I rather see Xhaka move to a different club not a London club. Xhaka was my captain, before he left we love him and don't want to see him as a our rival. Sunderland is the best club for Xhaka base on age factor. If he eventually go to Chelsea I will surely hate him. I remember those head2head against Chelsea when Xhaka led the forefront as my Captain.
I hope you know that Granit Xhaka was one of the players who made Xabi Alonso to finish a season unbeaten in the Bundesliga and also won the Bundesliga title for Bayer Leverkusen that same season? Just pray that Chelsea aren't interested in Granit Xhaka because if they are, nothing will stop Granit Xhaka from joining Chelsea especially since his going to reunite with his formal manager Xabi Alonso at Chelsea. Sunderland could be in a tough spot if Chelsea is interested and Xhaka really wants to go to Chelsea. Even though Sunderland is saying they won’t sell him right now, I’m worried there might be other negotiations that could change the situation. Xabi knows Xhaka’s quality, but it will all depend on how Chelsea’s management sees the opportunity.

It's not that no club can actually afford the kind of release clause Atletico Madrid is asking for Julian Alvarez, what has made the club that are interested in Julia Alvarez not to meet the €500 million Atletico Madrid placed on Julia Alvarez is because he doesn't worth that money and we aren't in the era where clubs will sign a player for that ridiculous amount of money. I don't blame Atletico Madrid for demanding such ridiculous amount of money, since they don't want Julian Alvarez to leave this season, placing €500 million on him is the only way they could keep him because no club will want to break the bank and pay €500 million for Julian Alvarez.
But that seems a bit excessive. Setting his price at around €250–300m would make much more sense than putting a €500m price tag on him just to keep him at the club. And even if there were a club willing to spend that kind of money, Julian Alvarez probably wouldn't be their first choice. They'd more likely go for a player with truly exceptional talent. That said, it's clear that Atletico still have high hopes for him and want him to make a big contribution in helping the club win major trophies.

It shouldn't be a problem for Chelsea to sign Xhaka if Xabi Alonso needs him in his squad to strengthen it. After all, Chelsea signed a lot of average players in the last transfer window before the season started. I believe Sunderland will release him if Chelsea gives them a good amount of money.

Release clauses with these amounts of money are not to be taken seriously, it is more of symbolic impact because they want to express their appreciation for the player. I would bet that Atletico would immediately let Alvarez go for €180 million. As len01 said, he is never worth €500 million ever and he is nowhere close in value to €250-300 million. Alvarez is 26 now and the only time I could imagine that a club would be willing to pay more than €200 million for a player is if he was in his early 20s and has scored one goal per match on average for at least two seasons. It would be a player like Haaland but without a release clause. I think if he didn't have the release clause, Manchester City could have paid like €180 million for Haaland and I don't see Alvarez on the same level, but they are about the same age. Alvarez career best is 17 goals in one La Liga season and that is not good enough considering how much Atletico would allegedly want for him.

Even the €250-300 million you suggested Atletico Madrid would have set the price for Julian Alvarez is too high for him in my opinion. If either Real Madrid or Barcelona should sign him for such amount of money don't you think that other clubs would place high release cause on their players? And if that happens, only the rich clubs could be able to sign players in the transfer market. The €150 million Real Madrid offered Atletico Madrid for Julian Alvarez is okay to secure the signature of Julian Alvarez but Atletico Madrid easily rejected the money because they aren't yet ready to let him go.

