Maybe you've mot noticed that the transfer market is inflated, the price of players that didn't even create much impact in their team is also on the rise too just cause they're in a big team, that's why someone like Goncalo Ramos is tagged €70 million when he's not worth close to that, it's crazy if you ask me. I think PSG is trying to recover somerhing close the €80 million they sign him for that's why tagged him 70, but that's too much, given that his performance really declined and he's not a regular starter in PSG, it would be fair enough if they reduce it to 50 million but that would be depending on how serious Ramos is eager to leave.
Unfortunately that is the current state of football world. I am not sure if this will stay, like maybe we will stay around these levels for 10 more years so that inflation of real life will reach the football inflation and then we will see increases again, or maybe it will keep on going higher and higher, or maybe it will even crash one day. I have no idea what will happen but I know that right now everyone is overpaying for it. And that's how it survives, because if I pay A team 70 million for ap layer worth 30 million, and then A team pays B team for 30 million worth player 70 million, then B team does the same to C team and C team does to me. Then one of us spent money and yet we traded. If all is inflated, then none is.

Interesting news to me though... I assume Xabi Alonso just wants to reunite with his players from Leverkusen. At least with the best ones. Xhaka is a very experienced midfielder. Maybe the manager just wants to take advantage of that experience. Their midfield is very young you know. Players like Wirtz are also in the rumours but I don't know how many of those news are real. Personal terms have already been agreed by Xhaka and it all on club to club so Chelsea can finalize this deal. The board promise to bring experience to the squad and I really nice to see player like Xhaka, above all he has played under Alonso and he he played it well, so I think Alonso is the one behind this deal. Chelsea are not thinking about Witz, he plays same role as cole Palmer and Chelsea still rate Palmer high, so they are not thinking about bringing in a player to replace him. And also I don’t think Alonso is trying to reunite with his leverkusen players. Experience is needed at Chelsea and it really nice to get Xhaka who understand how Alonso plays already.

This Enzo Maresca's signing of £118m to €130m is really alarming, like I'm not a Manchester City fans but signing him for such an outrageous price is still something I can't figure out, now he remains Manchester City highest signed player in their history, yes Pep Guardiola also spent that huge but any player Pep Guardiola would put such amount on should definitely be the best player for that season across the top 5 teams, I just pray he doesn't turn out to become another Jack Grealish in that team, because I don't really understand the game behind this signing.
This is just another proof that the English domestic market is totally out of control, these prices are getting more and more ridiculous every single time. I don't even know how Forest would value him that amount of money and I find even more astonishing the fact that City said it's ok. That's a player that in every other European League would have been sold for, maybe, 35-40 millions. You are very correct, now all a player needs is just one season that is decent and they could go above 100 million pounds it's now becoming too ridiculous and we will be seeing this more often. After Manchester city then Liverpool are planning to sign the talented Ivorian for a ridiculous amount too. This will be the case of football for a long time to come. The cost of players in the transfer market just sky rocket all of sudden because there is now a chance of any player to cost such high amounts of they had a beautiful season, gone are those days when consistency was something they actually looked and the worst part is that most of the players that are bought this high even lack the ability to replicate what they have been bought for which makes it a crazy increase in price.

This is an Alonso signing, now I understand why Alonso is a manager and not a coach, he has authority in the transfer window, and they’re giving him anything that he wants, I don’t know what is the plans of Alonso at Chelsea, but I’m not convinced with his level of signing players and players that the club is linked to, let’s see why his plans are for the season, he should try and get some players into the squad mostly especially defenders because the team doesn’t have a good defenders, they should be more interested in focusing to buy good players not players that are in an old age, and close to retirement.

For real I have to agree with you that football pricing is getting ridiculous especially in England because for a good number of years now England has been breaking ridiculous transfer fee there by setting several new outrageous price records Right now as a player just manage a good season even if you have no trophy to show for it then you can cost more than a hundred million pounds. I think Nottingham Forest has robbed Manchester city although I am not insinuating that Anderson isn't a great player because he is just that he isn't worth that amount.

