Facts about this Alvarez dilemma is that he is that now that he has made a public statement that he wants Barcelona, it makes it harder for Athletico Madrid to keep him, they have to come to a compromise ad taking a risk with Julian Alvarez will definitely lead to a uproar with the fans and the major one which is him [Alvarez] slumping in his performance which will just lead to him riding the bench
Alvarez really wants to join Barcelona and he has made it clear to his club that he wants to make the move. It's also true that Barcelona are also very much interested in signing him, but Atletico Madrid are not interested in selling him to a direct rival, which I totally understand. Right now nothing is happening on this deal and I believe that Atletico Madrid are more willing to sell him abroad. They have been rumors of Arsenal and PSG interest in him, but I guess we will just watch and see how this unfolds.

If Alvarez doesn't want to leave the team, I certainly think it's a very good decision. However, if the Argentinian player wants to leave and they are preventing him, this could become a problem for Atletico Madrid next year. We know about Real Madrid and Barcelona's interest in the player. Atletico Madrid certainly won't want to sell him. But the player's wishes also play an important role here.
Firstly, I pretty sure Real Madrid is not interested in Alvarez, I think there motive was to drive up the price for Barcelona, that's how Perez does his things. Secondly, I don't even know which side is wrong but all I know is that Alvarez is truly under a contract that he signed himself and looking at it plainly, if he wants to opt out of the contract, Barcelona has to pay the release clause. I just don't understand how Barcelona wants to process this whole thing and get him cheaper. Maybe someone can enlighten me The fact is that Julain Alvarez by himself want to leave the club like he want to move to another big team I mean his aim is towards Barcelona because he knew it that only Barcelona is the team where he can play in X11. Rather the Barcelona Real Madrid is also in negotiate hub but I don't think they will intentionally ready to sign him permanently. They just teasing Barcelona like to rise his market value and even let us supposed if they sign Julian Alvarez then where they will used to play him because they already have Killyan Mbappe in ST position and on Left wing they have Vinicus Junior. So where they will line up him... Thus far Barcelona has also the same situation like they have financial crisis and that's why it will be quite hard for them to make his deal. So now maybe besides these two others team can bring their proposal for Julain Alvarez. So Julain Alvarez is stuck in bad crumbs anyway let's see what happens next.

I have been monitoring this Alverez's deal for sometime. I really like the player and I want him to Join Arsenal, but with the little drama on ground, this might just end up as a big fight between both parties, and the player might likely remain in the club without serious offers from clubs overseas. Atletico are currently not interested in offers from Barce, except they're willing to pay the €500M release clause, which I don't think any football club on earth would attempt. Arsenal on the other than, According to the HoA account, the club is not to make offer for a player that prioritizes another Club, but there might be changes later on, and maybe a possible swap deal with compensation.

Liverpool seems really determined! Leipzig really surprised me at first by turning down an enormous offer like 100 million euros. But probably the main reason for that is his being a part of the World Cup now and he is performing quite well at the same time. But how much more will Liverpool offer? I assume around 110-120 million... Leipzig are the problem. The young lad indeed quality and we can all see last season and with the both games he's already played in this competition, but is he really what the valuation slapped on him by Rb Leipzig?! Outrageous I must say. The world cup performance should be no excuse, if it is as a result of his release clause I'd agree but other than that, I do think he is good enough but not for this particular valuation and more. There will be pressure on him, but not as any player who plays for Manchester United though. Usually when a player performs well during the World Cup, the asking price suddenly goes up, so I'm not surprised at all by this situation. Let's also not forget that Leipzig has Red Bull behind them, so they are a very rich team. Also, the offer came from an English club, so since they are used to overpay players, Leipzig is asking them for more money. Last but not least, everybody knows Liverpool must desperately replace Salah. Everything you say is true, but he’s actually a player who isn’t currently worth those figures. I understand that Leipzig want to make as much profit as possible from the player – who, after all, is still young – but his technical ability doesn’t reflect the value attributed to him! However, as you quite rightly said, if a player stands out at the World Cup, his price usually skyrockets – but there’s a catch just round the corner! We’ve already seen players who performed well at the World Cup, were then sold for a fortune, but ultimately turned out to be bit of a let-down. Take James Rodríguez, for example, or Diego Forlán at Inter. I know he is not (currently) worth that money, especially considering he barely played for a couple of years but now clubs pay young players based on their potential, not their current ability. They are basically betting on him on becoming a future star. If he goes to another club then it would be difficult to buy him later, we're seeing this with Olise: Real Madrid want him but Bayern Munich won't sell him. Or Mbappé, they had to wait for his contract to expire otherwise the club didn't want to sell him. However, these are very risky investments. It’s not easy to predict with 100 per cent certainty whether this or that player will become a star. Obviously, there are some indications, but I still see it as a very risky strategy. In my view, though, he isn’t worth that money at the moment, and the statistics aren’t very encouraging either.

