AC Milan tried by sacking the Allegri because how did they fall off from the second position to finishing 5th in the league table, it shows incompetence of the manager. AC Milan was even contending the title at a point this season but suddenly their performance declined greatly and the last match heart break was even worst than all that has happened to them this season. How can they lose that match to Cagliari when they know that losing it will risk them from qualifying for the Champions League games next season. I support the sack of the CEO and the director too because they jointly ruined the club. The club should get a better management team and also a good coach.
Are we to blame the coach for the poor form of his men. He can only coach them but it's not in his power to keep them fit all the time. However, if they're all fit but declined in performance than the coach should be responsible for that. That serves his right because he couldn't qualify to the Champions league with just their last match. Let see a new coach build and stabilize Milan performance next season.

Yea, coaches are to be blamed because when the team wins trophy they always take the credit regardless of how the players perform in the season, the media will only acknowledge his tactics and how he set up his players to play in every match; so if that is it, we have to also do the same when the team performance is poor, it will also be related to his tactics and how the players he set up performed; that was why I blame the coach for not qualifying to the Champions League despite have the chance to do so because they are in the second position when Napoli were not performing that well, I never expected them to drop in the last day, the battle was between Como, Roma, and Juventus in my opinion, but surprisingly Milan was missed out of the Champions league spot against next season. It’s really shameful.

However, he's a coach who led Como to the Champions League and I see that he wants to be part of the team's future. Milan will have to try very hard to convince him. But besides that, they could also consider other available coaches. I think it should be someone who knows the Italian league well.

I'm not surprised even a little... Allegri simply messed up this season. That ending was like a joke. Losing to Cagliari at home in a crucial game for the Champions League football? The CEO, director and head of scouting are also said to have been sacked. Milan should go for a more modern manager. They should do as Inter if they want to play bigger than this. Of course the blame is on Allegri because the team has quite some interesting and talented players in the squad but he didn't make good use of those players. Didn't you see how Cesc Fabregas transformed Como? if not for his coaching experience do you think they would have gotten to where they are today even when their are many low class players in the squad, it is to tell you that most of the time, the performance of the team rest on the coaching skills of the manager. Milan actually needs a new manager. They need a good and experienced coach. Fabregas could be a good option if they can convince him. However, he's a coach who led Como to the Champions League and I see that he wants to be part of the team's future. Milan will have to try very hard to convince him. Do you think that Cesc Fabregas will leave Como that has qualified for the Champions League just to coach AC Milan? how can they convince him to do that, which i know it's not even possible. Cesc Fabregas has made history at Como by making them qualify for the Champions League for the first time in the club because next season will be their debut in the tournament so there is no way Fabregas will neglect that honor just to coach AC Milan that doesn't have a defined structure. They can try other coaches but for Fabregas, it's a mission impossible.

Snip.
Failure to qualify them for the Champions League competition lead to the sack. Who would have thought this would happen?! I was not happy to see them missing out on the Champions League competition, now guess how disappointed the management would be with Max Allegri. Damn man, this hist hurts! Bournemouth manager out if contract Andoni Iraola has been approached, but no concrete talks have started between these sides. The dismissal of Massimiliano Allegri, along with the CEO and Technical Director, was triggered by a humiliating 1-2 defeat to Cagliari at the San Siro, a result that saw Como overtake Milan and deny them a place in next season's Champions League. The Milan owner were furious as they needed just one more win to secure a Champions League spot. The humiliating defeat in the final game was incredibly painful and the club could not tolerate such a defeat. Milan had actually been in the top 4 throughout the season, but they slipped in the final game and had to settle for a fifth place finish in the Serie A standings, dropping them to the Europa League next season. Andoni Iraola is the strongest candidate to replace Allegri, but he is not the only option as Milan are also targeting Xavi Hernandez as part of the club's new project overhaul.

Perhaps they might consider him if any of the managers are sacked after the World Cup.

A very good decision by Ac Milan management, this is what i want to see with every team when the coach can not give them a chance to qualify for a Champions League spot, Ac Milan was having a good performance from the beginning of the season and i even predicted that they are one of the favourites to win the league and at the end they did not even make it to a Champions League spot and that is a very disappointing result from the team and also the coach. This is the same coach i heard that Real Madrid will like to go for at the end of the season but thanks Perez for doing a great job by signing Jose Mourinho, i did not trust Ac Milan manager because he was sacked by many clubs before coming to Ac Milan, it is a big shame to see one of the big teams when it comes to European competitions did not qualify for a Champions League next season.

