star calibre player attention from half of the league, not everyone is a top five team, there are many teams who would love to loan him for one year, and play him on as many minutes as they possibly can.

Championship level would be just too much overkill to do that, look at the bottom 10 clubs of premier league and you will find a lot of teams that would welcome Foden with open arms and give him all the time he wants, dude would basically decide when he will play and when he won't. Hell send him down to relegation zone teams and he may get captain band as a loan lol, he is that much good.

The rumor about Madrid is linked to the Adam Wharton is coming again. If you ask me whether he's good or not for Madrid. I will say he's good. His composure and vision remind me with Pedri. I think it's gonna be a pretty good transfer if it's realized.
I know his name ain't as big as Enzo or Vitinha, but he's the most possible midfielder to be signed. It won't also burden Madrid's financial caused by i think Palace won't inflated his price.

In my imagination, he will be so good to be paired box to box with Tchouameni. I think he deserves this move. Hopefully, Madrid will consider him.
He might be good and as the speculation goes that Real Madrid wants wants him we will just go with it untill either Real Madrid or the player debunks it. These days Real Madrid doesn't buy big names anymore like they usually do previously. Real Madrid still has lotss of Midfielders who are still very good in their position and some are not even having much game time, example, Ceballos. Unless if he will come and sit on the bench because that team has lots of good midfielders.

Of course, we don't know if this is true or not. It could just be a rumor. It's common knowledge that Real Madrid wants to develop young players by adding them to their squad. Adam Wharton is only 22 years old and has room for improvement. I think they're considering him as an alternative to Rüdiger or Militao. However, he'll still need to gain some experience. After joining Real Madrid, he'll need to spend some time as a substitute to adapt to the team. If the transfer goes through, Real Madrid will strengthen their defense with a backup player.

If Liverpool fails to overcome their poor performance and incline to their best form, it means that the problem isn't from the players but the coach because Liverpool has a good set of players that shouldn't make it difficult for the team to be consistent in their matches. I don't think that Olise if for sale since his club needs him more than Liverpool wants him.

Liverpool's problem is not their players at all. Liverpool has been able to build a very strong squad. There is no doubt that they have a lot of talented players. There are experienced players in all  three positions of defense, midfield and attack. So it can not be said that the squad is weak. Their main problem is their match strategy.

Liverpool manager Arne slot should now focus more on creating match strategy. He has already been able to fix the bonding between the  players to a large extent. So we can see some stable performance from the team. Now if Slot can create a good match strategy, liverpool will be able to get good results even against strong teams.

The problem is the manager and he uses a lot of sentiment with his players especially Salah and not playing him to his strength which he has done for the club over the nine years he has stayed as a player.
They are predicting he will be sacked and replaced by Xabi Alonso and that will be a good news because he has some old faces which he has worked with during Bayern Leverkusen days