Athletico Madrid are just out of their mind because the fee and price they have placed on Alvarez is making me feel like they actually don't want to sell him to their fellow Spanish rivals in the league and what they are asking with the other teams that wants to sign him is just crazy too, because their is a rumor that Athletico Madrid are demanding a swap deal with arsenal and also with additional payments for the signing of Alvarez which is simply crazy for me because I think he is over hyped.

So many news merchants are now reporting Real Madrid is gonna pursuing Enzo to join their club. After they realize that it's impossible to sign Olise who is gated with 222m. So they're shifting their target to strengthen their mid. Enzo has become Jose's preferred midfielder. So it makes sense to see them to start an operation to sign him asap. Enzo is also giving greenlight to join Madrid soon. It's likely we're gonna see him to wear Madrid's shirt next season. I expect Madrid to see 120m offer for him. It can also a bit less than it. With such a high price, I think Real Madrid should be able to get a player option that has better quality than Enzo Fernandez.. I'm not saying that he is a bad player, but with such a high price it's like a waste of money. but because this decision was based on Mourinho's wishes, I think that he has careful consideration to be able to recruit players at that price.. hopefully this decision is the right decision because if not then Enzo will only be a player who is burdened with big expectations due to his transfer value.

They've started valuing every footballer who plays well for a season at 50-60 million euros. They don't do much to assess how talented or how suitable they are for investment. Every player who gets 10 assists and scores 5 goals in 20 matches is now considered a world star. I don't actually think they're that high-quality. They pay huge transfer fees and get no return after a year, then the player's value suddenly drops. Making transfers without proper analysis is causing significant damage to teams
They are considered as talents and yet unable to meet up with expectations, the pressure can be overwhelming for many youngsters especially after coming to a big club or a more competitive league. This is actually annoying to be honest, although it seems sometimes fair depending on the club and league, a lot of times it's actually questionable especially when it's an attacker or winger around age 21 and below, they often end up being sold or loaned out by the club.

Atletico Madrid are not going to let Julian Alvarez leave to rivalry club especially Barcelona as it stands now except Alvarez will try to force a move like Alexander Isak did with Newcastle but then it will be up to Barcelona meeting their asking price which be really huge. I think Alvarez will have to pick another club and it seems like Arsenal are also interested in him, who I think will show much interest than PSG who have a pretty fair squad doing well than Arsenal without a world class nine but if only my team, Chelsea would have agreed to go for him I would have been happy.

Is Barcelona ready to meet up the demand of Atletico Madrid for the player? I thought Barcelona is in financial crisis that is limiting them from spending so much on players if they spend of to €100 million on Alvarez that's if Atletico Madrid does not demand more hope the team will not go back to asking players to accept a pay cut before the end of the season. Atletico Madrid will like to cash out with the player because they have seen that he's eager to join Barca but if they finally sign him they should be ready to pay their players well and not coming about their pay.

Barcelona's 100 million bid for Alvarez was only considered a joke and even became a joke on Ateltico's social media accounts so they shouldn't be able to force it especially since the offer only revolves around that price. Previous reports said that Madrid were ready with 150 million and that was rejected so there is no reason to accept Barcelona's offer which is even far below what Madrid offered. In addition, I doubt Barcelona will spend more money after they signed Gordon which must have drained their coffers.

Enzo Fernandez was suspended from playing few Chelsea games this season after he made comments of wanting to play for Real Madrid so I'll not be surprised of the Argentina international is signed to the club this summer. However, when you consider the players playing position, I don't think Real Madrid is lacking quality players in that area. Why sign Enzo Fernandez for £120 million when they can actually add another £100 million to bring Michael Olise to the club. Olise is worth the amount that Bayern Munich is reportedly demanding and should Real Madrid sign him, I don't see anything stopping them from winning major trophies next season.

The possible way Atletico Madrid wouldn't sell Julian Alvarez to Barcelona is if he doesn't want Barcelona move but since he wants Barcelona and Barcelona are also interested in him Atletico Madrid can't stop him from moving to Barcelona if Barcelona meet the asking price of Julian Alvarez. Nothing is happening on the deal right now, because Julian Alvarez wants to fully focus in the World Cup tournament and he doesn't want anything to distract him but once the World Cup tournament is over he will push for a move to Barcelona.

