Olise is nothing compared to the Kvarat. Even if Bayern allow Olise to leave, the only dumb club who buy him for 150m.
It makes more sense if Perez is interesting to buy out Kvarat from PSG instead of Olise.

Olise is not as underrated as you are underestimating him, I personally like his game. However. It is not yet certain that Perez is referring to Kvarat, but since Perez is referring to a player like Ronaldo, it cannot be Olise. Because Olise's style of play is not at all like Ronaldo. Speaking of Kvarat, his style of play is similar to Ronaldo and his position is also similar to Ronaldo. However, I do not think Kvarat would be willing to go to Real Madrid, especially when his club has won two consecutive Champions League titles and they are now the defending champions. Mourinho will arrive, more transfers will follow and then there are two possible scenarios: Option 1 is that Mourinho sells some star players and Perez goes along with it, and Option 2 is that he isn't allowed to sell any star players. With Option 1, Real could bounce back; with Option 2, things will continue as they have been so far.

This is probably that Bayern won't sell him. He still has a valid contract for several years, is a young player and he is not very prone to injuries. No one was in doubt about him winning the elections, yes it has been two straight seasons without trophy for Real Madrid under Florentino Perez but it’s nothing compared to what he has achieved with the club, so his past record gives an edge early. Even if it was overall club’s president election Perez would still defeat many opponents for that position because of his influence.

Yes many people are actually pointing towards Michael Olise as the 150 million signing he was hinting about but I think that deal will be really difficult to make even for a president of Perez capability because Bayern Munich are not that push aside club too. In my opinion, Florentino Pérez winning over Riquelme is not even a debate, the only thing that ever put him (Riquelme) ahead of Pérez was the idea of Haaland coming to Real Madrid and that was flatly denied so the only thing going for him is Pérez past two terrible seasons and I feel that wouldn't even be a problem because it was not really his fault.

The interesting thing about Zadok Yohanna is that his current market value is only $500k but the transfer fee reached $28 million even though AIK only spent $750k when they brought him in, yeah it's worth calling easy money in just a year   Regarding whether Zadok Yohanna will move to Chelsea next season I think the chances are low because this player only plays in the Right Winger position while Chelsea still have 2 players in the same position, unless he can play in multiple positions maybe he can be considered.

For me, this is one of the most surprising signings I have seen. A rise to fame that took just a very short time against many odds. This is also one of the quickest profit in the shortest period too and the highest Allskenskan's transfer in history. This is someone who was recruited for just €750,000 in less than 2 years ago. He is very talented and has also been called up for his national team but denied by his team during the unity cup on the ground of injury recovery. The premier League now has another talent to watch and I believe it's going to be very interesting. With the rate he is growing in fame, Zadok may become one of the best signings of the season in the premier league. At this age, he is still very promising and would play a good football at Brighton.

I can't deny that he is really a talented player, because I have watched some of his clips on the Internet, but the big question is that can he replicate all that in the English premier league?
Because playing very well in Sweden is totally different from doing that in the English premier league that is more physical and more intense.
The lad is a lucky boy that rose to stardom very fast, and if he can replicate his  AIK form at Brighton, then it won't be long that the big guys will start coming for his signature, so I just wishes him the very best in the Epl.

Football could be a very profitable business. Imagine signing a player for such a low amount and selling him for millions of dollars within a year. I now know why I see so many scouts from Europe in different parts of my country. Brighton & Hove Albion would be the best option for him if he wants to grow. He might end up on the bench if he moves to Chelsea. The young Nigerian needs to be in a club where he can play consistently until he has grown to the level of playing in big clubs.

Is anyone surprised that Perez won again (for the 8th time in a row haha)? By the way, the result looks very democratic, in fact, Riquelme received 35% of the votes, which is not an insignificant number. Thus, Real will continue to develop under the leadership of Perez until 2030 (if there are no force majeure due to health, for example). As a Real Madrid fan, I am satisfied with the result. There is no need for revolutions now. Perez is making changes at Real Madrid without them, and I think the result will be positive.

I haven't heard of Zadok Yohanna before and I don't know he's a Nigerian, it was when I heard that Brighton signed him from AIK Stockholm that I carried out a little research about him and I found out is a Nigeria winger. I haven't watch him play but from his videos that I saw online all I can say about him is that he's a talented young lad, if he continues with what I saw in some of his videos he will grow into a great player and Brighton will make a lot of money in the future if they decide to sell him.
