Being tactically sound is not enough to survive in a big club like Liverpool or any other outfit, you need to posses the required character and charisma to handle such a job,

There are players who consider themselves to be way higher than the coach in every team settings and if you are not a coach that knows how to deal with such situations then you are bound to face difficulties,

We should be considering other aspects of the job and not just the tactical stance alone.

It's will be a good move from goalkeeper De Gea . Juventus need a good keeper and de gea last season was amazing at Fiorentina they made some good save and now it's time to say good by to Fiorentina and start a new chapter at Juventus. De gea was very good at Manchester united but inconsistency and injury made them to out of contact at Manchester united.  So Fiorentina sign him and big club are looking for de gea . And Juventus is the perfect one for de gea they need a goalkeeper they are trying to sign Allison but I think the deal are broke down so de gea will be a prefect for Juventus.

Xabi has been the subject of too many rumors and interest so this could be one of the reasons for them to pass because instead of being busy with competing for a new coach it seems they want to try something more certain.

Yeah obviously Alexander Issak was too good when he was at Newcastle united but when Liverpool sign him then his performance slightly drop of top to bottom. I don't know why. Some people are saying that he (Alexander Issak) by himself did nothing and that's why his performance wasn't too good or even some people are just elobrate his injury like due to injures he didn't delivered any progressive display.....

But here in my opinion the reason behind his bad toes is the managerial issues like under the management of Aron Slot Liverpool was absolutely poor and I think that's why Alexander Issak didn't perform well. If you guys think that this is not the reason then tell me why Florian Wirtz also do the same thing like his performance at Liverpool was bad despite at Leverkusen he was absolutely phenomenal.