In my opinion, Real Madrid should focus more on strengthening their midfield rather than signing wingers, whom they don’t really need since they already have a great attacking line. Moreover, the 222 million euro price tag for Olise is truly unreasonable. In my view, he isn’t worth that much. Enzo would be a great signing for Real Madrid, and he fits well into their playing style. Moreover, the 120 million price tag isn’t too expensive, since Enzo is indeed a great player and is currently at the peak of his career. Therefore, I hope Real Madrid signs Enzo soon so he can join the squad immediately after the World Cup.

When it comes to Tottenham and Arsenal it gives me joy especially when it comes to bidding for a player in the transfer window, just like how things went for Tottenham when they wanted Eze, it was shocking to see how fast Arsenal secured the deal and now we have Tonali, which of these two clubs can get his signature, Arsenal or Tottenham? I think its up to the player on which side he wants to play at. Going for Tottenham means he be stuck playing in domestic competitions alone while going for Arsenal gives him more chances and I thought the reason players move from one club to the other is to get better playing time and also the opportunity to play European competition. The best thing for Arsenal is they should get Tonali the way they did Ebe Eze, without much fuss and fanfair. I feel the Italian will succeed more at the Emirates more than he'd do at Spurs. You are right and this has been the same reason why players avoid some clubs, now we are talking about a player who have played the champions league games and he still have that hunger to keep playing in that level and nothing will make him reduce himself to play for a club that only have league games to play, it will be better to stay at Newcastle than playing for such a club. For me I don't think money can make this guy choose Tottenham over Arsenal. The playing time too he can get it from either of the two clubs but it can't happen for him to be playing only Fa cup, Carabao cup and the EPL games, these are the only challenges he'd face, Tottenham only have that to offer and we don't know if they can get better next season or continue facing injury issues.

In fact, discussing Alvarez transfer is indeed very interesting, as it will be full of drama. With Madrid already offering 150 million euros, Barcelona will have to offer more than that. The chaos Madrid creates is quite beneficial for Atletico, while Madrid itself doesn't really need Alvarez. This is a clever tactic to lure Barcelona into spending more money than they have.
Barcelona certainly will not dare to exceed what Real Madrid offers and only to get 1 player and of course that is not enough but regarding the player wishes he actually also hopes that Atletico Madrid will release him not to Real Madrid but to Barcelona because from what I read Alvarez has always dreamed of playing for Barcelona if Barcelona wants him he has to fight for it maybe by selling some players to be able to buy it.

It all depends on Alvarez. If he wants to leave, Barcelona can't keep him, and Atletico Madrid wouldn't be able to keep him. It wouldn't make sense for them to keep him. The transfer will most likely happen after the World Cup. Alvarez would be useful at Barcelona. Right now, Barcelona's biggest weakness is still the striker position; they don't have a replacement for Lewandowski. Alvarez isn't a pure striker.

If there would be a better option that can cost lesser money than Enzo. I believe Mou already changed its priority. Nevertheless, Mou is still pushing to sign Enzo from Chelsea, which mean he aware Enzo is most probably the only guy who meet his criteria as a defender. 120m for Madrid sounds easy money to pay. They can sell some of their useless midfielders, then raise money to sign Enzo from Chelsea. No need to use fresh money when they have so many clubs wanted their current midfielders such as Camavinga and Tchouameni. Selling both of players will be enough.

So who do you think is out there, that is better than Enzo Fernandez in the market? Because aside Jose Mourinho wish, Enzo Fernandez is a top player that will greatly improve the midfield of real madrid, because he brings that Toni kroos vibe, with his tailored passes, so I believe that before real madrid has decided to go all in on acquiring him, they know what they saw in him, and I want you to have it at the back of your mind that real madrid will not come for your service, if you are not a top player, I will leave that with you to think about it.

The real question is whether Alvarez wants to go to Barcelona or Real Madrid if a transfer happens. Currently, Barcelona seems like the better team, but Real Madrid looks set to improve significantly under Jose Mourinho. Their recent signings have strengthened weaker areas, and Real Madrid now boasts a very powerful squad. With Mourinho's discipline and confidence, the team will likely improve further, and perhaps Alvarez knows this and chooses Real Madrid. Or maybe he wants to go to Barcelona because of last year's success. However, if he wants to stay at Atletico Madrid, I'm sure Atletico Madrid will be very happy about that.
