ACM will only be participating in the Europa League next season. This should be a good journey if they can restore ACM's performance to a better level.
Finally he got another job after worthless performance at Manchester United. I wish him all the best, but I can’t count on him again as a good coach. Despite all the great performances at Sporting CP, he couldn’t do anything to rescue Manchester United, he even made the team worse to the extent that they couldn’t withstand even average teams, not until Carrick was given chance to bring the glory of the team back as they have now qualified to the Champions League next season.

Well I can’t say that he will not perform better at AC Milan, but I don’t expect an exceptional performance from him. Although Premier League is tough and very difficult with all lot of big teams to compete, while Serie A have limited big teams, therefore, he might do well for the team. I with him all the best.

I really don’t think ACM made the right choice by appointing Amorim as their new coach, what did they actually see in him that made them appoint him as the new coach of ACM,
Football rewards failures, and somehow, sometimes, it works out. We have seen cases where a club hires a manager who failed so much at his former club, and he does well in his new club. Ancelotti was hired from Everton to Madrid, and he won the league and the UCL in Madrid. I hope Amorim does well in Milan, because I saw how he performed in Sporting. They played very good football. I don't understand why he was so bad at Man United. This is an opportunity for him to prove himself and change the narrative around him. I hope he does well.
It doesn't have to. Milan could have been smart about this and not hire him, there is no reason why Amorim looked good to them and there is no reason why they should think that he is going to make them better. This dude managed United and did horrible, so he should have accepted a job that is much lower, and then worked his way back and look better.

But somehow he got lucky and Milan offered him a job. Milan failed to do good for the past two years, so they are not doing that great neither. So a manager that failed to do fine for the past 2 seasons, will be working for a team that did badly for the past two seasons. This is not going to end up well, we are going to see things changing and not going to be good at all.

Tottenham, who were very close to relegation last season, are very active in the transfer market, probably to avoid repeating last season's mistake and instead of fighting to avoid relegation, they will fight to secure a place in European competitions. I believe that's the plan, they've now signed Jan Paul van Hecke, who is a Brighton player, for £52 million. They've already signed Robertson and Senesi, and they also want to sign Sandro Tonali. According to Fabrizio Romano, Sandro Tonali is interested in going to Tottenham.

But I think AC Milan need to give some time and one more thing. Give him that freedom which kinda player Amorim need they can sign otherwise if this kinda situation can't happen.  It will be the same story it is in Manchester united

The excuse he gave for the poor performance was that they didn't give him enough time, hope he can achieve success in the Italian League ad it is not as frightening as the Premier League. But looking at the the Italian am not too shocked to see the Amorim transfer as they have been a scarcity of coaches.

They should've given him enough time to ruin the team completely? Someone that took over from half of the season Ten Hag got sacked and was given an opportunity to start the new season after finishing 15th what more time did he needed to make the team perform well, someone that easily lost and drew to smaller teams.
If he had mentioned that most of the players he had wasn't suitable for his tactics and he couldn't get them to adapt, I would've agreed but not giving him more time. Carrick took over same team and was very successful, won the big games and lost very few games so Amorim has no excuse, I wish him well in his new job.

It's true that sometimes failure coach made a progressive display but you need to understand that sometimes good coaches also made a poor display. So Amorim is good but unfortunately his last recent performance really me feel bit sloppy about him like Manchester United he didn't delivered any good progress and even at Manchester United he was better squad depth than AC Milan but still he didn't made any progressive work.

So it is obvious that AC Milan didn't made a good decision to brought Amorim. Many others coach are there who have have better capacity than Amorim in term of management such as Glasner,  De Zerbi etc. Anyway but still it's okay to see him for next season. Let's see what happens next.

It was not the right decision when he came to Old Trafford quickly just because the capital at Sporting was good even though the league in Portugal was different from the EPL which made him lose momentum and ended up failing in the end.

But now he must have learned from past mistakes and again Serie A also still has a tension that is not too fast so he still has hope to increase popularity and restore his name that was destroyed at Manchester United.
Amorim wasn't bad but the decision at Manchster United and forcing his scheme was still unjustified and now at Milan he has a slightly better chance.
I hope he doesn't have a bad mentality because currently Milan's target in Serie A must also be improved and this is an opportunity because by improving Milan's performance next season, his name can also be restored and will not be considered a failed coach anymore.

