We have seen some transfers that have been happening but this particular one is so surprising, like how and when did this happen? Well, I hope to see him at his best for Tottenham Hotspurs because as it stands the club need every player to come out with whatever good performance they have from next season. The signing of Andy Robetson is a very good one for Tottenham, because I think he is still a very good player, despite the fact that he did not play much for Liverpool as he would have wanted in the season that just concluded. I think Tottenham has been monitoring his situation for sometime and I think they are just waiting to survive relegation before they can go him for him. I think the signing suits both parry, because Tottenham has gotten an experience player and Andy Robertson on the other hand will also get to play more than he played last season. Andy Robertson to Tottehem Hotspur is a good signing, at least Robertson will see reasons to bounce back to his peak at Spurs. He's not a finished player as Liverpool fans spot him to be, he still has it in him and doing those his long runs and curve crossing into his opposition box, he can provide crucial crossing aides for Tottehem Hotspur next season. Roberto de Zerbi is a man that wouldn't want a team he fought so hard to keep in the English premier League this season perform poor next season. He's that man that will make good use of these players and having a reliable approach on the pitch and forwarding towards this players. I know one thing, Tottehem Hotspur will compete for titles next season.

Never underestimate Barcelona negotiation tactics.. I can't understand how they think honestly. So Rashford helped them a lot winning titles when they were desperate to resurface in La Liga and hold the titles. But suddenly they are seeking two players, that requires many folds the amount that trigger the transfer clause of Rashford and who knows how successful these two players will be with them. I mean look at Liverpool and take lessons from them.. Barcelona would lose him in my opinion and that would be a good news for Aston Villa because they want him back. Otherwise, Manchester United is not interested in integrating him with them anymore.
Seeing Rashford fate at Barcelona at this time there is no serious clarity, and when Gordon arrived, I began to doubt whether Rahsford would be permanent, especially if at the same time Alvarez was also successfully brought in by them, then most likely Rashford will be thrown back to Man United. If that happens, it's a bit disappointing because you're right, he already proven to help Barcelona, Gordon, although I know he's a good addition, but I don't know if it will end up the same or if his fate will follow that of Isak. And one thing I always question, why do Barcelona focus on attack? I want them to improve the defense by bringing in quality defenders. Rashford fate at Barcelona is increasingly uncertain. Although Barcelona was initially linked with Rashford who offered a cheaper transfer option they instead opted for Gordon. Barcelona ultimately opted to sign Gordon for €80 million, considering his salary package and agent commission were significantly lower than Rashford despite Gordon higher initial transfer fee. Now, Marcus Rashford fate remains uncertain. He will certainly return to Manchester United but he seems to be disinterested in the club. So, Rashford only option is to perform exceptionally well at the upcoming World Cup and lead England to the World Cup title or reach the semifinals or final to attract other clubs. Otherwise he could remain at Manchester United with his contract at Manchester United running until June 2028.

Barcelona haven’t been in great financial shape for years and now that they’ve just started to recover a bit, they’re signing a player who, in my opinion, is overpriced. Newcastle are probably wondering right now how they could have been so stupid as to pay such a high transfer fee. If I were Newcastle, I’d go for Rashford now; in the end, he’ll play much better than Gordon and prove once again what a bad signing Gordon was. To be honest, i haven't really take anytime to check what's so special about the guy that made Deco pushed for the signing very quick but i trust there must be a plan. Squad is different for him now, i don't know why you rated Rashford overhim though but i believe he can also be better in a new squad just like Rashford. There's absolutely no guarantee, Rashford will be better at Newcastle either imo. Anyway, that will be decided next season if both still remains in same squad. We can vividly compare their rating then.

Barca gave Rashford a nice presence in the frontline, his performance over there is far much better than how he played in Man U under Amorim, going back to where he came from is the last thing on his mind right now, the support from teammates at Barca is commendable, nobody in his shoes would wish to leave Barca. He's like an Intern who wouldn't want to leave unless he's employed.

Football is all about business and Barcelona have just showed what they’re all about, I still don’t know why they refused to sigh Rashford and then decided to go and sigh Anthony Gordon, I’m not going to dispute the fact that Gordon is a good player, but I don’t really know how Gordon is better than Rashford, I think is just clubs preference and I’m completely sure that Deco knew all along that they’re not going to sigh Rashford, but anyways it’s just business and nothing else in the football business.

I think they will have there own reasons why they didn’t sigh Rashford but when they were talking about talented and speed I don’t think Gordon can overtake Rashford for that aspect but I think they will have there own opinion why they choose Gordon over Rashford but since they is still time they can probably sigh him at last but with how am seeing Rashford won’t be getting enough spend in Barcelona anymore if they see the performance of the new players are good enough now and can challenge other team in the league competition. Let just see how the next season We be. We will be waiting for there new signing, if Alvarez get the chance to come Barcelona he can win something next season.

I will consider what is happening to Rashford right now as a result to what he has started; he is been disrespected by Barcelona because signing Anthony Gordon when Rashford’s future is still uncertain despite the fact that they made it clear that they are meeting to decide his fate with Manchester United, but from all indications, I think they don’t need him anymore that’s why they signed Gordon within shorter period of time. Now, Manchester United will hardly keep Rashford, they will just sell him or loan him out again once he come back to the team after the World Cup because he is not rating the team anymore, so Manchester United don’t also want him in their team.

Anthony Gordon and Rashford have different style of play and Gordon is still a class even if he is not as talented and fast as Rashford. Gordon has been improving and he has shown reliability which we expect to continue and being in the Barcelona team this can be more especially since much is not expected from him. Barcelona not signing Rashford will just show how untrustworthy tgey can be seeing looking at the number 9f loaned players they shown sign of retaining and then opting for another.