I am not a fan of sacking coaches without giving them much time to do their work and change things for the better, but why I have no objection to the sacking of Allegri is that under his leadership as the head coach of the Ac Milan, their form do not only deep for a period of time, but it was a free fall that shows that he no longer have anything to offer this Ac Milan team, so it was a well deserved sacking, since it shows that his best days as a coach is behind him. I think that qualifying for the UEFA champions league was the least thing he was expected to achieve with his Ac Milan team, but he failed to do that, that is why they the sack him, and I believe that he wouldn't blame the club for that, because he fails to do his own part well, as the team head coach.

The transfer window is about to open, and clubs will be trying to reach agreements with players. At the same time, the World Cup will be played, and the games and players will be under observation. We can expect many transfer news items from this World Cup. Players may be in Usa, but their agents will likely be traveling the world. I expect the most active teams in the transfer window to be Italian teams. Juventus and Milan, in particular, will want to strengthen their squads and be in contention for the championship next year. In the Premier League, newly promoted teams will also be trying to sign many players. I think we'll be writing more about this topic.

RedBird Capital's objective for Massimiliano Allegri was to return the club to the UEFA Champions League. He deserves to be sacked since he failed to achieve it. The coach was not able to find a solution after the club began to face a late-season collapse which continued until they ended up in 5th position qualifying for the Europa League. It is the coaches' responsibility to ensure that he selects only the best players. A player who fails to train or give his best should not be selected for games. Coaches and not players are the first victims when a club is performing poorly.

Perhaps they might consider him if any of the managers are sacked after the World Cup. Failing to qualify for the Champions League is a big slap to the club, he has no excuse as the manager for losing to Cagliari at home on the last day, winning that match would've gone a long way to keep him but he had to go since he couldn't, I know how sad the board would be knowing that clubs like Roma and Como would be playing with the bigger boys while they manage second tier UEFA league, that's why they had to make such decision. Conte has left Napoli on mutual consent with the president of Napoli so Milan can approach him with an offer, although he might not be able to win them the Scudetto in his first season but with Conte as their coach they'll be sure of going back to the Champions League and doing well in the Europa League.

Antonio conte could be another coach option for Ac Milan as he is nearing his Napoli exit. I think Ac Milan needs to go for him. He’s a coach who demands 100% from his players and this season i think the performance of this Ac Milan team have been underwhelming and for them to get back to the champions league football or perhaps challenge for the serie A title next season then Antonio Conte could be a very good option for the team.

Another midfielder needs to be signed. This guy will bench Ugarte for sure. Manchester United needs to sign a new midfielder who will support Ederson. I dont think Ugarte is fit to be a backup. After all, there are strong rumors that Ugarte might leave Manchester United. Coming from an insider.
But what stopped the interest in Baleba of Brighton?
Less than €50 million for a player labeled as one of the best midfielders in Serie A seems like a good deal for Manchester United. It's also good for the player because it can loosen his off-field pressure. Cunha probably can help the onboarding process I checked the data on FotMob, and based on the ratings, both Ederson and Tonali consistently played well in each match they played. But based on player traits, Ederson is closer to Casemiro's style rather than Tonali. Tonali has lacks of defensive contributions. Also seeing the player traits, I think Casemiro is just too complete, and we should not normalize that. Don't expect too high from the replacement. About Baleba? Nah... he is far from these two (if we only see the data on FotMob). Italy doesn't really ask for very little in transfers but they do not charge arm and a leg neither. You do not hear "got their player for 5 million" type of thing, but not hear 100 million neither. Ederson is decent, he is good, and with 50 million, they can do a lot to replace him as well. Could United be really great with him? I mean he could be better than Casemiro that part is for sure but is is the improvement they need or did they needed some more? I am not entirely sure. I personally believe that the best situation we have in our hands is that Ederson would take them a big higher and they are already pretty great. The team with Carric from summer to summer for the first time ever, so we need to wait and see if this will actually be great or not.