I don't think AC Milan will have other options and still opt to pick Amorim, we need to understand that there are not much good coaches in the market, you mentioned Glasner and De Zerbi but Glasner is still with Crystal Palace and not yet made his stand and De Zerbi Is currently the manager of Tottenham so you see they don't even have lots of option

I don't know the agreement Ruben Amorim had with Manchester United but I know that in most cases, a manager is paid off immediately a club decides to sack him. If Ruben Amorim's deal with Manchester United management was that they'll stop paying him immediately he lands a new job, then it means that he'll stop getting any more payments.
That said, I think think the Portuguese manager will do well at San Siro. Though he failed to replicate the managerial excellence we saw from him at Sporting when he was at Manchester United, I think he can return back to the conversation of the best young managers in Europe, if he gets all the necessary support he needs at AC Milan.

If Ruben Amorim's deal with Manchester United management was that they'll stop paying him immediately he lands a new job, then it means that he'll stop getting any more payments.

Thats what he had in his contract and it was standard mitigation clause but still Manchester United needs to pay him around $9 mil out of the original $21 mil because he landed a job in AC Milan so Manchester United ended up saving around $12 mil. Its still a pretty high lump sum amount but for some reason most people doesnt seems to get this

I don't think AC Milan will have other options and still opt to pick Amorim,

I personally think his 3-4-3 or 3-4-2-1 would work in Serie A so thats probably one of the reason

I really don’t think ACM made the right choice by appointing Amorim as their new coach, what did they actually see in him that made them appoint him as the new coach of ACM, I’m still surprised at this news because I was not expecting Amorim to be in such a club, anyway congratulations to him he has a very big task ahead of him and to succeed he needs to make sure he wins the heart of the players and bring in some tactics that will work for him and the players.
I keep saying if the players love the coach they will perform more better so every coach first mission when they go into a new club is to win the heart of the players and earn their respect if you have not made names for yourself as a coach in the world of football.
You may not see what AC Milan saw in Ruben Amorim that made them to appoint him as their new head coach, so it's understandable why you aren't seeing Ruben Amorim as the right man to occupy the managerial vacant seat at AC Milan, my advise for you is that you shouldn't write Ruben Amorim off since you haven't seen him perform poorly at AC Milan yet. Ruben Amorim is a good coach, and if AC Milan management support him to sign quality players he will do pretty well when the new season starts.

Ruben amorin isn't a bad coach at all, let not forget what he did on Manchester United team actually helped the success of Carrick as a manager for the club too as he offloaded some of the players that were actually not suited and changed the gameplay pattern although what actually went wrong with him was the fact that the formation he tried to play in the team didn't go that effective with some of the players that he had at his possession and I feel if the situation was different maybe he might have pulled off something special but that's all old stories now, let's just see if he can redeem himself as a top coach.

Wow, what's Real Madrid up to? They're taking the best players out of the Premier League to build a strong team, they really want to win a trophy next season cause the players they've signed so far are the ones with experience, not only in their league but in tne Champions League too. Cucurella is an amazing player and would do well in his home country so I think Madrid did well in signing him. If Barcelona intended signing him then this is the second time they've hijacked a good signing from Barcelona, first Bernardo Silver, now Marc Cucurella, the President of Barcelona would be so furious at Pérez. 😁😁
I think Madrid are coming with full force next season. They are not only signing Premier league's best players, but Europe's best players.  Cucurella will be a big boost to Madrid's defense next season, he is a good signing I think.
Madrid has struggled to get a better coach since the departure of Ancelotti, and since then they haven't won any trophy, now they have a good coach and are as well signing top class players, so I am not expecting any excuses of not winning a major trophy next season.

I know it is every players dream to play in Real Madrid, but it is clear that Madrid is hijacking all of the players Barcelona is interested in. Barcelona wanted Bernardo Silva, all of a sudden, I heard he signed for Madrid, Barca were also interested in Cucurella, now Madrid has signed him.

I think Madrid are trying to broke-shame Barcelona, or is there any other reason for hijacking these players?.

