A piece of good news to entire fans of Manchester United. Trabzonspor is interesting to keep Onana for another season. It's good thing because MU is not in the need of him anymore since they have lammens who is still performing very well. So i think it makes sense to let him stay even longer in that turkish team.
I think it makes no sense to recall him back because he's a washed goalie. No matter how good he perform, he will never able to replace Lammens unless Lammens is injury.

Even if he returns from loan in the end it will only be a complement because for the position of goalkeeper it is clear at Manchester United at this time Senne Lammens will always be the first option and for others of course have to wait if they really want to get a place to play so staying is the right choice for Onana.

I don't know how he performed in the Turkish league because I don't follow the league but if you see Trabzonspor's desire to make this player permanent then there seems to be a change in Onana's performance unlike when he was at Manchester United who always provided comedy.

This is really good news for Chelsea fans. Every Chelsea fan must have been waiting for this news. You're right having high expectations can lead to disappointments so it's much better to lower your expectations so you don't get disappointed.

Chelsea has a tradition of sacking managers when things doesn't go well, it's like a tradition and it works for us fair enough. It has given us more trophy and name in Europe than Arsenal and some other clubs sticking with another ideology.

Although, the current management made things worse thank to signing majorly incompetent coaches that wouldn't have been considered as managers under the former management before them. So I'm not surprised if we're topping the list of such, hopefully Xabi Alonso get full support and he does well.

Yes. It is extremely foolish to write off Alonso before he has even started working. The Chelsea project and Real Madrid's project are vastly different. On the field, He needs to be given at least some time to put his idea on the field and get them into the mindsof the players

I'm sure he'll manage Chelsea more easily than Real Madrid. Real Madrid was a difficult team in terms of stress and team management. Managing the players with President Florentino Perez was very challenging. Xabi tried to achieve this at one point, but he couldn't quite manage it. Nevertheless, I think he was successful during his time there. I don't know why am not too positive about this appointment even though I'm happy that Chelsea now have a new manager with lots of potential to improve the club next season, my major worry is that he might find it tough to understand the league as a manager cause things has really changed from when he was a player at Liverpool, the league is now faster and tougher.

My stand towards xabi Alonso's Chelsea move will not change until he proves me otherwise, he is a talented coach that has a lot of time and potential ahead of him no doubt, but I would have preferred a more experienced manager that is a proven seria winner than xabi Alonso that is just three years old into coaching.

I think it’s good that you will not set your expectations high, from the way you have spoken it means that you’re a Chelsea fans, Alonso is a good manager, and he has a tremendous influence because of the caliber of player that he is when he was playing football and what he achieved in Bayern Leverkusen.

However Real Madrid was quite a different story for him because he couldn’t control the dressing room and there was so much devision in the dressing room, because of Vini Jr and Kylian Mbappe who haven’t been performing very well in recent games.

After Chelsea sacked Maresca for practically no reason, I started to doubt their reasonable approach to coaching and, in general their patience and willingness to wait for results. I think Alonso made a very difficult choice because he understands how often Chelsea change managers, and he also understands how complicated the situation around this team is right now. Maybe I even think that he slightly overestimates his abilities if he is ready to take charge of such a team. I don't think he is wishing Chelsea bad luck. He only highlighted the club's fault, which is impatience. Chelsea's management doesn't know that it takes more than one or two seasons to stabilise a team. They just want a miracle from a coach immediately he gets the job. One will begin to wonder why they sacked Enzo Maresca. If they have not learned to give managers more time, we might end up seeing Xabi Alonso leave the club within a few months.