The fee should be somewhere around 30 - 40 million euros, Barca could have found nowhere in Rashford the qualities they're looking out for in a signee. They could be making a mistake about that, Rashford fitted into the club greatly and actively delivered on his end. The issue of trust is what comes in mind, would he do as much as he's done on loan, when finally signed into the club for a deal? That is the club's biggest fear I presume.

Really interesting things are going on as for Atletico Madrid side. They have made a tweet like this. https://x.com/Atleti/status/2060387377252561055They look really frustrated with Alvarez's asking to leave to join Barcelona this summer. They don't want to sell their most crucial player of course but it doesn't look like they have much option left. There is an offer worth €100m on the table they say... Maybe even a couple of players also to use as a swap in the deal. This would be a great addition to Barcelona squad after Lewandowski's farewell. X is on fire after this post. I cant stop laughing while reading through the offer they made for the Barcelona players. We are going to see more actions from ATM's admin and that of Barcelona. The tweet is to tell us that Fabrizo has been lying, and every other sources sharing information of Alvarez to Barcelona are all lying on the progress of the deal. I understand ATM wants up to 150m for Alvarez because they spent roughly 95m when they got him. Barcelona is pricing 80m which is so funny.

Atletico Madrid is officially rejecting Barcelona's first offer for Alvarez, which is worth 100m euro. They want more than 120m, and i think it's hard for Barcelona to put more money to buy him. I guess PTSD must be hitting all of Barcelona fans so hard. I remember how Atletico was always smart as ass when scamming them during Griezman and Turan transfers. So i guess the same thing is happening again right now. Interestingly, they'er not the want who compete for Alvarez. I've heard PSG sent 125m offer for Alvarez to Atletico Madrid. The competition to get Alvarez signature becomes even more iinteresting. Barcelona seems to be in desperate need of Alvarez. I understand he is an interesting striker who can score, has a good link-up player with wingers, and Barcelona is not the club interested in him. However, Alvarez wants Barcelona more than any other club coming for him. Arsenal also wants a striker like him, but with the way things stand, Alvarez will rather choose Barcelona over Arsenal. Since Barcelona is in for him and as he has shown interest in the club, other clubs will back down in the race to sign him.

Atletico Madrid is a club like other clubs and their reaction shows that they love their players and Barcelona should respect them as a club, according to Atletico Madrid they claim that Barcelona did not bring and bid for Alvarez and all the news that we are hearing from the journalists are fake news, Barcelona did not act as a professional club because if they do they will respect Atletico Madrid and have the club approval before letting the public know about it. Atletico Madrid also shows that they are interesting in Barcelona players and i believe if Barcelona want to sell their star players Atletico Madrid can buy them because they have the money to buy them, this reaction from Atletico Madrid also shows that Fabrizo and othe journalist are lying sometimes and Atletico Madrid also attacked them that they are Barcelona journalists that is doing everything to make players to leave their clubs and play for Barcelona.

Barcelona have done them dirty in the past via Antoine Griezmann if you still recall well. I personally think Alvarez's should show some loyalty and stay at Atletico Madrid for a while, but the urge for trophies and more money is definitely going to push him out of the club that welcomed him when Pep thought he was useless at Manchester City.

Actually for me this is just a form of satire of what is happening right now where the rumors that make Atletico speak up about Julian Alvarez's future so they try to use satire by uploading this as a form of reply or even this as a form of mockery to Barcelona. But this is interesting to me because with reactions like this, we can see that this transfer is becoming more interesting not only about the same player drama as Mbappe a few seasons ago before going to PSG or Osimhen in recent seasons but now the club can do a psy war which is quite interesting While this may seem childish to some but it is a pretty good way to start the summer transfer season before the start of the new season.

As a Barcelona fan, I am trying by possible best to see the reason for the Gordon's seasoning but still I can't find a logic to it, how do we sign a Left Winger who can't even complete a 1v1 takeons, it feels like we are signing another low tier Raphinha and for $70M, that's too outrageous. Maybe we will see him play better but still it's still facts that Barcelona tends to make everyone look good

I’m not sure they’ll be fighting for trophies next season, but i am confident they won’t allow themselves to end up in a situation again where they’re not sure until the last match whether they’ll stay in the league or not. Tough times for a club like Tottenham. Andrew Robertson will definitely get a chance to get back to his old form, and i think he can really help this team a lot

I wouldn't deem it impossible because we have seen crazy things in the Premier League (and other leagues before), but the reason I don't think it will be a fight for trophies is that other clubs are warned, too. None of the top clubs really performed on a consistent top level this season. Manchester City sucked, Liverpool sucked, Manchester United seems to have stabilized, Chelsea will once again invest big time. Tottenham would need a good start into the season for sure. Self-confidence is down the toilet for them. They have a bunch of new players which will be highly motivated and won't think too much about the past, but Tottenham is not as respected anymore. It is a handful of clubs that needs to improve significantly and I think there will be many more big transfers coming.

Last season ended up with this serious lesson, do not celebrate over who made the right purchase of players in the transfer market. All that exuberant expenses on the transfer market by clubs like Liverpool, Spurs, and Man U, paid off in the most embarrassing way. Tottenham almost got relegated, Man U met a dead end of consistent losing, before the arrival of Carrick, Liverpool didn't hit up to expectations. Teams at this level of realization should figure out more on managing ball control, than purchasing player they would imagine will do that for them when the big league starts off again in the new season.
