Hope they can give some success to city and make them remain the best team in the premier league.  Best wishes for Enzo but don't bottle the league against Arsenal Haha because if Pep leave has job Gunner are ready to take next season revenge.

Maresca mustn't win the same number of titles as Pep did because they're not the same. The most important thing is that, he should maintain the team performance so that, they can be tough as they're and win trophies. Maresca might not be a perfect coach for Manchester City, I believe he will give his best to the team.

Doesn't require to win the same number, that was an anomaly and it will not happen again, in fact even if Pep stayed for another 10 years, he would not win the same number. That was a one time thing, happened and now it's over. But Maresca feels like a bad choice because he will not only do that well, but he will actually do quite bad as well, he did not do good in Chelsea and yet City still hired the guy that got fired from Chelsea for some reason.

I am sure that he is going to have something close to 2..00 ppg and will not be bad, but he is not going to be a title runner, not on his first year, and possibly not even on his second year even though he has this quality team. I feel like they should have been faster and hired Xabi instead.

What I am worried about now is when the players start looking for alternative new clubs after Pep left Manchester City because in this case even though this season Manchester City did not play well but Pep is a good leader who can bring Manchester City players to their highest point in terms of performance and not every coach can do this even though the club has great resources from their finances.

So with Pep leaving there will definitely be some considerations for some players including the core that will follow.  Enzo as a coach is still good enough but when it comes to the popularity of Enzo and Pep it's obviously very different.  Hopefully if Enzo is appointed as the next Manchester City coach he can carry out his duties well because the pressure he will get at Manchester City is certainly much greater for now.

It is not as easy to break the record as Pep did, I don't think the club is also pushing him to break the record, under Maresca there is a good possibility for the club to retain it's past glory under Pep, now that good coaches will be more in the leaves, Arteta, Maresca and Xabi, maybe Liverpool will be thinking about changing Arne Slot if the terrible performance continues, I think there will be rotation of Premier League titles among the big clubs, no back to back chance of winning the league.

The fans shouldn't be expecting an exceptional performance like that of Pep Guardiola from Enzo Maresca but we can say with time and support Enzo has the capability to succeed even in the midst of the pressure that might make all things overwhelming.

Enzo Maresca will have to find what work for him but I doubt  any issue might arise with him and the players which is something really important in succeeding especially in a big clubs

I'm one of those who are quite surprised to see the first two on that list... Especially Rafael Leão ^{[he may be somewhat inconsistent, but there's no doubt he's a quality player for a lot of clubs and IIRC, since last season, a lot of European teams have been monitoring his situation]}. In other words, regardless of being Allegri's outcast or not, I'm pretty sure he'll leave in the summer ^{[FWIW, I'd love to see him at Arsenal if Martinelli leaves]}.

I want him at Barca instead but it seems we are too broke to afford him or we are just confused. Deco keeps getting interested in new players every damn week with no absolutely bearing  . At least for the first season Enzo will try to make do with the players he has and for any player that will want to live a club like Manchester City, a club who will be playing in the champions League come next season, a club that still has prestige, then that player is obviously looking for something that is not missing. If you are a core player during the time of Pep Guardiola and you feel Enzo might be selective while picking you, it is your priority as a player to prove the coach wrong, you should stay and fight for your shirt.

Maresca mustn't win the same number of titles as Pep did because they're not the same. I would also add another thing: the current City is nowhere as good as the City from a few years ago. Let's not forget that Guardiola won trophies with players like De Bruyne, Silva, Rodri, etc during the best phase of their careers. Right now I don't see any player as good as them in the team, even the same Rodri hugely dropped his performances after the injury.

Enzo Maresca has always wanted this job or will I say Manchester City management has always wanted him to replace Pep Guardiola, it's reported that Chelsea management sacked him when they learnt of it. I think he already understands the psychology of the club having been a Pep Guardiola assistant manager at the club, so I expect him to have a successful spell at Manchester City. Also his predecessor, Pep Guardiola will definitely be supporting him from a distance.

Maresca was just making a retional decision over his career. He knows working with Chelsea was a nightmare when he has to report everything to the Amercan owner who have ego issues. So he's the one that should not be blamed. We have seen how he had so many drama vs Chelsea's owner and management. It's good when  he decides to quit and joined City.
He just wants more control over his club. It's something that he has not gotten it from Chelsea. His move to City is best for him.

Pep Guardiola leaving Manchester City at the end this season and management already appointing Chelsea head coach former Enzo Maresca as new Manchester City manager replacing Pep Guardiola position. Manchester City and Enzo Maresca reach agreement deal for 3 years contract until June 2028 and optional one years extend, actually Enzo Maresca is not new for Manchester City because become staff for Pep Guardiola in last several season before appointing become Chelsea manager. Pep Guardiola leaving City is definitely something that we did not expected to see. It is definitely something that will not be simple to handle and for that reason I think it is clear that we should not be considering him leaving football all together.

Maybe he will take a year or two off, but he will come back again. He has done great at Spain, great a t Germany which wasn't a big dela, and he has done great at England for the past ten years. Now what is left is France and Italy. PSG is France, doubt he will go against them, so only one left is Italy. Let's see if he will go to Italy or not.

No manager that will take over this Manchester City team that will not face the same problem whereby fans will be expecting more from him because when you take over from a very successful manager like pep guardiola, the pressure will be huge, and they will expect the new manager to maintain the level that was kept by pep guardiola, so it's definitely not an easy shoe to fill, but I trust Enzo maresca to do a very good job with this Manchester City team, considering how tactically sound he is.

He'll be missed in the Premier League Competition. He won 20 trophies for Manchester City in ten seasons,  that is nothing but pure genius.
With his absence, I say Arsenal wins it again. They just need to improve and invest in their attacking department. I mean, two quality and pacy wingers who has pace and can keep up with the Premier League Competition.

I have always liked Maresca and I think he is a good manager,  even when he was at Chelsea, we could see the potential,  but I don't think he has the players at Chelsea. I expect him to be a success at Manchester City,  because he will have the backing if the club financially, so I expect him to do better than what he did at Chelsea,  although I don't think he will ever surpass the achievements of Pep Guadiola, because I believe Pep has done a wonderful job at Manchester City and it will not be easy for maresca to match what he had done, but I still see him as a decent manager and i expect him to succeed,  but he will also need time.

Conte is announcing he leaves from Napoli's project. Honestly, i'm not feeling surprised with this because he's never been stayed for more than two seasons in any club he coached. Other than that Napoli's drama is also making him wants to go.

He did great by help Napoli to always play in UCL and won them a scudetto. So i respect him, but very sad a player like Lang was liked Conte's depart post by Romano. What a shithead behavious showed by him.

Seeing a player can't even respect Conte just after he helped club a lot, no doubt Conte wants to go. There is no good coach available to replace him. I'm wondering what's gonna be the name to replace him.

However, i have only these coaches:

1. Francesco Farioli (Porto)
2. Andoni Iraola (Bournemouth)
3. Raffaele Palladino (Atalanta)

It seems Iraola is the most suitable coach for them.
