Goncalo Ramos is very good when playing with Benfica and i thought he will be success to playing with PSG but unfortunately that during playing with PSG Ramos seems has been lost his touch even, during last season almost in every games in all competitions he cannot make Luis Enrique impressed and only playing from the bench.
The competition between star players in AC Milan is not too tight which i am sure Ramos can adapt well especially currently Amorim in charge and he know well Ramos. So, i think this is a good transfer for both sides when Milan is really required at least 1 forward player and Ramos also want to playing regular and i am sure he will gets more chance in this team.
When playing at PSG Goncalo Ramos did not develop much, he became a substitute at the club. His decision to leave PSG was right in my opinion, it is very difficult to break into the PSG main team with players like Ousmane Dembele who are very strong and fast when playing. Goncalo Ramos has scored 21 goals from 81 throughout his appearances with PSG. His playing skills are really needed by the AC Milan front line considering rumors that several players will leave next season, Rafael Leao is rumored to be going to the English league making a position in the front line empty and can be flanked by Goncalo Ramos if he is able to play consistently and maintain his performance.

I hope Chelsea don't plan to make similar decisions as previously, Xabi with some sort of experience should know what he wants.

Which makes me wonder will AC Milan pay 70 Million for this player? As we know, currently the market value of this player is 30 million according to Transfermarkt so I was very surprised to hear that AC Milan would pay that much. Yeah I know transfer deals don't have to refer to Transfermarkt but they are usually based on player performance and here we know that Gonçalo Ramos has not been involved in many matches. By the way, if this transfer is realized, it will be the most expensive transfer record for AC Milan, while we know most of the clubs from Serie A are experiencing financial problems.

There's a here we go news for Goncalo Ramos from PSG to AC Milan. This must he a call from his fellow Portuguese Ruben Amorim to convince. It is obvious Niclas Fulkrugg will not be having enough game time to play then this season.
Crazy transfer. If Milan is really paying more than 70m for a striker that scored only a single goal since the new year, and i think this is not a worthy transfer. I also aware everybody is also getting hyped due to the Milan breaks another record transfer fees because of this. This is pretty much the same moment like when they were valuing Nkuku 45m from Chelsea. I think this transfer ain't gonna be a successful one. Another flop in the making.

It sounds surprising. Milan dared to sign Goncalo Ramos, even breaking their own transfer record, and he’s essentially just a PSG bench player. I have no idea what Milan sees in Goncalo Ramos, whose performance at PSG hasn’t been all that convincing. Did Milan sign Goncalo Ramos at Amorim’s request simply because they’re both from Portugal, or do they see potential in him that fits their style of play.

Maybe you've mot noticed that the transfer market is inflated, the price of players that didn't even create much impact in their team is also on the rise too just cause they're in a big team, that's why someone like Goncalo Ramos is tagged €70 million when he's not worth close to that, it's crazy if you ask me. I think PSG is trying to recover somerhing close the €80 million they sign him for that's why tagged him 70, but that's too much, given that his performance really declined and he's not a regular starter in PSG, it would be fair enough if they reduce it to 50 million but that would be depending on how serious Ramos is eager to leave.

But for Amorim, there's something about Ramos that fits his needs. A very good distinction between a coach and a regular fan viewer is that a coach can see something in a player that a fan of viewer may not see So I will not criticize Amorim's decision to want Goncalo Ramos because it is the same way Mikel Arteta wanted Noni Madueke from Chelsea, and at the end of the season we saw how useful he was in turning up for Saka when Saka was unavailable or unfit. Also, from his time in Manchester United, he was able to bring in some important players for them that have helped them to regain their confidence, and it is where he built the club so that Michael Carrick is going to continue from, so I do not think that he is bad in the transfer market, and if he wants this player, there must be something that he has seen in him. Who is talking about Arsenal's move for Bruno Guimerras from Newcastle?

I'm quite happy about this transfer because, from what I've seen, it seems like AC Milan management is truly supporting Amorim in building this team. Signing Goncalo Ramos for a high price is a clear sign that AC Milan management is serious about building this team. As for Goncalo Ramos, I'm quite optimistic that he will be able to contribute to AC Milan's front line.

I heard that Man United at the start of this transfer window will get £200 million for player transfers. For now, Man United hasn't found a replacement for Casemiro. They will play more games since they qualified for the UCL. If they don't have any other replacement players, it will make things difficult for them. Apparently, Man United is targeting Elliot Anderson from Nottingham Forest. Then there's the name Yan Diomande from RB Leipzig.
I believe it's better for the management of the club to take their time in choosing a player who will replace Casemiro, this is far better for them than for them to rush into making the mistake of choosing the wrong player. I personally see Carrick as a very ambitious coach and he wouldn't want a player who will not give him what he wants, it's often said that the patient dog eats the fattest bone, i am not in the business of football, them that are there know best how they go about all of this things, so I totally believe that the Manchester United's new coach working with the management will make the best decision for the club, Carrick has alot to prove to the world, not just in Manchester United, how be manages Manchester United might be the deciding factor for where his career as a coach goes from where it is currently.

Breaking a record transfer fees with Elliot's transfer is not enough for City. They're now pursuing Ayyoub Bouaddi from Lille. So they are signing Elliot for Silva's replacement, while they're now signing Ayyoub Bouaddi to be Rodri's replacement. What a perfect move. I think this signing makes sense because the uncertainty over Rodri's future. He can leave from the club anytime. So club has to prepare his replacement for now and for the future. It's interesting to see what a mega squad City is building now.

