Spanish managers are doing very well in European competition. All 4 managers in the WCL and UCL finals are Spanish. This will boost the trust of teams who are yet to choose a manager for their club, that Spanish managers are smart, intelligent, and understand the job.

The English Premier League is seen as the most exciting in the world. Yet they don't produce the best players or coaches. Italy, Spain, Germany and recently Portugal have the highest number of successful coaches in Europe. But I never thought about the success of Spanish coaches this season. It's great seeing them outshining other countries in all major European competitions this season. The UCL finals is not just between an English and French side, but a tactical clash between two Spanish managers.

Arne Slot is one of my favorite managers. Even then I would say Liverpool management should sack Slot. He has not been successful with liverpool this season. They have maintained a winning streak in the first  5 games of the season. Even then we have seen awful and erratic performances from liverpool.

Liverpool management has spent a record  amount of money this season to build a squad. Even then it was very challenging for them to qualify for the top 4of the table. Now  they are in fourth place in the table. Perhaps Liverpool can qualify for the champions league.

We do not know  yet whether liverpool management will sack Slot. We have not heard any  strong rumors about this so far. It would not be bad if Alonso is given the  responsibility.

If I were the owner of Chelsea I'll hand over the managerial role to someone that understands the league, Xabi Alonso might have played in the league but he's not had experience as a manager there, appointing him because of what he's achieved with Leverkusen is a big gamble, they should learn from the experience of others.

 Erik Ten Hag was successful with his previous team but couldn't be that successful when he came to England, same with Amorim also with Liverpool's coach who only managed to be successful in his first season cause of the structure Klopp built. I think a permanent contract much more preferrably instead of giving him a short term contract. Who knows he will get better confidence, and start to cook even more when he gets a permanent contract.

He's the one who has highest WR since 2013. So i think 2 years or more is better for him. Let's him to do what we called that as a process.

Arne Slot is now settled in Liverpool and the team seem to be quite stable. On the other hand no matter how bad the situation is at Chelsea their resource and project are huge. What Chelsea need right now is a top manager with a lot of experience at the highest level. A manager like Jose Mourinho, pep guardiola or Antonio conte that we are sure of what they can offer, not someone that is still learning on the job, because that is what xabi Alonso will do. I think Enzo Maresca has done something extraordinary, but due to the management's lack of patience and lack of full trust in the coach, he had to leave his position before his contract expired. Xabi Alonso must reach an agreement with Chelsea so that the management gives him the freedom to determine which players to bring in and which to let go so that he will not again be in a bad situation like he experienced when managing Real Madrid or like Enzo Maresca experienced.

Coaches not being allowed to fully do their jobs seems to be the era of the day because this is now becoming a normal trend and I believe that's the same thing Jose Mourinho is asking for now that he is being approached by the Real Madrid super boss florentino Perez, so many coaching have this similar problem that meresca had with Chelsea and it affects the team but the blame is always channel back to the coach if the performance isn't what is expected.

I think you should refer this to recent or present time because if we fast-forward back to time or history, especially the time of Jose Mourhino at Chelsea, Sir Alex Ferguson, Arsen winger, Raphael Benitez, Carlo Anceloti era at Chelsea too, pelegirini of Manchester city, Pochetino of Tottenham Hotspur, England has once this quality of coaches.

When you talk about best players, where was the begining of Christiano Ronaldo before he moved to Madrid, Fernando Torres and Hazard though these were never lucky to become world best but Torres was once appeared 3rd best player then, and we if also include keepers, Vandasaar, Peter cech and many more.
