Fran Garcia would get a lot of playing time at least, and there is no reason try to prove himself to Mourinho, that dude is already a proven decent player and at Betis he will be a decent player without a doubt. I understand it may not be easy to handle but it is looking quite good for me.

I think this is the important bit, because if you can do a good job then I am pretty sure that we are going to see things change and look very well. Garcia will look a lot better at Betis because he will get a lot of playing time. When someone plays 1100 minutes a year, versus 3000 minutes a year, that player will be a lot better playing more if that player is good, if it's a bad player then he will screw up. Garcia will be the good version I believe.

Fran Garcia moving to Betis is an absolute masterstroke for his career. Like you said, a player can never find his rhythm or show his true quality when he is sitting on the bench and only getting around 1000 minutes a season. He is a quality left-back, but at Madrid, the pressure and competition are just crazy.
At Betis, playing 3000 minutes as a regular starter will completely transform him. Regular game time builds massive confidence, and he will finally get the chance to develop his defensive game and attacking runs. He is definitely a good player, so more minutes mean he will shine, not screw up. I think he will fit their system perfectly and become a key man there!

Rosenior was a really good coach before Chelsea, but when he came to Chelsea he just destroyed them in the short span he was there.
I feel pressure was just too much on Rosenior at that moment, and he doesn’t have much experience to manage a team like Chelsea. I knew Chelsea won’t be keeping Rosenior for long, because I know a coach like Rosenior cant really manage a team like Chelsea, Alonso is just the best coach for Chelsea, because they need an experienced coach. It’s obvious that Rosenior was a good coach before he joined Chelsea, but his performance was terrible at Chelsea, and he couldn’t stay long at Chelsea. Rosenior still has lots to learn, I feel the pressure in premier league is just too much for him to handle.

Santos officially joins Manchester United as the reds continue chasing Casemiro replacements upon leaving at the end of last season. I hope Santos is able to prove himself at United, better than he did at Stamford bridge and live up to expectations. Success to him as he explore this new career journey

With all the midfielders Manchester United is eyeing throughout the transfer window they end up signing Santos from Chelsea, the signing is not bad because Santos is a good player but playing time has made him look like he is not a good player and some Manchester United are not happy about it because they expect big signing from the club, Manchester United fans want Tolani, Enderson and Matheus Fernandes and the team did not sign any of those players because their price is very high, Santo is going to help Manchester United if the coach give him a playing time.

Fran Garcia would get a lot of playing time at least, and there is no reason try to prove himself to Mourinho, that dude is already a proven decent player and at Betis he will be a decent player without a doubt. I understand it may not be easy to handle but it is looking quite good for me.

Leaving Real Madrid is the best thing for Fran Garcia, we all know how good he was when he was play for Rayo Vallecano and his performance is the reason why Real Madrid brought him back to be a back up for Mendy, he contributed a lot to Real Madrid success in 2024, Real Madrid have 4 left back after signing Cucurella and we all know that Cucurella will be a starter because Mourinho will never bench him for any player, Carerras will be the back up and if mendy returns from injury he will have some playing time so that the team will sell him with a good price.

I think it is a good deal for both. He is a younger player who has great talent, but yes it is now time to wait and see whether he can not only prove himself, but become a key player anytime soon. Casemiro was quite old already, but he had high quality and it won't be easy for Santos to match that. With more transfers coming for Manchester United, I think they will have a good team next season and maybe will be competing for the title. There was definitely a good trend recently.

Fulham annonces Arbeloa as their new manager. I like this high ceiling appointment by them instead of cherry picking the coach that has poor resume. This may be a gambling, but since he has ever coached Madrid. I do think he can think how to build and coach the squad properly.
With him come to the EPL, the more spaniard are taking over the coach job in EPL after Iraola and Xabi Alonso. It's interesting to see how he perform. He lacked support when he was at Madrid, hopefully he gets what he didn't get at Madrid.

Coaching the midtier club will be the start for him to prove if public opinion about him has poor tactical plan will be wrong.
If he can improve Fulham. So people will rate him as one of potential coach again. Goodluck for Arbeloa.
This signing is something different than other mid-table signings. Fulham could have been safe. McKenna was there, Thomas Frank was floating around. True, less-risky alternatives. And they went, no, actually try something that might blow up in our faces but could also be something special if it works.

