Tottenham, having endured several poor seasons, certainly doesn’t want to repeat the same dismal results next season. The club has finished 17th in the league for two consecutive seasons, and that has truly dented their pride as one of the Premier League’s top clubs. So, it’s only natural to see Tottenham being very aggressive in this transfer window.

Under their current new manager, Roberto De Zerbi, there are reportedly three players they’re prioritizing in this transfer window. Although there are actually more than just these three, for now it seems the focus will be on these three players:

- Mateus Fernandes (West Ham midfielder)
- Bradley Barcola (PSG forward)
- Marcus Rashford (MU forward).

Bradley Barcola? Does he want to leave PSG willingly or the club wants him out after all his contributions to their last pile of trophies? I don't think he's interested in Totteham, especially since Arsenal and Liverpool are keeping close tabs to completing a 100m deal on him. Totteham are rather strongly linked to Eberechi Eze.

But what actually happened was that Barcelona didn’t make any move at all to sign Rashford, as far as I can tell. Instead, they signed Anthony Gordon, who was actually quite expensive at 80 million euros. And now Barcelona certainly won’t prioritize Rashford anymore, especially since he’s returned to Manchester United. Plus, Barcelona now has Anthony Gordon.

Rashford’s situation at MU is also quite a dilemma. MU wants to let him go to reduce their payroll burden. But at that time, MU was still coached by Amorim, so they kept loaning Rashford out. However, the current coach, Carrick, is reportedly open to the option of Rashford returning.

It seems that this will simply be part of the marketing strategy Ravenna is looking to develop,  because even though it’s only Serie C, but given Ronaldinho’s current condition , it seems unlikely he’ll be able to play a full match. We all know that he’s no longer young, and he hasn’t been training like a professional player for quite some time , so it’s clearly going to be a tough challenge for him to catch up. Ravenna is after the big name of Ronaldinho, because it could not only encourage the team , but might also boost revenue (through merchandise and so on).

I think I missed out on those reports then. The boy really craves to be recorded in Barcelona's history as one those who uplifted the club, but Hansi flick just doesn't see the potentials. He'll be benched till maybe Rhaphina is injured, and even when that happens, Fermin Lopez is picked over him to start.

However, the current coach, Carrick, is reportedly open to the option of Rashford returning.

There are many factors that considered when it comes to a player's market value. Yan Diomande is just 19 years of age and regarded as one of the best wingers in Germany at the moment. Yes, he's not win too many trophies but when you consider his potentials and age, you'll understand that he's worth the value RB Leipzig has placed on him
Liverpool are very much aware of what they stand to gain if they succeed in securing the signature of the Ivorian, that's why they are making the offers even when some persons think they're too outrageous for Yan Diomande. I hope the deal is sealed so he'll go to Anfield and prove himself.

I'm not kidding the news of Ronaldinho signing for Italian team Ravenna is actually true. The contract of Ronaldinho with Italian Serie C side is base on promotion, but the club refused to rule out the possibility of him featuring in Ravenna matches.

From what I also read that he will not only be a player at the club, but also a shareholder of the club, that means that he is not an ordinary player at the club. but by looking at some of the charity matches he played, I'm not sure that he could be so capable of performing better.. he's been 46 years old, and regarding fitness, he already doesn't look fit to play in professional competitions. but considering that this is a Serie C competition, it shouldn't be that competitive, demanding him to play more intensely.. so with the experience he has, he might still be able to contribute a little to the team.

Diamonde's market value is about €80 million to €90 million as of now. He is 19 now! He scored 12 goals and gave 9 assists in 33 matches and I think you will rarely find a 19 years old left winger with those statistics in any league in Europe. That is mind-blowing and I think letting him go for €50 million would be completely stupid. Being involved in 21 goals in 33 matches is easily the level of Vinicius Junior with the difference being that Diamonde is almost still a kid. I don't know where you get your estimations from, but his numbers speak for themselves.

In these times I think you will agree that €40-45 million as you said is a joke at best. €80 million are paid for players that don't even have half the number of goals and assists as Diamonde has.

Liverpool isn't being stupid, they may know that this is still a bet on Diamonde's future, but if a player comes out of nowhere and performs like that, I think there isn't too much that can go wrong. He is a robust player who will get along in the Premier League.

The price of offensive players have been inflated so much these days. Thanks for Chelsea and PSG for making this to happen. However, Yan Diomande is still 19 years old, and he has so much potential to grow. Expecting him to be worth only 50m - 60m is just too good to be true when they also paid £116.5m for Wirtz, which is average player.

Leipzig would also use Wirtz transfer as the reason why they put very high price tag for Yan Diomande. They have their first £100m offer rejected. So anything less than it will never be accepted.

I agree pay more than £100m for him sounds overpay, but he's the one who can fit Iraola;s gameplay well. So they have no choice other than to meet Leipzig's price tag.

Inter Miami have concluded a deal to secure the Brazilian Casimero on free transfer. This deal was confirmed since march and now terms have been agreed and an official statement was released today. No way he's going to play 90 mins football, he'd only have to invest into the team a little time in the pitch, predictably 20 mins of play, to get his name heard in the match. He mostly does perform well in beach footballs, but would lack the strength to play fully in competitive games.

Ronaldinho is returning to football. Although he ended his playing career at Fluminense 11 years ago, Ronaldinho has decided to return to the sport. He will be playing again at the age of 46. He has signed a contract with Italian Serie C team Ravenna. Even though he's 46 and played professional football 11 years ago, I think it will still be enjoyable to watch him. His return to football at this age is surprising. I think he missed the competition.

I don’t know what that’s about. Is he broke or just trying to do everything to make more money? This has to be a promotional stunt for Ravenna, I doubt he is going to start in any of the matches. Everything you say is true, but he’s actually a player who isn’t currently worth those figures.
I understand that Leipzig want to make as much profit as possible from the player – who, after all, is still young – but his technical ability doesn’t reflect the value attributed to him!

However, as you quite rightly said, if a player stands out at the World Cup, his price usually skyrockets – but there’s a catch just round the corner! We’ve already seen players who performed well at the World Cup, were then sold for a fortune, but ultimately turned out to be bit of a let-down.

Even though he may not have the best attitude, he actually has some very good qualities as a player. That's probably why Carrick wants to include him in the squad.

On the other hand, I believe that if Rashford can deliver impressive performances for the club, Man United fans will start speaking positively about him again. This is a great opportunity for Rashford to prove that he can make a valuable contribution to United and show that he deserves the praise.

In the premier league, Rashford is a valued player, his turnaround fate at Barca happened to have hurt his ego, he's a kind of player, after the Barca deal failed, that chooses where to bring out his best. He played extremely well in Barcelona, I watched him play a few times, and his efforts were so remarkable that Man U fans were confused over whether it's Rashford making those displays or somebody else, he made no such efforts in old trafford, maybe as a result of Amorim, and Ten Hag weak managerial decisions around him.

He scored 14 goals Under Hansi Flick, compared to the 3 goals he netted under Amorim, and 1 goal for Ten Hag, All of those work at Barca didn't pay off, and it's saddening indeed, Carrick wanting him back is great, he's better off at Man U, than going to Tottenham at the moment, when they just escaped relegation.
