The decision was made and Flick chose Gordon. Although Rashford is good enough but it seems that his criteria does not really fit into the scheme that Flick wants to emphasize for next season but at the moment there is still no clear decision on Rashford's future although Gordon has been at Barcelona so it could be that he too might be in the Barcelona squad in the next season although maybe his role is only a backup to Gordon.

I heard that he was scouted from a Swedish team, AIK Stockholm. That's one thing I love about Brighton, while other teams look for players in clubs that are popular, they send scouts to look for good performing players in less popular leagues then sell them to bigger clubs when they're fully developed.

He has played well for England in friendlies and we have seen him work hard in the last few games for Barcelona. At one point it seemed to me that Barcelona might keep him but the Spanish club have linked up with another English player from Newcastle. Anyway at this stage it can be said that if Marcus Rashford signs for Bayern Munich and this rumor is true, so I believe that if he gets the opportunity, he will be able to prove himself more accurately there because there are many more smart players there. Well yohanna is a great talent and getting a move to the premier league will only means 2 things. This case is quite different from Hazard's case.
Hazard was a super star and the leader of Chelsea and a world class player and arguably among the world best dribblers before he left for Real Madrid and right there in Real Madrid, the expectation was so high for him to be Ronaldo's replacement. But for the case of Enzo, it is totally different. There's no such expectations because Real Madrid has other good midfielders even better than Enzo.

If he has the opportunity to go to Real Madrid, he shouldn't reject it. Besides, no footballer rejects when Madrid comes knocking. But I don't how true this rumour is. From that price tag, we already know Chelsea is not interested in selling him because there's no way Real Madrid would spend that high amount on Enzo when their midfield is already stacked up with star players.

If real madrid can make this signing comes through, it will be a massive addition to their midfield that has struggled since toni kroos and Luka modric left the club. Their central midfield position has felt the absence of toni kroos the more because he was just like a conductor in the middle of the park for real madrid, and enzo Fernandez is going to cover that hole very well, since he is a midfielder with visionary passes.

I don't think that Chelsea will let him go, even though real madrid is willing to pays more than what he was signed for, but in the transfer market, you can never be too sure because anything can happen.

It would be more logical to get the player Kroos suggested.
Real Madrid needs very solid defenders. The midfield isn't something that can be solved with Enzo. Jose would play Arda in that position, but the defense is very bad. They also need to send away either Mbappe or Vinicius and get a player with a different style for the forward line.

I'm not surprise if Real Madrid succeed in the bids to land Enzo Fernandez because he has always made it clear to play for Madrid and this alone even cost him suspension because that was a huge blow on Chelsea which also push the ex Chelsea coach, Liam Rosenior to exclude him from the starting XI because a player like Enzo Fernandez uttering such ambition when playing an elite team like Chelsea seems really inappropriate.

It's highly likely that this transfer will go through because Enzo and Chelsea have begun to grow apart, and Enzo's interest in joining Real Madrid is growing stronger.