I have always felt that the real test for a coach is not the big club. It is whether he can recreate the idea somewhere smaller with less. And Arbeloa really does believe tactically. He is more than just vibes. Whether the faith holds up after Leicester have beaten them away in November is another question.

I was a little bit annoyed by the criticism from Madrid. The narrative just completely ignored what he was actually working with. One training session prior to first competitive match. And already there were columns written. In fact, even Florentino was already in the works as the next manager while Arbeloa was in charge. That is an awful environment to try and build anything.

Fulham gave Silva five years. If they give Arbeloa two windows to cultivate his team his way and import some players who can play his system. Could be something. Genuinely could be something.

Arbeloa used Real Madrid to prepare his portfolio. I love what im seeing, honestly. Alvaro Arbeloa has always been one person I like so much in coaching. Though he failed at Real Madrid due to disrespect from players who feel they know better than him. I would like to see his coaching style in the Premier League. Who knows, after Fulham, he is going to get a job at a big club.

Arbeloa has made the right decision by moving to Fulham, his move to Real Madrid exposed him move and made other teams to notice him and the quality he has got as a young manager. Arbeloa moved to Real Madrid when the team was not stable in terms of performance he wasn't the best manager to have managed the team at that moment that made it difficult for him to perform well as a good manager but coming to a club in England will give him more opportunities to prove himself if thwt happens he could be linked to manage other good teams.

Real Madrid is slowly killing some players performance. Gonzalo Garcia performed well for Real Madrid during the Club world cup period, and after his good performance, he was then dropped to the bench until Mbappe got injured again. Now when Gonzalo is in the starting line up in ahead of Mbappe, the Madrid fans will surely criticise that manager. My advice to upcoming youngsters is that they should remain where they are valued until the right moment before thinking of signing for Real Madrid.

Fran Garcia is an experienced player, and he will perform very well in betis for sure, and also earn enough play time.

Garnacho is no longer that player you could think of if you need to score in your team cause he's been in a very poor form since he left Manchester United to join Chelsea. By next season Chelsea will be looking for a way to have a better replacement for him since he's not doing anything to improve and as a team that is trying to correct their past mistakes under a new manager they will try to sell Garnacho to add money to buy another player who will be better in his position since coming to Chelsea has been difficult for him to adapt.

It's a shame about Garnacho. For me, he was heavily criticized from the moment he left Argentina, and the idol wasn't following the same path as Messi. That's what's been coming back to haunt him; it's always been like that. However, I think he's a good player. I think he's like a machine that lacks a bit of control, but it's easy to manage. For me, he has what it takes to make any club a good team.

Being young player in large club is whole lot of pressure and it can also be very valuable experience. Garnacho is full of unbelievable energy which could make any club title winning team. I personally have passion with his high speed and aggressive approach to play. All he has to do is to believe in his talents to carry on with his brilliant performance.

Arbeloa Is not a proven coach and until then I don’t think any big side will consider bringing him. The premier league is a very difficult place especially for someone who doesn’t have any experience yet about the league. I really good to see him at the premier league, at least with this one we can get to know if he his really a good coach.

Now I just hope the Fulham management can really backs him up and give the the players he requires for. Sometimes good coaches are complemented by good players too. Let see where Arbeloa will end in the premier league in his first season.

Real Madrid would have been the best place Arbeloa would have proven his coaching talent, if you look at the trajector very well you understand that most coaches do very well when they're in big clubs, this is because there's a lot of money in your purse for you to get key players that will impact on your team. We also  can remember when Carlo Ancelotti was coaching an English club, he was just struggling all through, it was not until he came back to Real Madrid that he came back to the limelight and started his winning ways again. So for Arbeloa to go to Full Ham, you should be ready to meet a struggling team, and went like you not improve it beyond what she met it.

Di you think Garnacho will be able to rise above our expectations again? Many people have cancelled the Argentina international to become failed uprising lad because he couldn't maintain consistency in games and fall up from the top real soon. This is never the expectations everyone expected from a player like Garnacho.

Sometimes I'm still trying to wrapped my head round how Garnacho is unable to compete at the very top stage of football. He's now consider to be come a regular bench warmer because when he comes on the pitch, he doesn't pull any stunt that will excite his fans or teammates more less the coach. Garnacho needs to up his games next season because his clock is ticking.

