Barcelona now has the money to spend to buy or sign good players that is a good thing for them and I believe they will be doing more better now than before, if they can be lifting the La Liga trophy and performing exceptionally well when they were not spending good amount of money to sign players is it now that they are signing good players to add to their team.
I never expected or believed that Barcelona will be spending this amount of money to sign a player especially after the end of this season this shows that their finances has really grown and added I know they gave them some money for winning the La Liga trophy but above that their finances has grown that’s for sure.

It's still amazing how they managed to fall out of champions league qualifications because at some point AC Milan were actually looking like title contender because they were placed at the top position and with the way they improved at some point I taught the champions league qualifications was a guarantee but I guess all of that was just a mirage as they fell short in form and played horrible that they even missed out of the champions league again.

Gordon has the guarantee of performing at the highest level for the next 5 years, while Rashford don't, because in the next 5 years he will be 33, while Gordon will be 30. Also the wages might also be a factor here. Barcelona has no obligation to buy Rashford at the end of his loan to Barcelona, he went to Barcelona and did his job and he got paid and won trophies. That sounds good. The fact that many of Milan players are washed. They don't have good management too. So the better they to start it back from zero. I see no reason to keep going with the same squad for another season while they always got disappointed result two seasons in a row.

There is nothing like emotions in the transfer window. A team will do what is best for their club by not putting the emotion of the player first. No doubt Rashford was one of the highest goal contributors for Barcelona last season. But his wage/salary is high. If he truly loves the club as he claims, maybe he should consider reducing the wage so that the club can meet. Remember when Gyokeres gave up his one-month salary so that the deal with Sporting CP and Arsenal would get through? That sacrifice is needed from Rashford here. After all, Barcelona gave him a domestic trophy that Manchester United has failed to give him in years.

You talk as if you're new to football. How does just signing some good make them the next champions league winning? It doesn't work that way. I know they are a good team and have a good coach but winning the champions league isn't as easy and even with the addition of these players they need to perform well to win it.

My advice to Barcelona now that they have a bit relief from their financial situation is that they should be careful with how they spend the money so they don't end up misusing it like they did in the past. Not all players they see they should go for, they should buy players that only suit their style. And their will be some competition for the signature of these players so I doubt if they will get them all.

That's what you get from football heritage, when expectations are high, people seems to be all there with a player. Barcelona haven’t been in great financial shape for years and now that they’ve just started to recover a bit, they’re signing a player who, in my opinion, is overpriced. Newcastle are probably wondering right now how they could have been so stupid as to pay such a high transfer fee. If I were Newcastle, I’d go for Rashford now; in the end, he’ll play much better than Gordon and prove once again what a bad signing Gordon was.

AC Milan didn't look like title contender this season, they were title contender and they topped of the Serie A league table at some point this season but their inconsistency made them to fall out of the title race. When AC Milan fell out of the title race I taught they would finish second this season but they dropped to third when the league was almost getting to an end and I also taught they would finish in the third position and qualify for next season Champions League however they lost their last match of the season and miss out of next season Champions League.

I was surprised too at how Milan ended the season, earlier when the season started coupled with the kind of players they signed to the ones they already have in their collection. They started fine but along the line started dropping, I thought it was temporary thinking they will bounce back. Funny enough they couldn't make it to the champions league spot, like last season. I don't even know if they improved compared to last season. The old Milan is gone, the club needs to restart and build from the scratch again

This "out of nowhere" thing is killing me. It wasn't out of nowhere. On 21st May, Deco flew to London. A full week before Romano made any confirmation. He then sat down with Gordon's agent. When everyone was making Bayern headlines, Barcelona had their own.

And Bayern. I mean come on. They walked away from Woltemade at £65m, did the exact same thing here. They always have a ceiling and will not break that ceiling! Frustrating if you're a Bayern fan but at some point you have to stop being surprised by it.

The fee seems like an insane amount. Club is in debt to the tune of £2bn and paying €80m in interest on its loans.