But according to news sources, Chelsea offered him at a price of €30 million which is too expensive in my opinion especially since this player is old now 33 years, it could be that the assessment of Xabi Alonso is different from us so that the price is still reasonable. According to the price data from Transfermarkt, Xhaka's market price is €8M, so this is a very far difference, because seeing from the Swiss game maybe his value will increase again.

Liverpool just got Wirtz, and I don't know if they're ready to let him go. Though, he hasn't added much impact on the team since his arrival to Anfield.

Patience! Manchester United are going to get that done. Aurelian Tchouaméni from Real Madrid has been appreciated and if Real Madrid intends seeing him sold, they will most definitely see Manchester United interested. They refuse to go back and forth bidding for a player who has not chosen them first. Elliot Anderson already signed up as a Manchester City player in the last few days and passed his medical in the US, he will be returning to the Etihad immediately thry get knocked out of the FIFA World Cup Competition. Not at all, Yan Diomande is only linked to Liverpool not Manchester United.
So far, Liverpool has indeed been the most aggressive in pursuing Yan Diomande. And I think Liverpool is truly astute when it comes to scouting promising young players. He’s only 19 years old, and he also performed brilliantly with his team at the World Cup. So I’m confident his market value will skyrocket once the World Cup is over. However, Yan Diomande seems reluctant to address the various rumors surrounding him in the transfer market, as he has stated that he still wants to focus on the World Cup. And yes, that’s the right thing to do, almost every player would do the same. But what caught my attention is that Yan Diomande has actually been a big fan of PSG since he was a child. And reportedly, PSG is also keeping an eye on Yan Diomande. So I think Liverpool will face some serious competition in their efforts to sign Yan Diomande, they’ll have to compete with PSG, whose financial strength is undeniable. With player now coming out to say he wants to leave I don’t think Atletico Madrid will be getting a reasonable price over him. They wanted much more than what Real Madrid offer and u don’t think any club can afford that for now.
It going to be a real scandal for Alvarez after the World Cup, he still have a contract with the team and at the end if he doesn’t get who can afford him for that amount then he will be forced to be at the club, though he can choose not be part of team activities.
Well I anticipate what happens in this issue, because right now both Real Madrid and Barcelona have turned around their attention from him.
No club can actually afford the kind of release clause Atletico Madrid is asking for Alvarez, not Real Madrid, not Manchester City or even PSG, €500 million, no club in their right senses will pay that huge amount of money for a player like Alvarez. Even Yamal that's media talked about can not command such outrageous amount of money for a transfer fee at this time. It's true that they wanted more for him but that's too greedy, €150 million is way above his valuation and I don't think Real Madrid was going to pay that amount, maybe Perez used that scare Barcelona because they had gone with a bid of €100 - €120 initially. Although, I still think Atletico Madrid will still make a €100 million+ from him because the market is crazy.

That's like a clear lie there. PSG fan from birth?! We barely see such what we see are fans of Manchester United, Arsenal and Chelsea. I have also seen a recent photo displaying him supporting Manchester United from small. They could get him because he is just too creative, pacy and strong. They're one of the few clubs most likely to splurge such figures on such a player. He will prove himself worthy if a player like Barcola decides to leave the club. Liverpool spent too much already last season, are they going through the same pipeline? Hopefully something positive comes out of it.

I was really surprised that Tottenham Hotspur wasn't that serious after they escaped the first relegation battle season before last, and if they weren't lucky to also escape it last season, things would have gone from bad to worse, so strengthening their team if not a matter of choice, but a matter of must. I believe that De zerbi can turn things around if all his transfer target are met and he is given a lot of time to work, but am quite positive that they wouldn't find themselves in a relegation battle again this upcoming season.
The Lewis Family Trust and the minority owners of the club would have to invest in the club if they want the club to regain its lost glory. Fortunately, they have overcome relegation and are not playing in any European competition. Roberto De Zerbi needs to overhaul the club and some players need to be sold. He would have to identify the players he needs to boost the capacity of the club. I think Italian has the capacity to improve the performance of the club if he is given the necessary support.