Como is probably going to be really happy. Their key player Nico Paz, who is on loan from Madrid, will stay with Como next season. Como managed to pull off a surprising transfer by agreeing to a €60 million offer from Real Madrid to keep Argentine midfielder Nico Paz. But Madrid also didn’t want to lose out, so they activated the buy-back clause at a cheaper price. Manchester City is a very big club as it stands even if Pep Guardiola is no longer the manager of the side currently it still does change the fact that who ever is being called won't rush to play for the club just as it is for Madrid but letting this guy go is something I don't understand. Marmoush is a good player that haven't enjoyed much with the club, let's leave trophies aside and talk about the playing time and as a regular starter, he has it all but why push him aside? Can Spurs get his signature?
Is it not for his good? City, in the last season, couldn't spare him a comprehensive playing time, he spent his time seated in the bench, watching Semenyo take his place. Marmoush had 23 appearances, 13 out of the 23, he came in as a substitute, he only started 8 matches last season. The clubs understands its not good for him and wants him to go somewhere he'd have full playing time, instead of getting stalled at city. I totally understand the ball game but come to think of it, has this guy enjoyed his stay at the Etihad? The answer is no, getting a player without assuring him of playing regularly as a new player suppose to and instead of letting him see more of the game you went on to get a new player as replacement, not that Marmoush is not a good player, he is and he poses more threats than the former Bournemouth man Semenyo, the thing is City just want all the good players to settle in the club to be the strongest in the EPL and not only do we have players like Marmoush who they are not making use of but we have some players like Saviola, he too is not getting more game time like he's suppose to, these guys can cause much damage to opposition but City seems to be desperate but yet again is the right thing to do, letting some of these players go and enjoy their playing time elsewhere.

I think that sometimes these managers have to start learning how to create new nitch when they get a new job. The Idea of Xabi Alonso pushing to bring Xhaka to the Chelsea team is not the best option for me because despite being a mediocre player, Chelsea needs a stronger hand to boost the team strength if they most hope for any title next season. What I see here is the influence of money because Xhaka had earlier announced he won't be moving anywhere this summer not until Xabi Alonso declared interest. In my opinion, Sunderland is not supposed to sell him because with the £25 million bid, they may not find a better or at least a good replacement for his position. With his 6 assists and one goal in his first season at Sunderland, he could make a better player in the team going further. I would have preferred Xhaka going to meet Andoni Iraola at Liverpool instead of going to Chelsea for Xabi Alonso in order to bring out his best in him. I'm saying so because, he had only 7 assists in 66 appearances under Xabi Alonso which he had 6 assists in 34 appearances under Andoni Iraola. His return to chelsea.ay just be like Antony's return to meet his former manager at Manchester United, it didn't end well.

Is like we missing something here. Realise clauses from clubs are often too ridiculous, especially from clubs like Barcelona and Real Madrid, because they're both guilty of doing the same thing. The idea of setting a massive release clause is to alert other clubs that a particular player won't be leaving unless we (the club) are willing to sell him. Atlectico Madrid on the other are not willing to sell him, but they won't have any reasons to refuse any offer that matches that release clause because it's all part of the contract. Of course, if Atlectico were willing to let him go, €150M is definitely a decent offer, though with some add-ons and sell-on clauses attached, but as things stands, only that release clause is powerful enough to humble them. Go check the release clauses of all Barce and Real Madrid top players... They're within a €1B range each

It's basically a good deal. Nico knows he will unable to get regular game time at Madrid. So he decides to stay at Como. 60m deal sounds good, but you're right Madrid as a buy clause, but it's worth 80m. It's 20m higher from what Como pay to them right now. The problem is that the buyback clause will be last until next season. So i don't think it's a good deal for Madrid. I also remind you Madrid is no longer having 50% sell right from him.

Nico Paz is a great player, I'm sure he would shine more at Real Madrid than in Italy, however it's up to him to stay in Italy, although I'll say this, I would go to Real Madrid to win, to be a hero, Real Madrid is putting together a great team, wow if you look at it they are finally starting to make a good team, of course for me they are missing the most important thing, the midfield, I don't see Tchoaumeni as a midfielder.

PSG seems to be only aiming to fill the places of players who leave recently. Kang-in Lee and Ramos are the current departures and I wonder whether there is more to come... Akliouche is a really good talent at Monaco by the way. In years, he has increased his market value by a significant rate as well! He can't find enough minutes in the World Cup but I find it normal considering how many stars there are in the French national team.