The question now is whether Barcelona will be willing to spend what is likely to be a huge sum on Julian Alvarez, because , as we know, Atletico have rejected Barcelona’s offer of €100 million. So they’ll have to come back with an even bigger offer.
In my opinion, Barcelona won’t increase their previous offer for Alvarez. Barcelona has started looking for other strikers because they realize that Alvarez will be difficult to sign. Rumors are circulating that Barcelona is targeting Benjamin Sesko, and it seems Manchester United is willing to let Sesko go if a good offer comes along. What makes you feel that Manchester United will release Sesko to Barcelona when they just signed him last season and he has only used a season in the club. Let Barcelona pay the amount that is requested from them by Manchester United for Rashford. Do they think that Sesko will be sold very cheap then, they're kidding. My reasoning is that Manchester United may already have Cunha, who has performed much better than Sesko, even though both have been with the club for just one season. But, well, it’s up to Manchester United whether they want to sell Sesko or not. As for Barcelona signing Rashford, that’s no longer going to happen because Barcelona just announced that they don’t want to activate Rashford’s permanent buyout clause.

Also, the move for the Brazilian Bruno Guimareas from Arsenal has been turned down by Newcastle United. I don't know if there's personal terms agreement with the player and club, but Newcastle has rebuffed offers to see him sold.
AFAIK, there aren't any issues with personal terms and despite Newcastle saying they don't have any plans to sell him, Arsenal is looking to make a second bid [source]. Based on my understanding, Arsenal doesn't want to pay the full amount that's stated on his release clause [around £100 million] while some reports suggest a fee of around £70-80M could be enough for a player that'll be 29 years old in a few months [personally, I think there's a very high chance that he ends up at Arsenal and that's why they're trying to negotiate or rather haggle with Newcastle over his price tag].

I totally agree with you, and that is why I kept on wondering why they went for less than average players and expected a different result. Even with the arrival of Xabi Alonso, if they don't improve on the kind of players they sign, things will definitely not go right with them, Xabi will no do magic, he can only make do with what he has. Chelsea should be ready to open their purse in signing experience and quality players this coming season.

I have no idea what Milan sees in Goncalo Ramos, whose performance at PSG hasn’t been all that convincing. Did Milan sign Goncalo Ramos at Amorim’s request simply because they’re both from Portugal, or do they see potential in him that fits their style of play. For real these same question have been on all football fans mind. What did Milan really see in Goncalo Ramos to spend a whopping 80 million euros on. There are far better strikers that will even cost less. I was thinking after that awful season milan had they would do better in signing players but instead I’m still seeing the same thing happens again by the sporting directors. Well I’m not sure if Amorim is involved in this transfer but I have a very strong feeling he his involved. It not like Ramos to the team is bad but spending that much is bad. Well let now see which name Milan will be bringing in to the squad again.

I was lost last season when Chelsea started buying players continuously till the transfer window closed. I thought, they will use it as an opportunity to have enough players on bench in case of injuries but to my surprise, these players didn't even add any impact to the team performance.
It's better to have few quality players than having bunch of average players that cannot add much value to the team.
The problem was Chelsea didn't go for players that will improve the team, they went for average players which they can use to do business, hoping if they perform very well for the first season, they start reaching out to clubs to sign them the next season and make huge profits from them, it didn't work as was planned, and the team suffered for it. I hope Chelsea don't plan to make similar decisions as previously, Xabi with some sort of experience should know what he wants. I don't know why but I feel Chelsea problem is probably way beyond what we can even see because looking at the whole set up we can see that they got some players and that can help although a new manager coming to scene will be given a lot of opportunities to make things change in the club and one of those move is to actually sign a lot of players that can help implement his style of play.

Tottenham seems quite serious about improving its squad. If they manage to get Marmoush, of course, he’s expected to be a solution for the attack. Man City is also making some adjustments for players who will be kept or who will leave the team. But Tottenham also seems to have some player names they are interested in during this summer’s transfer window.
Tottenham Hotspur escaping relegation for two seasons is the main reason for their serious about improving its squad in this summer transfer window. Roberto De Zerbi has a very good plan in improving a lot of positions in his team. If he could be able to bring the players in his radar to Tottenham Hotspur, Tottenham Hotspur will perform better and will not find themselves fighting to escape relegation next season. If a few transfers are successfully made, I think there will be a lot of changes in the Tottenham team. To make changes, they need to do a lot of preparations, including using their money to bring in players to build the desired squad. Let's try to follow how things develop in the media, and next season we will see how far the changes go.

Chelsea's problem started the moment the management changed, after Roman Abrahamovich left, the new owners came with a different project. They are more concern about businesses and not about the progress of the clubs, I don't think the love the club either, unlike Roman who had great passion for the club. They were more concernd about signing young Tallents just to resale them and make profit without bothering about how it will affect the club performance. Now the club didn't even made it to any European competition and some important players are leaving, it's even more concerning that an important player like Mac cucurela left and coming to the media to say he will want another important player (Enzo Fernandez) to join him at his new club this is a total disrespect from cucu and Chelsea should be more worried about the kind of players they are grooming.