Eduard Spertsyan, who plays in Russia, specifically for FC Krasnodar, is moving to the Saudi league. He has been signed by Al Ahli. I hope he adapts quickly to the Saudi league. I haven't been following the Russian league, so I don't know anything about him, but since I follow the Saudi league, I found this news interesting, as the fight for the title in the Saudi league is becoming increasingly competitive, with teams like Al-Ahli, Al Hilal, and Al Nassr vying for positions 1 to 3. For example, last season Al-Ahli finished in third place.

Whether he wants a reunion with the previous player or there is no player he can trust for the center position, this is a question for us why he took a fairly old player and did not choose another player, this is a question that may only be answered by Xabi, but I think the most reasonable is what I said above. We don't know the truth of the rumors, but it's interesting to see because we know how successful Xabi was at Leverkusen, and now he's in charge of a much bigger and more competitive team in the Premier League after quitting Real Madrid for a season that he couldn't finish, he has to prove himself in the Premier League.

Maybe you missed the news. It's not common having a PSG fan but I have seen some. I thought I heard something like that also about Diomandé being a childhood fan of PSG. Being a fan doesn't mean a player will move there so I still think Liverpool still has the upper hand of signing him. If Liverpool doesn't move fast with signing Diomandé there will be competitions and it will get difficult when other teams join the race. His performance at the World Cup has been really impressive and that would definitely draw the attention of other clubs to the race so Liverpool should move fast and finalize his deal. Liverpool needs a replacement for Mo Salah and I think Diomandé is a good option. For PSG, they will have to sell a winger to create space for him.

Manchester United did a good job last season. They will undoubtedly aim for even better this season. Casemiro had a huge impact, and it will be really difficult to replace him. Sancho and Malacia have also left. The most important thing was Casemiro. Perhaps they can sign a better player to replace him the transfer window is still long, there's still time.

It is really ridiculous and that has being the catch in this new age. The significant increase in the value of player after good season would only bring more pressure to the player and in many cases the players are not able to withstand the pressure that comes with such demands. We saw that with Isak and Wirtz and Liverpool are about to make another mistake with signing Diomande. Personally, I would say that he is overpriced and might underperform playing for Liverpool but that could be variable because he seems like a versatile player but it's possible that he could have tye best season at Liverpool.

Fundamental looking at the Chelsea squad I feel the only thing missing there is the experience of a seasoned player, although Xhaka Is approaching the dangerous side of age, still he can still provide the needed experience to guide this young player now that it seems like the older players in Chelsea are leaving. Personally, I liked him in Sunderland but still it won't be a bad idea to move to Chelsea

I support the addition of Granit Xhaka, yes while his age seems quite questionable he is still really reliable for us, he did well at Sunderland last season, which shows the influence he still holds. I hope to see us get more signings and more players leaving especially at the defense and attack, we are going for Crystal Palace CB, Maxence Lacroix, I think he will be a good addition. Regardless, I'm curious on how Arsenal fans are going to react to this news, this is one of their star or Legendary player at the club before he left, loved by all.

You know what's funny about this your reply, you were focus on Alonso and I wonder why you were centered on him until I look at your username and I saw that your name is Alomis, nice one. ; D. Xabi hs a good place at Leverkusen, one of the best season was what had the attention of Real Madrid to sign him, his early weeks were very good but agree and disagree of the team couldn't make him stay longer to see what he can offer the team but he can do better in Chelsea. What the club and him need to address now is the team, the players are losing interest or perhaps there is some kind of attacks to the club in general. You know when Cucurella left, everyone was surprised, no media talk about his move and he also attest to it that the deal didn't last upto 30 hours and now seeing that Enzo want to leave to is worrying, you never can tell which player will not be interested among the team, maybe that's why the are not doing well since last season.

Players switch from club to club all the time and it's normal I mean xhaka has already played for another club which is Sunderland so there is no much big deal. The level of performance that he pulled off last is something to consider despite his age and I also believe there should be at least one advanced played in the squad so as to showcase the presence of experience and leader in the team because when there are youngster all through with no valid control they tend to be chaos.
