Spurs are spending money like that is going to save them, but the disarray within the club is the real reason .They never had a team that was so bad that they should be battling relegation, even with the team they had, they should have been fighting for a top 10 at least, if not more.

So the problem they faced was never that they didn't have good players, spending 85 million on a player will not change that fact. They had manager problems and ownership problems, and the team did not play for the club, the players just didn't want to play, they had to go out and play because contractually obligated, but they all looked like they just wanted the games to be over so they can leave. They need to also work towards having a loyal squad that will be willing to die for the badge and not just play because they are bound by contract.

Currently Arsenal's left side is not as expansive as the right side although there are Trossard and Martinelli there but they are not as fast as Saka on the right side so this makes the attack conditions not too stable and I think it makes sense if Arteta looking for a gap to bring this player from PSG.

This season, with all the changes they made, they managed to break the team transfer record by signing goncalo ramos from psg.

You can never tell in advance for sure and there were players in the past that nobody would have thought would fail after they transferred to another club. Yet, as I said above, judging a bench player by his performances when he is a bench player all the time and doesn't ever have full regular time for several matches, it is not really straightforward to come up with a conclusions for outsiders like us. When clubs like AC Milan do these transfers, rest assured they have much more information on the player than what just surfaces from the matches he plays when he comes from the bench.

What I think about Ramos when I see him play is that he needs more time to get into the match, which is at least the case for now. If he has his position at AC Milan and the trust from his coach there, I don't know, I think he could be an important transfer for AC Milan. He could be the next Vlahovic though, a talent that never made it beyond the status of being a talent.

AC Milan have completed the Signing of Gonçalo Ramos from PSG  

I saw the news recently and it’s official that Ramos is now an AC Milan player after they signed him for €74 million plus add-ons, totaling more than €80 million. They signed him in a contract for five years till 2031.

So what do you think of this signing? Do you think he’ll succeed in the Serie A? After Milan’s last season performance this seems like a reform plan from the new head coach, he started strong in the Transfer market by signing Gonçalo Ramos as his first signing..

Ramos is among the most expensive Portuguese players; they really paid a huge transfer fee for him. Around 80 million is a record-breaking transfer fee, and I wonder if Ramos will be able to justify such a high price.

He could be an important player for his new team. From an investment perspective, he's not a very logical player, but if he performs similarly to his previous seasons, I'm sure he'll contribute a lot to the team

I’m also surprised by the current transfer fees for players. Maybe inflation isn’t just happening in the market for basic necessities but also in the player transfer market.  

And if you take a closer look at the players on the transfer market right now, you’ll find quite a few who are being priced very high even though they’re actually players I consider just average.  Well, they’re good, but they’re not in the same level as Osimhen, Mbappé, Vini Jr., or others who deserve such high price tags. But I don’t think the players who are priced so high right now are worth the money. Or maybe it’s just because the currency has lost value, so a large number doesn’t actually mean much.

He can fit in for any of the two clubs but he needs to improve because his scoring ability is too poor for me and these two clubs can not afford to have a player that waste opportunities like Barcola, Liverpool and Arsenal are two hungry clubs in front of goal so this guy have only 1 option, to improve or stay back at PSG. If PSG is asking for 116 million euros for Barcola i don’t think it is a bad idea because he is a good player and i player that have space, the only thing he lacks is his finishing when it comes to scoring goals, although not every time he misses chances but he still need a coach that will guide him, Barcola is better than Yan Diomade that Leipzig is asking about 120 million for because his performance is always good and he has been helping his country to score goals when needed.

It's nice to hear that Oliver Glasner isn't leaving the Premier League.    He is a really capable manager... We have all seen what he has done with Crystal Palace.

He won trophies including the Conference League one with an average team from this league. I think he can resurrect Forest as well. Their squad is even stronger I believe.

I think Tottenham is really taking things more seriously this time; in just two days, they’ve already spent 185 million euros. And I don’t think they’ll stop there. It seems they still have a few other transfer targets in mind.

Staying back at PSG doesn't sound like a bad option.  

It's correct that he must improve at converting his opportunities. I would still consider him a luxury joker for France and PSG. Having a player like him on the bench with his speed and you can bring him into play after 60 or 65 minutes when the opponent is exhausted, it's real luxury for every coach. You could see it already at the world cup. He can convert his opportunities very well if he is in the right state of mind. At PSG he has wasted too many but even if he didn't and would be good at scoring, he would still be a bench player. There are Mbappe, Dembele and Kvaratskhelia. I would never take out one of those players to let Barcola begin the matches frequently. He is who he is, a luxury joker in those teams and if he doesn't like that role, he has to leave PSG.

This answer your question. Bradley Barcola ain't for sale, and PSG is still keeping him for long term. PSG is even explaining Barcola is worth far higher than what City paid for Anderson. So we can expect him to be around 150m. His move to the EPL is not gonna happen this time.

PSG might say the player is not for sale, but the future of the player also depends on his decision. Bradley Barcola is not having enough playing time at PSG. The club has made him win many trophies, but he might want to move to another club where he is guaranteed regular playing time.

Barcola can force the PSG management to sell him to another club if he wants to leave. Remember that clubs might not get the best out of a player who wants to leave. So the club will have no option but to let him go if he shows interest of leaving.

The player can't decide his future by his own when he's still under contract. He has his contract will be last until 2028. So it's PSG who will able to decide his future. Even if he's refusing to play, it won't impact PSG because PSG has proper player to replace him.

This is why i see no reason for him to feel upset. He can still contribute to PSG, and keep playing in UCL in any season to develop himself.

There are some rumors that Arsenal is willing to accept Beşiktaş's €20m offer for Trossard ^{[it'd still depend on Trossard since he still has another year on his current contract]}, so despite seeing there's definitely room for another LW, I don't think it's going to be Barcola ^{[Arsenal made it clear that their primary target for that position is Morgan Rogers, so without Martinelli leaving, I can't see this one happening for Arsenal]}.

Maybe Tottenham is going through a panic-buying phase. Buying a player with a less than promising reputation for £85 million just seems like a joke. This transfer sounds strange and surprising.
