I can't agree with you. Chelsea need a talented manager. They have some problems in their squad. If they have an experienced and talented manager, these problems  will be solved quickly.

Maresca was Chelsea's manager for a long time. But even with Maresca's help, Chelsea could not do well in the premier league and champions league. That's pretty much accurate but Liverpool already spent a lot of money in this season so I don't know if they could fulfill all what Xabi Alonso wants in case he joined them. In addition, Liverpool will see some key players leaving like Salah and new recruited players failing to perform perfectly so the situation will not be that perfect there.

You made a very good observation with the Chelsea team as regard to the Young players they have now, but I noticed that the Chelsea management have in recent times lowered their weekly wages on players, and they are not ready to pay above certain pay range like 200 or 250k, so they are more like managing the young stars and paying lesser. I knew this when there was a back and forth situation during when Victor Osimhen was linked to Chelsea, and Chelsea was not ready to pay him what Napoli was paying him, rather they asked for a pay cut for a player of that caliber. So I believe Chelsea does not want to get quality players because of what they want to pay, so they rather manage a bad situation.

A goalkeeper is probably the only player in modern football that can theoretically play even past 40. And Neuer is exactly 40 years old. Keepers don't need a lot of stamina and there isn't much running like in other positions. Manuel might have to cut down on his runs outside of the penalty area and stop playing as a libero at times.

Baby-face Urbig is still a child with his 22 years. He needs plenty of experience to get to the top of his game.

As far as I know, if one of those two players has to leave Madrid, I think Tchouameni will be the one getting sold.

For me, ever since Toni Kroos retired, Madrid have been expecting Valverde to become his successor. He’s even wearing the jersey number that Kroos used before. On top of that, Valverde has a much bigger influence in the Madrid squad.

So it wouldn’t be surprising at all if Valverde ends up staying at the club.

If the rumor of Alonso becoming Chelsea manager soon comes to reality, it will be a good development because Alonso will change the mentality of the players and build a competitive team. Chelsea is a club that matches the energy and coaching ethics of Xabi Alonso, he wouldn't find it so difficult manage the team, after all they still have some good players that will be equal to the task. What Chelsea needs now is a stronger attack and effective defenders and their problem would be solved. If they can sign a quality striker and 2 experienced defenders, it will really be a good move for them to strengthen the squad.
