Just two season after he joined Chelsea. He tells Chelsea to leave this summer. So i think it's a win for Chelsea. Good riddance he was telling his intention to leave instead of waiting for Chelsea to sell him. He's bang average since he was coming to the club.
His inconsistent performance is also the reason why Sanchez played most rather than him. I think it's a big win for Chelsea as long as they can sell him for some profit.

So they can going back to their way to target Maingnan to be their future goalie. The idea sounds good, and getting rid of him is good for the club. It's not because the Chelsea can empty some salary cap, but it's because how inconsistent he is.

I think even before he hands over his request to leave the club, the club have had plans to sell him after this season. With Mike Penders making a huge impact at Strassborg he his going to battle the no1 position next season with Sanchez. Jorgensen have been  poor or average since he joined Chelsea and after huge mistake against PSG a lot of fans have take a huge turn on him.

He definitely needs this transfer, he needs to change environment to try and be that keeper he was at his previous club. A lot of clubs have been keen on him, the likes of Besiktas, Genoa and even some premier league teams. The question now is let see how much chelsea bags from him.

He wanted to leave since last season, but club prevented it to happen. He was thinkng he would get a choice by staying, but he's disappointed with the result in the end. However, replacing him with Pender is a poor decision. Pender is nowhere ready to play in EPL. The better they sign a quality goalie, and let their talent grow.
Just because Penders did well in Strassborg, so you assume he will be good to play in a league with very very big pressure. Pender is not ready for that.

EPL is not same as french league when you have PSG as your main opponent.

I still don’t get it right with what you are saying about penders, we know how hard and intense the premier league is but then everyone have to start from somewhere, the like of Coutoius, cech and other goal keepers came at this age too, whereas chelsea is not thinking to make penders the first Choice for next season but instead a back up to Sanchez. Penders will definitely need a year or 2 to be able to be Chelsea first choice but calling him up now is definitely the right decision for Chelsea.

Well still up to Xabi Alonso to access Sanchez or penders on who will be the first Choice for next season or if he will have to get a new goal keeper. So until then Chelsea have made it clear that Penders and sanchez will be first and second choice for next season.

Rafael Leao is one of the key players in Milan and I don't think that they're going to sell him cheaper instead, they will keep him to end his contract. He has really dropped form unlike, three seasons back that Leao performance was classic. It seems Milan isn't a good club for him to improve his skills and pave way.

I will not deny that Leao's form has suffered a bit due to the turmoil and instability within Milan. But the problem is not just about Milan. You have to understand many young attackers in the world sometime struggle to maintain their form and fall prey to the pressure of the manager. If he stay at Milan and the team improve under a new coach then he can still reach world class level. Always keep in mind even if big giant like Manchester United keep a close eye on him but they will not pay a fortune to buy him until he shows his true potential on field

Probably not, they gonna need to maximize the value of their players before it deteriorate in the future. Pretty sure they are gonna spiral down further even in Conference League so yeah sell some of their best player at maximum value seems like a good deal. I personally dont think Ederson gonna fit in Manchester United but we need someone to replace Casemiro for now

Yeah he cant. Ederson got a good physical but in term of other stuff, Case are still much better so we need another one for sure. Someone that could make things easier for bruno to pass up front

This should be a really good addition to the Barca team after the exit of Roberto Lewandowski at the end of the season. Gordon is still young and has the energy that Barca needs, with the fast-playing Barcelona team he would fit in just fine.

Gordon is an excellent player and has gotten the experience in the big stage to play for Barca, I just dont see how he does not make the starting line up next season.

All these second tier clubs are barely able to keep their best players for very long. At times they have a very good year, several players stand out, but then it is only a question of time until those players are gone. Whether you look at German teams or elsewhere, as long as you are not PSG, Real Madrid, Barcelona, Bayern or maybe Inter Milan (and that is almost not enough to keep up with the biggest ones), top talents will mostly be sold.

For the somewhat smaller teams it is a double-edged sword. If they keep a young top player and he is crap next season, the price goes down significantly. If they keep him, he may be in a contractual position that allows the player excess leverage when it is towards the end of the contract duration.

Sometimes people here think that those clubs sell because they don't know better, but at the end of the day they often have no other choice but to sell.

Indeed a good addition to strengthen their squad depth, they are trying to solve the problem of relying on one player which is why they are looking for backups that will be as good as their starters which is very good for a team that is planning for good future of the team.

With this deal, I don’t think Barcelona will continue with Marcus Rashford’s deal because they are almost plying the same position unless if they will want Gordon to be playing as forced nine or another tactics from Hensi Flick.

The transfer market of this season will boom because almost all teams will work on their depth so that small injury will not keep affecting their performance and it will save the team from relying on some players.

I haven't authenticatd this information yet, but if this information is something to go by, then it's a welcome development, Manchester United is going to the champions League next season, they need all the quality players they can afford for that competition, not even the champions League alone, they would be competing for the EPL, so am not too surprised for this signing, and of course they would target more players, but my problem is that, they shouldn't only go for average players, they should put effort to sign exceptional players too.

There they will earn even less money and their financial capabilities will deteriorate even more, it is an unhealthy spiral, but they chose it themselves (although perhaps at the time of the sale the club’s affairs were already that bad?).

Clubs like Atlanta only survive on selling of players, they know they can't win the champions league, neither do they aim to win the league, so their major means of raising revenue is by selling players. I thought there are rumors going around that Barcelona themselves dont have much finance to purchase such expensive players, I don't know but it has always been said that the club is struggling although they did won the La Liga which might have covered up some of the expenses but in terms of club generating money fluent, I feel Barcelona are lagging behind but this deal is a good one atleast my perception toward the club would change.

A lot of you guys dont understand the situation surrounding Marcus Rashford. The issue with Rashford's deal is not all about paying the 30 million. It is a fair amount for Barcelona to pay, but the problem lies in his wages. Rashford receives roughly 350k to 400k a week as salary. For an attacker who is not the first choice nor the second choice in Barcelona, that amount is pretty much to be paid weekly. If Marcus Rashford agrees to reduce his wage, Barcelona will quickly seal off the dea. It is clear they want him.

He's also a bigger threat to defenders because he doesn't just run with the ball; he can take them on. I agree he's more expensive than he's worth, but in today's market, an extra 20 million on the actual value of a player is not much. Rashford also comes with a lot of wages. Barcelona don't want to pay him that huge wage. Gordon might be expensive, but his wage is not that much compared to Rashford's.

I think Gordon fits the profile of the kind of players Flick wants for Barcelona's attack more than Rashford. He presses well, quickly, can take on players and is good in transitions. Looking at it, getting Anthony Gordon for 80 million is a good deal, I won't say an excellent one but still someone that can atleast prove to be a threat from the other wing  to draw all the defenders that are piling on Yamal. I still think the major problem as you said for Rashford is that of his wage bill, it's just to huge, it's approximately twice of that of Gordon's and compared to his erratic plays, the biggest advantage Rashford has his pace and set piece and I hope Barcelona retains him
