Chelsea just recently got Joao Pedro and it's just his first complete season with the club so I don't think Chelsea will want to let him go just yet. He's been impressive and when Chelsea finally thought they've got a striker now Barcelona wants to take him. I don't think Chelsea will want that or let it happen unless if they are being compensated properly and I don't think Barcelona has that funds to sign him. Newcastle sold Elliot Anderson two summers ago for £35m to balance their books. Kid joins Forest, becomes one of the best midfielders in the league, is called up to England. Now City and United are bidding for him for something close to triple that amount. Newcastle sold a future star to keep the wheels turning, and a financial rule that's literally being scrapped next season. PSR is done. They burned an asset for nothing.

And that's the thing right? Gordon to Bayern. His agents were already in Barcelona being photographed before anything was even agreed. He's been missing some games because of a mystery hip problem... We all know what that is.

It is sad that Howe build something genuinely good, a real identity, real football. Then every summer, economics simply takes it apart bit by bit. And the replacements? I don't understand what Carrick wants to do because for next season the one who will leave Manchester United is Casemiro who is a pure defensive midfielder and when making Elliot Anderson the main player who will be used as a replacement this is clearly a mistake because I see that Elliot Anderson is one of the creative players and attacking midfielders.

Or maybe this is just an option for them to increase their attacking power and look for other alternatives to replace Casemiro next season.
Because if you only rely on Elliot Anderson alone it will not be enough especially since his position is actually quite the same as Bruno currently has.

Brother, Case's role isn't the only one that needs improvement next summer. They also need a capable midfielder to improve their ball circulation. So I think they should sign Anderson to fix this. They can't always rely on Mainoo, who I think is still far from being up to par.

I know Mainoo is quite competent as a midfielder, but he's not the best. So they also need to overhaul their midfield. This will ensure that when they play Bruno up front, they also have backup to maintain their mobility rather than allowing opponents to easily bypass their midfield.

So I think they need some midfielders to fix this. They need to fill the void left by Case, while they also need to recruit a new midfielder like Anderson.

Just because someone left, then you forget another role that is also becoming their main weakness that often got explored by their opponent. football is game of 11 men, not one.

Indeed, Casemiro's role is not the only one that must be improved but keep in mind that at this time that is the most urgent for Manchester United because after all, if you look at the position of the player targeted by Carrick now, as I said before, his role is almost similar to Bruno.

It would have been a huge mistake if they had let go of Michael Carrick, like who was really in their mind, if it's Luis Enrique then the question is, is Luis Enrique really ready to leave the Paris Saint Germain's team? There's one thing you don't understand, Real Madrid have very good players, lots of world class players in the team but the lack someone to provide proper management, discipline the players and make them work as a team, that's what the other coaches Xabi Alonso and Arbeloa couldn't achieve cause the players felt too big and couldn't take their instructions seriously.

 However Jose Mourinho is a high profile coach, that experience in managing world class players and also has an experience in the team so it won't ge difficult for him to adapt, anyone who is a lover of football should know how well Mourinho disciplines his players when they don't obey instructions, that's the kind of coach Real Madrid need to reorganize the team.

I can't also wait for the transfer window to be open because we gon see a lot of interesting news in regards to what we are hearing now if it's a rumor or not. Barcelona doesn't have the financial strength to sign Jao Pedro because they will always price him lesser even if Chelsea agree to sell him. They haven't been able to seal up the deal they had with Manchester United on Rashford. I think Barcelona management is confused.

You are right here, their is no possibility of this particular transfer happening because Chelsea wouldn't even entertain any offer for him talkless of discussing with any club below the hundred million pounds level, so the chances of this particular deal happening is like 98/2.

I think that signing Julian Alvarez from atletico madrid is more of a possibility than signing joao Pedro from Chelsea, so it would be wise they go for him earlier than wasting their time on a deal that looks impossible.

Xabi Alonso cannot apply the same managerial skills he used in Bayer Leverkusen in Madrid. He tried it, and it backfired. Players in Madrid cannot be managed through an authoritarian leadership style. Managers need to use more than one leadership type to get the best out of these world class players.

Chelsea don't just need a new manager, they need several changes, a team that in the past played alongside the big teams while maintaining some amazing performances, is now considered a mediocre team.
It needs a shake-up and above all targeted investment, you don't need over-investment, but done well.