Como really needed Nico Paz if they want to compete competitively in the Champions League when the season begins because he is the key in there offense and trust Real Madrid to take advantage of there desperation and once again I love the way Real Madrid conducts there business and even that sly 80 million buy back clause. I also saw a rumour that Como was going for Chalobah but it is like Chelsea's asking price is too great for the team

Barcelona preferred the signing of Anthony Gordon for €80m over Marcus Rashford for €30m. https://x.com/TouchlineX/status/2070959784715489666They both compete for the same position in the England squad, and now Rashford has BENCHED Gordon for England's third match. In my opinion, this is a manifestation of direct competition. Hahaha..... this is simply a Marcus Rashford pr you must have taken from twitter. I have refused to focus on the noise honestly. A player could be having a bad time in a team because the players around him ate not playing to his strength or it could also be the system of play by the manager which should unlock the best out of his attacking players. I don't know what Bayern Munich and Barcelona must have seen but I'm sure they made the right research before moving for him. I see no reason for the comparison. Like I said above, I believe this to be a Marcus Rashford pr just as they've always done in the past.

Can't they read the handwriting written on the wall, setting him on a price tag for €500m is a clear red flag that they ain't selling him in this transfer window, that is to tell every interested teams to back off, because they still have plans with him, and even if they should make €250 - 300m just as you said trust me no team is going for him because that's still way too big, like despite what ever he's played for Atletico Madrid he's still not worth that much, so when ever Atletico Madrid is willing to let go of him you will definitely see how they will bring the whole thing to a conducive price.

Playing with Real Madrid is probably every player's dream but as a player also need the right moment, here Nico Paz is a young player which means he still has plenty of time to gain experience before moving to Madrid. Let's just say he moved this season to Madrid there would still be no guarantee he would be a regular player so in my personal opinion it would be better for him to stay with Como, yeah at least for another 2 seasons. Don't forget Como is playing in the Champions League next season and that will be a great experience for Nico as a regular player. In addition, his market value with Como also continues to increase to reach 80 million.

Sunderland is rejecting Chelsea's £8m for Granit Xhaka. I thought that it's gonna be more than £20m, but i'm wrong. Honestly, i see Chelsea's offer feels like they're mocking Sunderland. Granit Xhaka is still Sunderland's captain. He's the most impactful player in Sunderland, and £8m offers seems a nonsensical offer. No doubt, Sunderland directly rejected it. If Chelsea wants Xhaka. They have to pay at very least the same amount like when Sunderland bought him for £20m. What a joke club.

Well that was a surprising move at that time because everyone expected them to keep Rashford but they’d rather let him go, but come to think of it Barcelona wanted to sign Rashford for a lower fee from Manchester United because they say his wages are high…he’s the fifth player with the highest salary in the club. I don’t really think their move for signing Gordon over Rashford is a good one but let’s see Gordon’s performance next season…btw Gordon will now earns more than what they pay Rashford if they’ve keep him. There’s some news flying around that Lewandowski would sign for Chicago Fire and complete his move to the MLS next week, since he’s now a free agent. What do you think of this move? Players from Europe of move to MLS lately, the likes of Son and Casemiro, so Lewandowski would be the new move there.

Well, I have the same taught as you even I already express here that why Barcelona go for Gordon instead of Marcus Rashford like both have the same capacity then why Barcelona go for big price tag rather than cheap value. I don't know why they went for then because for me both players have the same capacity like both are same in play style even Marcus Rashford is better than Gordon in term of experience because Marcus Rashford play in big club as well as his goal/assist is much better than Gordon despite Gordon is 3 years younger.... However, now it's okay whatever decision they made but I not in the favor of this signing. I think Barcelona sign him only base of strategies reason like they sign him because of lower salary as well as for long term. Apart from that I don't see any other reason for this deal.
