What is happening in transfer window this season is absolutely insane because how on earth some players who are not up to 80 million euros are now more than 100 million, i know that Yan Diomande is a good player and he should be expensive but 120 million euros is too much, Liverpool bid 100 million for him and it was rejected because RB Leipzig is asking for 120 million because his performance in the World Cup, Liverpool even show a good sign that they want to sign the player, it it is a club like Real Madrid they will never pay more than 90 million because the player only have one good season performance.

He is 19 years old and he can still learn and improve but the amount RB Leipzig is asking is too much and I believe the reason why they rejected the offer is because many clubs are also showing interest on the player, Leipzig should sell the player with 100 million so that they will not regret at the end because a player performance can change at any time and his price will not be like before.

Liverpool are among the reasons these players are becoming way expensive and I often consider this has a huge bargain spending much on a Bundesliga player, maybe because they are often fortunate to get a good one but looking at the ratio, I'm often skeptical.

Sometimes the influence of playing at a bigger team is far more than what we imagine. The bid is already rejected by RB Leipzig. They rated Diomande as a potential player to be values the same as Wirtz. So i don't think this deal will happen, unless Liverpool is willing to increase their offer from 100m to the 120m. I believe if they increase their bid, Leipzig will let him to shake hand.
However, i do think that huge sum of money is not worth with Diomande. It's absolutely crazy to pay 100m or more for a player that got nothing on his football career.

If they have an alternative, the better they stick to the secondary choice. His price is more than enough to explain what he is a no-go transfer.