One thing I usually don’t find interesting by some fans is the fact that they usually just don’t accept it that a manager can actually be bad and get sacked. But he will definitely go to another club and then be successful, That’s football and the phase of life. We all saw what Amorim actually wanted to build at Manchester United but he wasn’t able to because we all know how big of a club Manchester United is and prior to his sacking you all can hear that he was actually agitating to be in control of the club which means that the club manager has other influences and this is why Manchester United is still like this.

The problem with Amorim at Manchester United was that he wasn’t flexible with his tactics and that was what most fans did not want but it actually would work out at seria A if he has the players at his disposal because it’s actually the league which that formation has worked for many managers

After almost half a season Ruben Amorim had not got a job, he his now the new manager of AC Milan. Well Milan have been trying to get his services but it is now official. Well I believe if given the problem players he can bring stability to the club. If Milan can get him the players he desire, we saw what he did at sporting even though he had a bad spell at Manchester United I still think he can do well at AC Milan.

Milan also now need to do better at recruiting players, since that have now added Ibrahimovic amongst the sporting directors, I believe a lot will change around the club.

Let see if Amorim can change the lives of fans in Milan, they want to be in contention for the scudetto.

Amorim is a good coach. In my opinion, he was dismissed too quickly at Manchester United because everyone expected results that he simply wasn't able to deliver at the time.I actually think things could be even more difficult for him at Milan than they were in England. Expectations at Milan are very high right now, the fans are frustrated, and they want results immediately. Because of that, there will be a lot of pressure on Amorim from the very beginning.I honestly wish him the best of luck and hope he succeeds.

You are comparing when you should compare clubs. It is not packe with higher expectations in Italy than it is in England. It is all about the club you are working for and Manchester United was on the brink becoming a a mediocre club despite the huge history they have. That is why they were watching out for a high potential and I am sure they talked about it and whether he thinks he can get Manchester United up again and he has probably answered yes.

The pressure at Manchester United is at least as high as it is at Milan. Milan now wants back into the CL next season, I think that is the most important goal. Manchester United now already is in the CL and goals are higher.

Whether he is a good coach or not, I suppose you can only base your assumption on what he has done with Sporting.

I mean the current situation at Milan. A lot was expected from last season, and they had faith in Allegri. Amorim is a good coach, but he will have to prove himself to the fans and deliver serious results. Milan's main goal is to get back to where they belong and find adequate solutions in certain positions, because their performances so far have been very poor

Marc Cucurella going to Real Madrid is a very good signing for the Galaticos, this is proof that they're not relenting when it comes to bringing in big names. Real Madrid have become very established and capable of bringing in any player that's competent enough to play and bring great contribution to the club. I would blame Chelsea for letting go of the Spanish left back because who does it like Marc Cucurella? You want to talk about Hato? He's young with potential but is he consistent like Marc Cucurella? This are the things one will check and there's absolutely not going to be anyone good enough to replace but Chelsea just have to stick with what they have. This is football and everyone is replaceable.

If what I red online about Ruben Amorim and Manchester United agreement is true, then Manchester United agreed to pay Ruben Amorim and his coaching staffs €15 million if Ruben Amorim stays for eleven months without landing himself a coaching job but since Ruben Amorim didn't stay that long before becoming the new AC Milan head coach, Manchester United will only pay Ruben Amorim and his coaching staffs €5 million.

Some time ago, if I'm not mistaken Amorim was rumored to be the ACM coach, and that has happened. The agreement runs until June 2028 with an option until 2029. ACM will only be participating in the Europa League next season. This should be a good journey if they can restore ACM's performance to a better level.
Hopefully, he be better than erik ten Hag, as former manchester united managers have struggled to find their best form in new teams after being fired by manchester united.

Amorim coaching history with manchester united was certainly not successful, as he failed to lead manchester united to good form and was ultimately fired.

As for ac milan, theybeen monitoring him for a long time, and hopefully, Amorim appointment can bring change to ac milan next season. I hope ac milan can bounce back and bring their best to compete with europe elite teams.

The question is is he getting the money as a pay off or as a tied down of his coaching career for 11 months, eve though his salary per season at AC Milan is very low which can't be compared to the €11 millions promised by Manchester United career wise I think Amorim made a good decision to sign his AC Milan deal which could last till 2029 which is a good time for his career progression.