The Premier League will be a new chapter for his career, and we will soon find out if Arbeloa really has above average abilities as a coach, but when he took over at Madrid he looked to have good potential as a coach, and one of the biggest advantages of his move to Fulham is that there is no big pressure from the management like when he was at Madrid, that should allow him to work with less stress and focus on the development of the team.

From the beginning, bringing Kai Havertz from Chelsea was actually a mistake for Arsenal but they again did the same by making Kai a targetman when ideally he would be a player who is behind the targetman because his role is suitable to be a shadows striker.
But as it all happened they just tried to ignore this and bring in Gyokeres as a replacement (not an option) and I think for now the focus is still on Gyokeres even though he still can't play the same as at the previous club but his improvement is already quite felt.

Arteta has always wanted to try with cruising power on both sides and indulge their targetman but at the moment they are still unable to make this a reality as there is still a lot of inequality going on including a lack of pace balance between the left wing and right wing.

I will never understand what they find so great about Havertz. I think he has saved himself a couple of times from big criticism because he got luck and scored a few important goals, but that is still not what Arsenal needs. They need a world class striker in the long run who produces at least 25 goals a season. I say 25 as I am referring to all competitions and then that number doesn't look as big anymore if you compare it to the numbers by other strikers from the best clubs in Europe. Almost all of them have a great striker and it is only Arsenal who are still satisfied with what Havertz is doing.

Santos officially joins Manchester United as the reds continue chasing Casemiro replacements upon leaving at the end of last season. I hope Santos is able to prove himself at United, better than he did at Stamford bridge and live up to expectations. Success to him as he explore this new career journey

I feel this is a terrible decision from Chelsea, who are we going to use as replacement?
Don't tell me we are going for another experiment because I'm really tired already, is not like we have been doing well in this transfer.

Our midfield is still lacking, our defense and attack are really lacking there haven't been any positive interest especially attacking wise and the players who ought to have been forced out are still very much available, I wonder what they are doing about this.

So far Madrid has been offloading many of their players. They have raised 130m from sold them all. So, i'm wondering who is gonna be their next target. I don't think it will be olise because Bayern priced him more than 200m.
Even if they can also add more money from their own pocket to buy Olise, but i don't think they will do it. However, such money will be enough to buy out Enzo from Chelsea.

If you guys to choose, which will you prefer between Olise or Enzo? Me prefer Enzo to join Madrid instead of Olise.

Competing in the EPL isn't easy, and many managers who fail are ultimately sacked. Financial strength, squad depth, and coaching expertise are essential for competitiveness. Fulham, on the other hand, have struggled to compete for a top 10 finish since their last promotion, and that would be a truly daunting task for Arbeloa. So I doubt he'll offer Fulham anything worthwhile.

I don't think he's going to be under too much pressure, but that doesn't mean he won't have to deliver something meaningful.
A club like Fulham would be comfortable with a manager that can finish within top 10. Even if he fails to do that, judging by the level of competition and how tough the league can be, especially towards the end of the season, I don't think Fulham would be in a hurry to hand him a sacking letter. Only big clubs like Chelsea and United are quick to do that. Well, the season is not longer far, so we all would soon find out if he's up to the task.

Some of their potential young players are simply let go but this still looks pretty good rather than being forced but not according to the coach's scheme because they would be better off at a new club that would make these young players thrive.

Fran Garcia is one of the better left-backs in my opinion because he is one of the players with typical hard work besides that he is quite active in defense and attack but in Madrid he does not get much time because the competition with Careras and Mendy is obviously difficult. This season Cucurrella is also in Madrid so that will put his position aside and by being at the new club he will be even more needed.

Nico Paz is also the same, he is a player who is quite flexible in terms of placement but the Mou has other thoughts for his future squad so even though initially Madrid intended to bring back with a buyback clause in the Arbeloa era with the Mou there everything changed.

There's talk of Garnacho leaving Chelsea. I think Chelsea should have kept him, but of course, if the manager wants to let him go, there must be a reason. The manager's decisions shouldn't be questioned. Garnacho is a young player with potential for development. He can reach a good level. I liked his game when he was at Manchester United. He seems to be playing a little less well at Chelsea. Hopefully, he'll show us his true game next year.
I've been reading that "Garnacho is a young player with potential for development" for years at this point. And until now he changed teams, he changed managers, the only thing that never changed is the fact that he doesn't play. So at this point I think there is something wrong with him, not sure if it's the attitude, his professionalism or what else. He must step down and move to a smaller team.