With what?Juventus and Milan have no money to buy proper players. It's getting worsen with how they miss UCL too. So i think there will be no overhaul to their squad unless, they start to offload their players first. They may buy new players, but it'll be mid tier players. I'm not mocking those club, but they rarely spent so much money to strengthen their players. What we will see those clubs to sign free players from the market. They play in Europa league means their revenue will be decreasing. So they have rely upon the free transfer players to rebuild their squad.

Italian clubs have never been big spenders when it comes to signing players so I don't even expect much from them. In England, most of the top teams now have new managers who will be making their first signings. Manchester United, Manchester City, Chelsea, Tottenham Hotspur managers will be making their first signings. Liverpool is also expected to have a new manager in the coming days so I expect these clubs to have more signings their counterparts from the other top leagues in Europe. For Real Madrid, I don't know how many but I know Mourinho will definitely sign few quality players.

The world cup is always a time for new discovery of players, and many new players will be keen on showing their talent. It will be interesting because clubs that have made Champions League qualification would be at the forefront and be attractive for players to want to sign with them and for clubs like Arsenal that are now turning into clubs that are looking like they about to go into a dominating run of Europe and even English league, Many players will want to join them and it will be an interesting time to see players who would choose one club over another.

AC Milan did a very good job by letting all of them go, the people responsible for the appointment of Allegri deserves to go, because it was a poor decision to appoint Allegri whose career has not been going well lately. Allegri gave everything he had to Juventus back then when Juventus were dominating the Seria A. There was nothing left in his head anymore. I jus keep wondering how did Allegri manage to get it all wrong at the second half of the season, he started the season very well and a lot of people were considering AC Milan as a contender In winning the scudetto. All of a sudden their performances started declining and before we know it there were out of the race to win the scudetto but we were certain that they will get a champions league football. Well not just that AC Milan sacked Allegri, they sacked even their sporting directors and other high ranked members in the club. For Milan it a fresh start and they have even made Ibrahimovic a core member to have say in new players that will be brought to the team. Let see who Milan appoint next as head coach.

We all aware about his fight with Romelu Lukaku, could it be as a result of that not being handled by the management?! It feels good to walk away though, if you're not getting shit your way. Also, he's always struggled with clubs he's managed for thr past season and they've not gone past the knockout stage in the Champions League. I don't know what could have been the reason, but it's all fine and dandy. I do not think it's about not defending the Seria A competition successfully too.
Never understood "fire if he is not first place" type of thing when a coach already won it though. I mean he won it last year and he was second place this year, if you keep firing all the good coaches that already get you a title, then one day you will get a coach who will not even be champions instead. Napoli did alright with Conte, hell they did great with Spaletti too and yet the ownership keeps firing these coaches that gets them a title, and the assumption is just somehow win the title every single year? That is not going to happen with any coach at all and on top of that they would end up with no consistency with the team and keep getting worse in the end. Lets wait and see how they do, but I remember how they did after they fired Spaletti, so I am sure that next year will be terrible.

The CEO, director and head of scouting are also said to have been sacked. Milan should go for a more modern manager. They should do as Inter if they want to play bigger than this. Of course, Allegri has messed up everything in the Italian league this season, we have seen that Milan have won only 20 matches under his leadership, so perhaps the club authorities have been angry and have fired this manager, CEO and director, which I'm not at all surprised to see. Como is not a fully mature team, but this team is now in fourth place in the standings, easily overtaking AC Milan and it seems that they may be worthy candidates to play in the UEFA Champions League next season but as far as we can understand AC Milan has not been able to make the same impact as that Como team. Another thing that surprised me is that Roma has shown a strange consistency in the last stage and is now in the top third but that is certainly correct Milan lost instead of winning against Cagliari in the last match of the season, a match that was crucial for them to play in the Champions League. Allegri didn't "fuck it up" That's the easy way out. HOnestly, I said basically the same thing after march. However, it is not a bad loss record for 20 wins. But it's not enough THIS season due to Como. That's the actual crime here. Not that milan were bad guys. A club from the fourth division seven years ago just quietly outworked them. With half their budget. But the Cagliari game. God, I was not comfortable. They had to win, at home, against a team that was mostly on holiday. But they still couldn't control the ball. In the second half, Cagliari were moving around them as if it were more important to them. It made sense the mass firing was on monday. Coach, ceo, sporting director all gone at once. When a club fires four people simultaneously it means nobody was talking to each other for months. That's bigger than Allegri. Ibrahimovic is essentially running things now which is a choice.
